Very nice rooms and great location.

Recently stayed at the Americinn for the first time in the Dells and had a great stay! Conveniently located, friendly and helpful staff and a nice pool area for adults, teens and children alike. The staff went out of their way to make it a great stay and they are 10/10!

Koleen and tanner were amazing! We stayed for three nights and they went out of their way to accommodate us! Rooms were great and perfect for competition season! We have already booked for next weekend for our last competition! These girls need a raise!

After a disastrous encounter at Mt Olympus — Koleen was very helpful and the one night stay was awesome. We will definitely come back again.

Pros; customer service was great. Pool and family friendly, rooms were quite and clean. Cons; rooms are outdated. Beds are uncomfortable only one light worked in the hotel room. As well as only two outlets worked.

The room was great the staff is friendly my only thing was when we checked in they said no kids in the pool after 10 this was not the case and was not in forced it would of been nice for a little time with out kids but everything else was very nice.

Great service pool stays open late. When not covid kick butt breakfast.

Everything is closed. No bar, no hot tub, no breakfast and no maid service. This was not stated when we made our reservation I get it some stuff is closed for COVID-19 but this is ridiculous we would’ve stayed somewhere else.

Such a beautiful lobby during Christmas. Check in was easy, pool area clean, but what made our stay was how amazingly friendly the morning staff was! Breakfast attendant was such an amazing hostess — so personable! She made the Dells more then a tourist town for us! Thank you! Of course the breakfast had so much variety pancake n waffle maker with toppings, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, hash browns, bread, fruit, juice, milk, and coffee!

The staff was very nice and polite at check in. The room was bigger then expected and very clean. Pool is very nice and the breakfast is perfect. Will definitely be booking again.

Spacious rooms. Room was clean for the most part. Air conditioner worked great. Beds were a little uncomfortable but good enough for a night. Pool area looked clean but we didnt go in.

Great place to stay. Rates are decent. Rooms comfy and clean and nice beds. They have a great free breakfast in the morning. Saves you from having to buy it elsewhere. My kids like the pool too. We always stay here when we come to the Dells.

Disappointed. We booked the suite for 2 nights, Our room was never cleaned. We were provided a bag of towels. We asked for coffee and were handed 2 pouches and were informed to go down in the morning to get cream and sugar. Pretty rude staff member. To date not even corporate has addressed our complaint. Just and okay place to stay, don't expect your room to be cleaned. I wish we read reviews before staying here, as we are not the first guest with this complaint.

Affordable. Helpful staff, and simple check in. Had a standard hotel breakfast, plenty to fill up on before heading to a much pricier water park. Had a pool, a lounge, and fitness room. Room was pretty basic but had everything one expects and needs from a hotel. Hotel was very clean. They partner with one of the nearby water parks and have tickets for guests. Perfect for an affordable place to stay when doing water parks during the day or the strip at night.

The rooms were very nice and the pool area was a great experience. The front desk experience was not the greatest. The front desk attendent was talking on the phone in two different languages while helping us check in.

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for a jump rope tournament. The hotel was about 10 minutes from the venue and easy to get to each day. The hotel had a free breakfast every day with a good selection of breakfast items. Our beds were very comfortable and the room was well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay there.

Not the best I've stayed in but not bad for a decent room on a busy weekend for the dells last minute.

Room was clean and orderly, checking was easy and breakfast was fine. Pool was clean but I wish it had been deeper (I get why it's not). The only complaint I have is that we hung up our towels so that they wouldn't be exchanged, and instead they were removed and not replaced.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every bit of our stay. Loretta was a true blessing. She is above and beyond. The hotel was clean and the food was good and if something was missing or you just wanted something else loretta was there to serve you.

I thought the place was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool area was pretty cool — it had basketball hoops. The staff was helpful. I had a problem with the phone in my room not working and the toilet clogged, but somebody came out right away to fix it for me. The only downside was the sauna not working. Otherwise, it was a great experience for a really great price! Considering we got free Chula Vista passes with our stay, I was impressed.

Less than average hotel. Do NOT book through Expeida. Both the hotel and Expedia charged my card. Three days, and countless hours on the phone later neither company is offering to refund me for the double charge. Hotel says they do not work with Expedia. Abi at the front desk while checking in said she did not need to see my confirmation number, and asked for my card for incidentals. Not to charge me again for the same room. They keep telling me they will call back when a manager is around. I have never been to a hotel where a manager is not present for multiple days. Most companies will inform you of amounts being charged to your card, but this company does not. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I love the couple's rooms with the hot tub, my boyfriend and I stay here at least once a year.

Loved the pool, hot tub, kiddy pool. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfy! perfect stop for the night!

First time visitors and after check in by my husband, went to the room and nasty smell, dust everywhere and one of the beds spread with a noticeable spot. So I complain to my husband and he did wanted to complain but after 15 minutes to be in that room he noticed the funny smell. I went ahead to complain to the front desk. Bethany immediately put us in another room which I was very pleased, clean and no funny smell at all. Thank you Bethany for accommodating us in to a better room. Your staff are excellent people. Will may comeback someday.

Some of the front desk staff were rude. Rooms were clean beds comfortable, clean and safe facility needed some repairs and cleaning done in indoor pool area.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary. Started off a little rough as we had booked a jacuzzi and fireplace suite in advance, but through an error the reservation was made in 2018. The desk staff were great about understanding and worked with us to get us a room for the nights we needed. (and even managed to get us a Jacuzzi suite). Rooms were very clean, quiet, and beds were comfortable. All of the staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was good, I can't recall the lady's name, but she did a great job of attending to everything during breakfast. Also had a demeanor that just somehow brightened your day. Would definitely return for any time staying in the Dells, but would make sure to confirm the year in which your reservations are made.

Hotel was clean and inviting. Carla Clark was consistently friendly and helpful as was all the staff we encountered. The room was nice but cleaning staff needs to check fridge and deck for things previous guest leave behind. Phone didn't work but Anthony made note after he got me an extra blanket. Free breakfast was a good starter and waitress greeted you with a smile. Looking forward to coming back.

This was my first stay at this AmericInn. It was most enjoyable. The staff is absolutely fantastic, extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Surprisingly nice and cheap for the Dells. I don't usually like going to the Dells, but our stay here was enjoyable while we were in town for a wedding. The free passes to Chula Vista water park were a nice bonus.

We stayed the weekend at the Americinn Lodge and suites. It was chosen for us so we weren't sure what to expect. It ended up being a really nice place to stay. They have the pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and a nice little kids area. It was very clean all around which is huge to us. The Continental breakfast has a great variety. We ate there every morning. It isn't directly on the main Street so it was quiet at night. All around if your looking for a nice, clean, quiet place to stay that isnt far from the attractions this is a great option! We would love to come back.

Hotel staff I interacted with were rube and didn't care, except one young girl on Wednesday afternoon was kind and cared I wasn't happy, the rest of them acted like I wasn't important and a paying customer. Went into bar to have a cocktail, was told only have beer and wine so I'm like ok I'll have a glass of wine was told sorry no wine. Complained to front desk staff, look at me and shrugged shoulders. Came back in later that evening thinking they would have stocked bar by now, guess what no wine still. Rooms smell beds hard towels smell. Came back to bar next day brought my own glass of wine with me was told I can't drink it in there by a rude front desk lady with dark hair. Avoid this place plenty of better hotels in area.

My husband and I booked the jacuzzi tub suite here at the Dells' AmericInn. This is the third or fourth time we've stayed at this particular hotel — — we've tried many others in the area, but, by far, this is my favorite for the price. While the décor is a wee bit cheesy (hunting lodge style), everything else is great here. The rooms are clean, the location is convenient, the staff are super fabulous, the Continental breakfast is always good, and so on. Everything is in good, working order and well maintained. The pool area is very nice and has dedicated hours for adults. The jacuzzi tub is awesome. The room comes with a little porch, which faces some woods, which are beautiful. The beds are decently comfortable (which is saying something, as I have back issues). It's also a very quiet hotel, as in you don't hear other guests through the walls, which is amazing. Also, if you don't want housekeeping, they have a bag of fresh items you might need later, such as towels and TP and coffee. The quality of service at this price point makes this, IMHO, the best hotel in the Dells. We will happily continue to stay here instead of the Kalahari ($$$$$).

My family and I just stayed here for 4 nights. It was wonderful! Clean hotel, friendly staff that would go above and beyond to help you, and excellent breakfast bar! Would stay here again and would recommend to friends!

My family was involved in an auto accident 8 miles north of the Dells and we had to stay for a couple days so we found Americinn Hotel and we're welcomed by a great staff. It was very reasonably priced with a nice pool area for the kids. Went down for complimentary breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again in the future.

For what I payed for one night I expected more. The fitness room only housed an elliptical and a treadmill. My room had an unpleasant smell and everything felt clammy. I didn't have that "fresh and clean feeling" while staying there. I won't be going back.

At the beginning of our stay it was very fun and joyful. From a quick glance the room was very nice and clean, we did not notice anything at first but when taking a closer look at things we saw white and pink splat stains all over the walls including the bathroom and lap shads. But the worst of it all was finding dead bugs in our beds, shower, walls, and lamp shades. It was very unpleasant to wake up to LIVE bugs in the shower and in our beds. Our shower curtain was also stained with dirt all over. I can assure you we will never be staying at any AmericInn every again.

This hotel is a great little find I happened to stumble across in the dells. The rooms were clean the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The prices are very reasonable the hotel also offers a decent complitementary breakfast that consists of eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, toast, English muffins, and even a cereal and waffle bar and all you can drink coffee and juice. The property also has a laundry room indoor swimming pool and a small workout area. So all in all if you are looking for a little peace and quiet off the main strip and not trying to break the budget then this is the place to go. Thanks AmericInn for your hospitality and keep up the good work.

Well room was beautiful workers were nice but the bed was hard as a rock couldn't sleep the hot tub was nice spent more time in that then the bed due to pain.

We were at the AmericInn lodge & Suites in the Wisconsin Dells for a birthday party. My friend was able to rent out a room to have the party in plus the use of the pool for all that attended for a very good price. Last year the staff even allowed us to use staircase so that we could do a piñata for the birthday party :-) very nice staff and good decent price!

A bit dated, but… great staff, clean enough quarters, and awesome breakfast! Pretty busy for off season.

Heater did not work in room. Wifi sucked. Also I got the jacuzzi suite and there were hairs all over the tub.

The room was great and the staff was very nice. Great breakfast. There were a couple bugs I managed to squash but if her than that. Nice place.

The room had a nice view and the whirlpool tub was nice. But there were 4-5 ticks on our pillows. We told the front desk but they didn't do anything about it. 169 dollars plus tax is a lot of money to pay to have ticks on your bed.

Way over priced for a crappie room.

The complaints, or things I didn't like are so petty it's reductions. I didn't like the rustic "tree branch" chairs in our room, very uncomfortable; I would have liked regular chairs and maybe a lounge chair. Other than that the place was great. My room was clean, no stains on carpet no crud build up in corners of bathroom floor. Even though I was located right next to the lobby and elevator my room was quiet, no no noise from lobby or elevator and no noise from neighbor rooms. We unfortunately became rather high maintenance guests and the staff always greeted us with a smile and did all they could to help. The manager went above and beyond (and that's an understatement) what she needed to do to help us. I will stay her every time I visit the Dells. No question.
