Sue at the front desk is one of the best things this hotel has. She is sweet and warm welcoming. We came in for a Delta Defense training session and she really made the hotel a place of comfort with her sweet personality and no hesitation to make things happen. Thank you Sue. All of the staff are friendly but she truly stands out.

The GM Chris was amazing at check in. He helped me cancel a reservation I booked at the wrong hotel and was kind enough to upgrade my room!

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Our kids love the pool and the breakfast was awesome. Definitely will be staying again!

We used the Crystal Lake meeting room for a birthday party, and it was a wonderful space. Staff was helpful & courteous, even let us set-up a little early. We also stayed in the hotel — great room, outstanding breakfast, nice pool area. 5/5 — great experience, thank you!

I thought this hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly, the rooms very clean and the bfast was great. And then it came time for check out and I forgot my cooler (that was full of beverages). I called 2 hours after check out and asked if they found my cooler. I was pleased to hear they did find it but was extremely frustrated when they told me that they threw everything out that was in my cooler. The girl on the phone stated that it is hotel policy to dispose of everything in a cooler if left behind. I find this very hard to believe. I have worked at a hotel for more than 23 years and have NEVER gone into someones cooler or suitcase and disposed of someones property especially within 3 hours of check out. Why was I not called and told I left my cooler behind before emptying it and why would you think you had the right to go into it in the first place and dispose of my things?
I have called other Hampton Inn locations and none of them have this so called policy. Unacceptable!
Therefore, I will never stay there again and will be sure that I tell everyone I know the experience I had with the staff and them stealing my things.

The hotel is conveniently located. Friendly staff. Breakfast was typical for a Hampton, meaning that it was better than at most chains. Room was OK, bathroom did not smell very clean the first night, but improved the second night. TV did not work, had to call front desk for someone to replace the HDMI cable. Bad that it wasn't checked before we arrived, but good that the sraff resolved it quickly.

We stayed there for Oshkosh Air venture (a smooth 55 minute drive away). Great free breakfast, *very* friendly & helpful stuff (they even mailed us a lost item without charge), clean and quiet room, kids had fun in the small but well-kept pool area. Will stay there again if the occasion arises.

Nice hotel… good location being is a business park like setting. Not so much traffic and attractive buildings. Well be staying here for Airventure from now forward.

Awesome breakfast spread, tons of yummy stuff to embellish your waffle… or coffee. The whole place is very clean and well appointed. Helpful staff. My only complaint is the beds were too firm for my perference.

Nice hotel and pleasant staff. I stayed here for 5 months work related and had a great time getting to know the staff. Housekeepers Luchie, Alison and Jessica were always accommodating. Ms. Sue, Ms. Patty and the rest of the Front desk staff always made us feel at home. I can't name everyone but you all made the stay easier. Thanks, Everad Cato.

Bed is a little firm, but room is comfortable and decent, staff has been friendly, the thermostat is a motion detector based one, which is annoying. All in all not bad.

My wife and I stayed here at the end of February. I thought the rooms were very nice and clean. The continental breakfast was decent. I'll definitely stay there again when I come back home to visit.

Very nice and friendly staff. The free breakfast is actually really good it has a wide variety of both hot and cold food. The rooms are always nice and clean. There is a pool a fitness room and multiple meeting rooms the king suites are a true blessing if staying for multiple nights well worth the money.

Stayed overnight after visiting the Shalom Wildlife Zoo. Rooms were in good order and ready ahead of time. Pool area was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good too.

Breakfast was ok. Slightly too trendy. Need basic of scrambled eggs and breakfast basics. Clean and elegant.

Great parking, easy highway access, free breakfast. Otherwise it is your normal, high quality Hampton Inn. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was very good and the woman running the desk was very nice. We needed a toothbrush for my daughter and asked if there was a water pitcher in the lobby and she just brought us 2 cold bottles of water. I just wish the pillows were a little more firm! Would definitely stay there again!

I made a reservation at the Hampton Inn West Bend just this afternoon. The reservation process was obnoxious, I was put on hold multiple times, and sent to multiple extensions. I simply needed to make a hotel reservation for a wedding this fall — because it was a wedding I had to call to be given the discount for the group, otherwise I would have done so online. When I finally arrived at the correct extension we seemed to have a bad connection. The woman's voice on the other line was very quiet. I knew it wasn't my phone because I had talked to multiple parties who could hear me clearly throughout the long process to eventually speak to this woman. She asked me to speak up which I did. She was extremely short tempered with me. As we went through the details of the reservation, it seemed to only frustrate her further. When the reservation was completed — she did not even say goodbye, she simply hung up. This was just a flat our confusing process and the service I was given was to say the least "rude". I am paying too much for this room as it is — I do not need subpar service on top of it. I will keep my reservation for now, but I am currently seeking alternative options.

Clean, quiet, conveniently located near highways and shopping, we enjoyed a week of vacation and were right at home here. Breakfast selection was good.

Very clean hotel which appears to be newer. Room is a good size with a comfortable bed and an average size bathroom. They didn't clean my room, but it was only a 2 night stay so it wasn't a big deal.

The room was rather utilitarian, but had a comfortable bed with clean sheets. I'm surprised that the closet and bathroom had steel doors, but that wasn't a negative. The in-room coffee pot had a replaced set of creamer and sugar, but I can see how that is overlooked. All in all, the stay was fine and I would rate at 90% or 4/5.

The room was very very clean and well maintained. Every worker there was very receptive and looking to help. Breakfast is always a nice touch as well. Very good experience overall!

I just want everyone to know my husband and I were here for two months while our house was being fixed and they were wonderful to us we have no complaints at all. Food in the morning was good and they made sure thing's were cleaned up. Thank you for having us this long.

The staff here is excellent (front desk, breakfast crew, housekeepers (Sue, Jessie and Jessica) ). I wish all the Hilton Properties I stay at were this nice. Love staying here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Went to my grandsons birthday party.
Everyone had a good time, they ordered pizzas to be delivered. We were all at the pool until 9:00 pm. Kids all had a Great time. We went home and Birthday boy and his family stayed the night. 2nd in a row for this party.

Typical Hampton Inn. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is OK. Nothing within walking distance so you need to drive to go out to dinner. There is a company across the are with nice walking paths through a prairie.

It was great. Wish there were fridges in the room, however everything else was perfect.

A beautiful king size bed, a desk, toilet and shower/tub with a locked door, sink outside of the toilet and shower/tub room. There was a pool, but I did not visit the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice with some upgraded room features like USB charging ports and a general modern feel. Staff were helpful and courteous. My only complaint was the lack of mini fridge and microwave that have become standard in many other Hamptons I have stayed in. I will likely stay here again for my future work in the area.

I would have given them a 5 star rating because the hotel was clean the staff was kind courteous breakfast was good my stay wasn't the best because of other guests they had a hockey team in house and their kids were running up and down the halls the parents were drinking in the pool my daughters couldn't swim so that's why I gave it the rating I did.

We are all about customer service and this hotel gets 5 stars! Everything about our stay here was great! Every one of the staff members was so friendly and helpful (I agree with the other reviewer that I don't think I have ever seen staff so helpful). The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The beds and comforters were extremely comfortable. The comforters looked new. High speed wireless internet worked without a hitch. The pool was great. Very clean and had pool toys there for the kids to play with. The breakfast was great. A great variety and the pastries were fresh and delicious. Oh and thanks for the flavored cream. LOVE IT! Based on the reviews, we decided to pay slightly more for this hotel over others in the area, but definitely felt it was worth it! We will be back.
