Very nice and warm reception when we entered this establishment.

Good place to enjoy Winter.

The manager, Dawn, was extremely rude when I had to stay there when my apartment flooded. We stayed 10 days and had to move to another hotel when they were booked over the weekend. Was happy there and decided to come back after the weekend and called about early check inn and Dawn was rude accusing me of probably being evicted (even if I was, which I wasn’t and had explained my situation I was a PAYING customer). Told me we could only stay this last time. After hanging up I immediately cancelled and booked elsewhere. Way to lose a paying customer. Who is that rude? I’m not thrilled in the 1st place to be out of my apartment but to be treated that way by a manager of a hotel is unacceptable! I thought hotels were not only for a place when out of town but also in situations like mine. I could understand them not wanting us back if we were doing illegal activities but no way. We were quiet and respectable. Due to Dawn, the managers rudeness on the phone I will never stay at a Quality Inn again or recommend this one. Learn how to treat paying customers!

Best hotel in sun prairie and madison.

Our family stayed a week for vacation in the Madison area and enjoyed this hotel. Our room was cleaned every day and they even made the beds special for our kids (set their stuffed animals resting on the pillows). Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. Good side entrances and lighting. We had a very minor maintenance request that was handled immediately and thoroughly. Thank you Quality Inn for the great service!

Clean room, good breakfast, cheap rates.

I have stayed here for almost 8 years, always clean rooms and great breakfast. They have recently removed all of the “no weapons allowed” signs, thank you!

Rooms are humid. Reservations got all screwed up. But the manager had a good head on his shoulders.

I don’t enjoy giving out one stars but when you come back from hearing your grandmother past away just to find your room not cleaned and the person at the front desk really did not seem to care. I have come to this hotel a lot and on many other stays it has been great but this was not one of them. I will continue to go back and if they go back to being good ill make a good review later.

Very nice establishment for a reasonable price. I would of given 5 stars if they allowed pets.

Amazing staff, pool is a little too cold it helps when they turn the warm water jets on to heat up the pool. Hot tub is good for 6 people total. Only downside is the terrible Wi-Fi no Ethernet plug ins either. Breakfast is good as well I'd stay here again.

People can just ask for your key and easily get in. The front desk people don’t even ask for any personal information. Horrible. Wi-Fi is trash too.

This hotel is in a perfect spot to stay in sun prairie. The free breakfast is great and the rooms are clean and nice.

Perfectly ok mid to low range motel. Clean, comfortable, affordable. And a hot breakfast! Convenient to Madison, which is 5 miles to the west.

Maybe we caught them on a bad day. But, our room reeked and we had to sleep with the windows open. The bed dressing didn't look very clean the bathroom was ready for some maintenance. I see that the general consensus is that this is a clean place… maybe it was a fluke. If you can arrive at a time of day to catch someone at the desk, it be worth giving your assigned room a once over before unpacking. The workout room is minimal and the most of it was out of commission.

This has been one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. It is very clean, hospitality was simply wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay. Definitely coming again.

Very nice rooms, great complimentary breakfast, nice pool and hot tub. The only thing that it lacked was an exhaust fan in the toilet/shower closet.

My wife and I spent one night in this hotel. Rooms are pretty nice in this newish hotel although there were a few things we weren’t thrilled about. The entry doesn’t have an automatic door (just a single swinging door), so if you’re loaded down with luggage you’ll need to figure out what to juggle to get in. After you get through the door you’re met with ANOTHER single, swinging door. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly. There is no elevator so if you need/want something like that, you might want to be clear in requesting a room on the first floor. It might be a challenge for some to get up the stairs while carrying your luggage. The room we were in was a non-suite King room with a whirlpool. We never did use the whirlpool; I mostly wanted the king bed rather than 2 queens. The room was nice sized with a sofa. Bed was comfortable but I wasn’t a fan of the pillows. They seemed too synthetic with no give. My wife was okay with them. I guess it’s all subjective. The towels were objectively flimsy, cheap and non-absorbent. Breakfast looked like standard fare for hotels at this price point. Waffle maker, etc. They did have a chafing tray with scrambled eggs and link sausages. The free WI-FI was respectable at 13-14 Mbps.

Excellent the staff was very accommodating we were in town for a funeral. They took very good care of 30+ people went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Rooms were comfortable and the location of the hotel was easy to get to as it was a little ways off the main thoroughway which was easier to handle with the current construction within the area. The breakfast times would have been nicer to see extended to at least 9:30 or 10 am for those that don't have to get up right away in the morning and needed a bit more sleep before getting up.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and breakfast was amazing. Unfortunately I had to give them a two star because of a situation dealing with the handling of other guests. A kids hockey team was staying at the same hotel (completely disrespectful). Our room was right off of the pool area and pool hours close at 10 pm. The parents of this team were drinking and being loud and stayed in the pool area until 11:30 pm well after the 10 pm time it was suppose to close keeping me and my girlfriend up. I spoke with the staff in the morning and they apologized for the inconvenience and stated it was most like;y due to the night shift being new and not knowing how to deal with the unruly guests. However, due to this experience and not getting much sleep I had to give them a lower review. I hope this to be a one off experience but beware if you reserve the poolside suite ask to make sure no sports teams or large venues are also staying at the hotel because you wont get much sleep. Good price. Nice bed and pillows. Only minor complaints would be the hot tub needs to be bigger and replaced. And the TV was hd but were not hd quality at times. I would stay there again.

It was clean and comfortable but the staff was disorganized, invasive, and at one point, relatively rude. — We were startled awake at 9:30am by hammering and drilling in the room next door — We placed a do not disturb sign on our door after reporting the noise to the front desk, only to be disturbed by a phone call from the front desk minutes later asking whether or not housekeeping was in our room. — When I reported indifferently that someone in the staff gave me the wrong checkout time the woman at the front desk raised her voice telling me that no one would have said that to me. I had to interrupt her to tell her that I didn’t care and the mistake could be mine, to which she responded with shy, embarrassed, silence, seemingly realizing that she was needless aggressive, and she did not ask me how my stay was, clearly not wanting negative feedback that she helped create. My experience was very unfortunate and I will be looking for somewhere more accommodating to stay when I visit the Madison area in the future.

Nice clean room, continental breakfast was good, great price and value!

Very friendly staff! They have a fun Pacman machine in the lobby along with other amazing amenities. The Wi-Fi is fast and the rooms clean. A great stay for the price!

Overall, it was a decent experience. Nothing too great, nothing too bad. Would recommend.

Super friendly staff, reasonable rates, nice clean rooms. After a long flight I could not have asked for a more relaxing place to sleep. Kayla, made it quick and easy to reserve my room over the phone and was extremely friendly despite sounding like she was juggling a frustrating amount of tasks at once.

Terrible customer service, one employee very rude yelling at me and my 3 young children, for playing outside, kids heard and saw everything… very disrespectful, did not address me in a proper manner. Went to management… settled for a shift worker… (randy) to lodge a complaint, and he replies, "i wouldve yelled at them too" this is a poor excuse for a worker. If I could rate customer service a negative 5 I would. If you stay at this hotel, dont expect to be treated with any ounce of respect or dignity from the employees that have been working here for 10+ yrs. Lisa, a cleaning lady, been here for 1 year, (mind you) has been the only one with any respect for customers and treated me with kindness. Wouldnt you think the better service would be from the people that have been working at this place for years and years?

The king size bed was comfortable, there wasn't much noise from outside the room, everything worked well, all was neat and clean, folks were friendly. We used the internet, which worked well after initially getting connected … and otherwise all we did was sleep and read. A great place to stay, with a smaller than average cost.

The hotel staff was super friendly in that solid Midwestern way. They wanted to actually have conversations with you. Breakfast was very good, everything from sugary donuts and cereals for the kids to boiled eggs and whole wheat toast for the adults. Juice, yogurt, instant oatmeal, fresh fruit. The rooms were solid and clean. This is not a fancy-dancy place, but everything was clean and carefully prepared. The quilts and pillows were soft and comfortable. Like, they were snuggly soft. I turned my fan on low (as in all hotels) to make sure that I didn't hear any ambient sound and I had three great nights of sleep. The pool is not huge, but my kids turned into prunes before I could get them out, they wanted to stay in so long. They left the remote available for anyone to control the channels and sound level of the TV in the dining area. The dining area has windows so that Mom and Dad could have breakfast while supervisingthe kids splashing the heck out of each other in the pool. Hot tub was hot and bubbly. Pool was 84 degrees. There was a small work out room. I am a runner and I found that I could run around the paths in the spotlessly clean industrial park that the hotel sits in. I ran the main paths twice to get about 5 miles in. They had Internet for free, fridge, irons, hairdryers. As I said, for the price? You really couldn't ask for more.
