New, very nice, friendly, and well decorated. Hot tub pool.

Beautiful new hotel with owners/manager s who understand hospitality. The beds are comfortable, the rooms well-designed, the fitness room is well appointed for a hotel. The breakfast is very good. I will definitely be back!

Attended a small group event in their main floor dining or social area between the pool and breakfast nook. It was all very clean, the staff was helpful and pleasant, and I'd be sure to consider them again in the future if we were in the area again.

The service of people was great! And the breakfast had a wonderful selection. I would stay again.

I started to reserve rooms for my wedding block back in June. I have gone through numerous phone calls, because it has been nearly impossible to contact anyone. You are given multiple names of people to contact and everyone is extremely hard to reach. Once I finally reached the person who I needed to contact, I was given pricing for the wedding block and told that I would be receiving a contract to sign by email. I never received a contract, so I went back to calling and leaving voicemails with no phone calls in return. Today, two months later, I contacted the Best Western Plus and received news stating that the room block rate that I was quoted was never valid. I was repeatedly told there were no notes on file of any conversations I had previously had with management. On top of this, I was told a block rate price that was over $20 more the original price I was given, they were no longer making all rooms (Kings and Queens) the same block rate, and the queen suite I was reserving for the bridesmaids to spend the night before the wedding increased in price over $50. I asked to speak to the manager of the Best Western Plus. I was told that I would receive a phone call from the manager shortly, because she was on another call. I still have not heard from the manager, and I don't believe I will ever hear from her given my experience since day one. I highly suggest you are very hesitant when thinking about booking with Best Western Plus.

Clean hotel with good amenities. Pool and hot tub were pleasant. Breakfast had many options. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Would stay again!

It's a new building, so the building is good. But the service sucks! Due to music festival they said they were getting lots of bookings online, yet when we wanted to cancel one of the two room bookings just after about 15 minutes, they said they could not. The next day when asked if we could check out late, they said they have lots of bookings and full house, and said NO to that too. Lots of bookings, yet they could not cancel one of our rooms. Liars! very cheap mentality management! also, the TV remote in my room did not work. Breakfast sucked! Lose this place. Go somewhere else. Hi.

I stayed for four days to cover for an overnight manager at Walmart so I had to sleep during the day. It was coming up on the last day and went to sleep and received a call from the front desk asking when I am going to check out. I informed them I was checking out tonight, assuming Wal-Mart took care of the booking through Saturday morning… no. Sam at the front end said she would let me sleep past checkout and she would personally clean the room so that I could get my rest. I would be leaving 10 hours past checkout with a big event coming up locally. Sam is customer focused and made sure I was comfortable. This hotel is very clean and nice. I am looking forward to the next 8 weeks staying here. Ten stars!
