Nice place to stay, affordable, clean, quiet and nice furnishings. Great breakfast too with hot and cold items. Very nice staff. We stay here every year for a show at Washington fairgrounds. Just a 5-10 minute drive down the highway!

Rooms were clean and tidy, the breakfast was pretty large. Nothing crazy fancy for the price but worked in a pinch. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Basic motel. No pool or hot tub. The room was clean.

Ever want to stay in a low quality Hotel or a place with horrible service? Well then you chose the place to be! Low end rooms, but high prices! This is where you can find dark creepy rooms, your "hot breakfast" is cooked in the microwave, and best of all your food has all been made with no gloves on! Low service quality, but high standards. At this hotel, I have found many acts of talking down to other customers and even employees sleeping in back, yes we can see you all! Where it is noisy at night and the vending machine is out of order half the time. I promise you, you are better off sleeping in your car or the hotel across the street. Their "no breakfast" is better than week old stale cereal that's been sitting out!

I stayed at this hotel for a week my roommate and I returned back to the hotel on Friday 2/9/18 after work 4 pm my key card still worked to get in the hotel and our room. In our room our personal belongings were gone the management removed everything from our room mixing up my roommates and my belongings together. I also have a 6000$ micro-circulation machine that was tossed in a hamper with no care along with all of our personal belonging and food sitting out at room temp. I'm now missing a 200 dollar battery pack for my machine, my cell phone charger is now gone and management didn't even contact us in regards to having to check out this had me livid I can't believe this I've been an OTR worker for 5 years and never has one hotel ever moved my personal belonging without my permission or without contacting me or my roommate. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever experienced. I'm very upset with there services.

What you would expect from a cheap hotel. Decent rooms, friendly staff, with breakfast included is nice. Wished the room was a little less dusty but that's being picky. What I expected for the price would stay at again.

We stayed for one night. The gal at the front desk was very pleasant and gave us some recommendations I'm local hot spots for food and drink. Room was clean and it was very quiet and contained. Nice little place.

I can't say enough about AmericInn in West Bend the place is always clean, they're always wanting to help you. Infact they'll go out of their way to help you. They should technically be at five star cuz they are so helpful. The staff always makes our weekend the best weekend of the year plus they always remember who we are. I love this AmericInn.

It was just to pick up a relative from out of town to take to dinner. They were happy with the service and location.

We didnt stay overnight, we were hiking through the town and waiting for a ride to pick us up. They were kind enough to let us come in from the windy and chilly weather and sit in the lobby. The design of the lobby area is really interesting and the staff was all friendly.

The people here were polite and helpfull. The rooms were clean and quiet (not many people there when we were there). The breakfast was fine. Typical options to eat.

Ok first of all this place is so not worth the $79.99 My first room? The entire bed was covered in animal hair. Not just the top sheet but all of it! I don't know who their cleaning people are but they clearly don't care about doing their jobs properly. So I went and told the girl at the front desk and she didn't seem even a little surprised. She did offer me another room but I made her walk with me to check out the room I was just in. The second room I got s ended up smelling like feet. Seriously how can you charge $80! She didn't even offer a discount or a refund or anything. This place is crap.

Booked here when other hotels were booked solid so was a bit nervous, but Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast with quite a few options. Was pleased with our 3 day stay.

It did the job, slept fine and felt safe. Breakfast was a choice of hot and/or cold — which was a nice touch. The staff was helpful. It was not extravagant, but it was better than most places of a similar online rating.

The room was very clean and there were no odors. Counters in the bathroom were granite. Room had a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The bed was not too hard and bed covering was a duvet instead of those ugly old bedspreads. The bathroom was a little cramped and I think the mattress and box springs were encased in plastic, but it didn't keep me from sleeping soundly. I'm a picky traveler, and I would stay here again.

We had a decent room and it was ready for us by 12:30. We had a 2:00 wedding to go to so it was nice to get in early to get ready.

Lobby is small and can get crowded easily during breakfast. The breakfast itself was decent. Room we had was nice, comfy bed, but a little small. No pool. Overall, not bad.

Staff was friendly, the rooms were a little dated, but clean. Breakfast was adequate and it was a good value.

Bed had a huge indent in the middle where larger people must have slept.

It's pleasant to stay and the breakfast kick ass.
