The People at front desk were pretty nice when we got here but the breakfast is less than decent and we found a cockroach in our room.

I had called and asked several times about getting charged beforehand and they said no you will not be charged at all until you get there and they just need a card on file, then less then a minute later the room charge was taken off my card and something had came up and I was not able to make it. They lied multiple times and then would not make it right, by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Will not be staying with a super 8 again.

Delivered pizza. People were very friendly and helpful.

Clean motel, quiet, lots of areas to walk dogs, including a park right behind it. Plenty of restaurants, fast food, etc near by. Staff is. Pleasant.

It's a super 8. Better than alot of the ones I've stayed at where the manager's family lives in the hotel and he or his wife is in pajamas checking you in. Big flat screens and a waffle maker, what else do you need? price fluctuates daily from $65 to $95 depending on how busy they are.

Clean. Good staff. A bit "dated" but comfy.

Nothing fancy, but we had a nice, large room. Bhowever, the pillows are a bit on the small side.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. Nice TV with a good amount of channel's. Good price too.

Rooms were nothing fancy but seemed clean. The air conditioning unit was noisy and made for a restless night sleep. The most disappointing part of our stay was the free continental breakfast. It was suppose to be open until 9a. M. But when we got there at 8:40, there were a couple of pre-packaged pastries and 2 apples. Everything else had been cleaned up/put away which explains why the attendant was visibly annoyed that we came in. Since this was our last experience as we checked out, this is what left a lasting impression. I would not recommend this hotel.

Easy access to the highway, clean rooms for a reasonable rate. Would stay again!

Comfy beds. My friends literally all slept 12+ hours. Very boring for me.

We had a terrific weekend visit to Sun Prairie. Our room was clean and functional, and was a reasonable value. Our only problem was the online reservation system, which I couldn't get to work on my mobile phone, so I used a computer instead, and still didn't see anywhere to change the number of guests from the default of "1 adult. " But when we arrived, they still had rooms of multiple sizes available, so we were fine. The website concern is an issue for the whole hotel chain, not this location. This hotel is great, and they resolved our issue right away! Thanks!

Room was great but the service was below par.

Arrived at this hotel at midnight after we had confirmed our stay online earlier this afternoon. The parking lot had literally 3 vehicles in it, which was a RED FLAG right off the bat. Went in to check in and the hotel manager had no record of our reservation — even though I had it confirmed on my phone. He said not to worry — he had rooms available tonight (only 3 cars in parking lot — I'm sure one was his — so of course there was room). THE PROBLEM: He asked how many adults and children — to which I replied, "2 and 3". He looked up and said, "Sorry, you will need two rooms". REALLY? For my 5, 4, and 2 year old who all fit in a queen size bed — he confirmed I wouldn't be able to stay in HIS hotel with my family in only one room. SOLUTION: I will never stay in a Super 8 again — even if I had free rooms for the rest of my life! First — the reservation did not communicate from the internet to the hotel. Second, and most importantly, my family will never be able to stay in the same room at a Super 8 hotel. Super 8 is NOT family friendly. They were a cheaper option for one room, but I'd gladly pay 3 times the price of their room and stay somewhere that will accommodate a family with 3 small children. Tonight we were accepted as a family at the Holiday Inn down the road. Their parking lot was full! Their hotel manager was very pleasant and professional. Holiday Inn is not the most fancy hotel chain around, but it is VERY clean and comfortable.

Normal hotel, was clean and had all the necessary essentials. Can't ask much more for the price.

Comfortable & clean room. Wifi worked great and breakfast was standard Super 8 style.

I've been staying there for over 10 years. The place has really went down hill with the new owner's. They pre charged my credit card and then refused to refund any part of it, due to our change in travel arrangements. Surly service from the desk staff. " If you don't like it, go somewhere else". I did. I travel for work and stay at least 100 nights a year in hotels, mostly in Super 8s. I called Corperate Super 8 to complain and they couldn't care less what my experiences were. You know what? Good bye Super 8

All is GOOD at this SUPER 8. No hair in the sinks. Or the trash talk … room are nice flat screen t. V, breakfast like all the rest motels… front desk person nice attitude… they have to be nice. But we all have different attitudes.

Zero customer service is correct. They failed to clean room and make bed! They also make you sign off on a bunch of documents that threaten charges if this or that happens, never saw that before. The only protein at the breakfast room is cheap yogurt… yuk!

This hotel does not even deserve 1 star! Shower and sink had hair in it. The room is dirty! The bed had hair and stains all over the sheets. I called front desk to get clean sheets and they told me I had to go to the front desk myself to get them. I got back to the room and realized they only gave me 1 flat sheet and no pillowcases. Absolutely disgusting.

Cheapest hotel I could find in the Madison area. Checking in and out was quick, employees were nice enough, the bed was comfy, the room was clean, and they even had a continental breakfast. The air conditioning unit was pretty loud so I turned it off at night. I also recommend bringing your own pillow. Still, I've stayed at worse, and at $50 a night, the price is unbeatable.

BEWARE! Can't give 0 stars unfortunately. Booked this hotel online through their own website. They precharged the card and will not allow changes to reservation. ZERO Customer service. We've stayed at a lot of small hotels recently while travelling and changed/cancelled many reservations. This is a first. When the hotel remedies this I will change this rating.
