Excellent hospitality staff. We booked our second room this weekend a little late so we couldn't be in the same room both nights (two weddings and softball tournament in town). The staff offered to transport all our bags to our new room while we were out in the morning. They also prioritized our new room being cleaned first so we wouldn't have to wait. Very kind and thoughtful. Also the rooms were clean, well stocked with amenities and I personally love their suites with the whirlpool. Always my first choice for hotels.

Temp control in the room was terrible. Air conditioner was big and loud and right over the second bed. No matter where I set the temp, it would get well over that temp before switching in. Then, since I had to set it low, it would take the temp low before switching off. Not a good night's sleep. Room was a nice otherwise. Bed and linens were good. Pool was nice with a basketball hoop in it. Also a small game room with a couple arcade games and a pool table.

The hotel is located right across from the WITC campus. Right next to the Heritage Center and movie theater. Located within easy walking miles of restaurants and gas stations. It is also a mile from downtown where there are several local establishments and grocery store. The rooms are clean and nice amenities for week long visit. We have used the pool as a non-registered guest for a small fee.

Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Staff has been superb every time. I've stayed there 3 times in the last year and each time has been a pleasure.

I would most encourage this place for your holidays days and for just coming to visit great atmosphere the employees are very helpful cheerful and are willing to go out of their way for you best wishes.

Ok what can I say about this place! Excellent pool and jacuzzi with a working sauna not a storage sauna@some of the AmericInn that I have stayed in. Excellent breakfast with snacks put out regularly in the evening. Tell me the last time you stayed at a hotel and they put out snacks for free? Yeah I didn't think so.

This was a great place, at a great price. The breakfast had a lot to offer. The pool area was open and very comfortable. The room was nice and quiet, which is my favorite.

Cool place. Arcade machines a little out of date. No workout room except they give you passes for workout facility a little ways a way. Rooms are ok. They have a wheel able twin fold bed if needed.

Great staff, wonderful and clean rooms — I've stayed here three times and it is very nice. Great breakfast too!

We came as a family to use the pool and had a great time. The place was clean and nice.

Our family went there to go swimming which turned out to be so much fun! Very nice pool, hot tub, basketball, sauna and overall feel.

Excellent customer service. They had a wonderful breakfast in the morning. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for guests in the area.

We were only at the AmericInn for some swimming in the pool, which was clean and satisfactory. A bit cold but to be expected.

The front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and the beds were comfortable, which is why I'm doing 3 stars versus 1. But the rooms were pretty cruddy and the walls were paper thin. We moved rooms because of how loud the upstairs was, and the first room changed smelled like onions by the door and then sweat in the whole room. The second room was slightly better and we felt bad asking to change again so we just stayed in the room. The room we stayed in smelled sour, which is the best word I can use to describe the smell. The breakfast was also subpar. Coffee wasn't hot, food was all luke warm, and there wasn't enough space so I got bumped into and had coffee spilled all over me by some late teenager who barely apologized. But, front desk at check in was great and bed was comfortable. Overall will probably never use any americinn again.

Very lovely place! The rooms are great, the pool is huge and the breakfast is amazing they have everything there its like breakfast that your mom made scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes you can even make your own Omelet! They literally have everything there to fill you up the whole day! Whats even better is the price $75 with tax. Also staff are amazing people. If you dont know where to stay remember me and this review and come and stay here!

Nice clean hotel in new richmond wi. Staff is excellent and James who does the over nights made my stay perfect always having fresh coffee and a hot breakfast ready for when I went to work at 5.

Not much to say — stayed overnight. The room was clean and we'll made up (though oddly only had a shower and no tub). TV and Wi-Fi worked great with no issues. The kids played in the pool and hot tub and had a great time. And the breakfast was standard hotel free breakfast. Nothing amazing, but it was certainly adequate. I'd stay there again if I'm back in the area.

After another hotel in New Richmond "lost" our reservation on one of the busiest weekends of the year. The AmericInn hooked us up with a rollaway bed in a friends room as a last resort. But while we were at the wedding they then took to the phones and tried their best to find us a room somewhere in town. Now that is customer service! and we didn't even book with them originally. They were unable to find another room in the area so we ended up bunking with our friends. The room was clean and even had a hand written note from the housekeeping staff which we thought was a nice touch. The breakfast in the morning was great! If we're ever in New Richmond again we will for sure stay at AmericInn! Thanks again for the help!

Definitely a quality place. Rooms are clean and modern, swimming pool area kept nice and clean also has free coffee and snacks in the lobby with an affordable price. They also offer AAA discount. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay… clean. Best breakfast imaginable included with room. Helpful and friendly staff. Definitely care about guest experience. Used to a sleep number bed so would have liked softer bed but we still stayed 6 nights. New Richmond is a fun town. So is Boardman. Try fish fry at Meisters in Boardman on Friday. Fun family atmosphere all the time.

Great front desk service. The suite was spacious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was sufficient but somewhat lacking in variety. Overall a 5/5 in my opinion. Would definitely recommend.

The beds are large soft. Service is friendly. Rooms clean, pool great and the hot tub is quite hot. The Breakfast is very American — for those Who like it, will be satisfied.

Yes yes and yes I would stay again, my son and I stayed there and it was great. It happen to be Halloween. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub, had a cup of coffee. Went and got ready for the Halloween party, I was having some trouble with the hair and Make up and the front desk person was more that happy to help me. Breakfast was great. And Everybody is so friendly. Even the person (Sam) who help me make the reservation. Thank you for a relaxing time.

I don't know where to start, bed was the hardest thing I've slept in. Room was clean I will give it that, however it was very warm so I turned on the air conditioning unit. Wow the noise it produced was like sleeping on a runway I chose this over sleeping on my floor at the house in moving out of lastnight. Mistake and waste of $90.00 I won't be doing this again.

Decent place, I stayed here for 2 nights, and stayed at the Riverfront Inn across town for 3. Out of the two, the riverfront inn wins Overall not bad, standard rooms and good breakfast, but a little overpriced. I felt the facilities at the RiverFront were better and we were provided with more while not having to pay so much for the American Inn. A little overpriced, and while comparing with other hotels, but still a decent place, I suggest the RiverfrontInn.

Fantastic hotel all around. Great place to stay with your dog (s). Reasonably priced. A definite recommend to everyone.

Very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was nice and they also serve "snacks" around 5pm, which was a great surprise. Staff is wonderful and very accommodating! Very nice for the price.

Nice hotel — but. We booked thru hotels com. The hotel decided to charge us twice. They also charged us $100 for smoking in the room — we did NOT smoke in the room. Called the customer service — they backed out the second room charge. When we said we didn't smoke in the room, the customer rep (Michelle (? ) ) laughed and said "nice try! ". We won't be back.
