2nd time here as a mommy daughter overnight getaway. Hotel property is close to restaurants and shops. It’s well kept inside and out. Staff is friendly. Pool, although small is clean and warmer than some other hotels I’ve been to. Our One bedroom suite was spacious and clean. I liked that there were two TVs with Netflix streaming (account required). Overall a great stay and would recommend.
Very nice staff, very clean environment! would recommend to anyone.

Stayed here with a group for about a month, wouldn't even bother to offer a little discount for over 100 room nights. Then the water heater boiler blew up and they had no idea how long it would take to fix. It went out on Tuesday and about Thursday called Ben, the GM, to find out how much longer. Want to know what his response was? "IT'S ONLY HOT WATER! " Wow, how could anyone possibly ever say that to a customer, hot water is a major necessity. Also, they continued to run their full breakfast. If the Rock County Health Department found out at that time, they would have shut them down. You can't wash plates, silverware, pans without hot water. This is a major violation. Also, I had a chinchilla in a cage, at first they wanted to charge a pet fee, but they were fair and decided not to, and I thank them for that. But, when I left they charged me a pet cleaning fee. I personally vacuumed the room and took pictures of the condition of the room. Which was probably cleaner when I left as before I arrived. Imagine some of these disgusting rooms left behind by parties with cans of beer everywhere, pizza boxes everywhere and nothing done for charging for cleaning these rooms. But, because they knew I had the chinchilla they think they could get away with charging for it. Well, they did because I didn't want to bother fighting over it. Again, I took pictures of how clean the room was when I left, but wasn't worth the bother of having to deal with Ben again.
