Waste of money. Was super disappointed the second I got out of my car. The outside around the hotel smelt of horrendous trash, was probably all the overflowing trash cans they had surrounding the place. Once I stepped foot through the front door I immediately was overcome with the strong smell of chlorine. Once I got to the room, I was furious at how small it was, smaller than my bedroom at home! I wish they’d post the dimensions when you’re booking the room. There was no MICROWAVE or MINI FRIDGE, I purposefully bought food and beverages for this trip and there was no place to store it. The room itself was dirty, the paint job everywhere in the hotel was horrible, the bathroom fan did not work, the tub was clogged when I checked it, the walls are way too thin—I shouldn’t be able to hear housekeeping talking in Spanish all day from the hall. The pool area gave me a headache with how strong the chlorine smell was, I couldn’t even swim the first night. There was salt/chlorine tabs/sand all over the bottom of the pool/hot tub and along the edges of the pool. Kind of gross. And the bottom of the pool is really rough I got scraped and so did my boyfriend to the point we were both bleeding. The breakfast was okay but the hot food was not. Super plain no taste, so I ate muffins and yogurt. The breakfast room is very small so bigger families had a hard time finding a seat, and only 6 small tables. Oh and I got charged extra for some silly reasons I don’t agree with.

Rooms were clean as was the pool area. Breakfast had a good selection and included hot items. Staff was also very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Hotel was ok. Customer service was good quick check in\check out. Room was small but I kind of figured by the name of the hotel micro = small breakfast was ok, overall was good. Just did not like the fact that I could not bring in my little cousin to swim with my son. They had a policy posted they would charge you 150$ if you brought anyone in the pool. I would have paid for my family to swim but not 150$. The pool was nice just think that policy is outrageous they should come up with another way to keep control on the pool visitors instead of punishing everyone. I understand if people are trying to throw parties or something but if you just wanted to have 1 or 2 people should mayb charge a small fee.

Had the king suite. It was quite dirty as I think they are under staffed. There was food left in the refrigerator and hair in the whirlpool. Didn't use it due to that fact. The pool room was nice and the staff was friendly. The pool had some basketball hoops inside of it and isn't in the shape of a regular pool. The hot tub was also nice and they hair sun bathing chairs near the pool as they have a good amount of sunlight come in the pool room. The breakfast was also pretty good. The location in close to the highway 41. I could see cars driving from my window, but yet the rooms were pretty quiet and I couldn't hear the traffic at all. This was a much better option then going to most the other hotels in the area. I think that we just got a room that wasn't cleaned all the way. The sheets and bed set were all clean and everything else was neat. The man at the front desk was very helpful in correcting the issue so overall I am happy with my stay.

BEWARE! You could end up on the street without your stuff. If I could leave less than 1 Star, I absolutely would. Their rooms are freezing and it seems the keep the heat off in the empty rooms. There was a snow storm here overnight and we had to be somewhere by 8a. We came out to find they had plowed ALL of the cars in their driveway in. They had a plow truck make one swipe through the lot and piled the snow up 2-3 ft behind all of the cars. Obviously frustrated, I asked to know when they would be resolving the issue and have someone out there to finish plowing. He said they were done but he would call them. He didn’t seem to be able to get a hold of anyone (if he even called) and proceeded to say it wasn’t his problem while saying they had no shovel. Okay, fine… now I’m upset, speaking firmly, not yelling. This is a little ridiculous, this is Green Bay… it snows, sometimes a lot. I decided to find a different solution, so I went to start digging our car out. Came back 45 mins later after no success due to lack of shovel and calmly asked if he had spoken to plows, he has not. He then tells me to calm down again and to stop yelling (I was not, confirmed by everyone in the lobby that couldn’t hear me). My response was to explain I was not yelling, but I could if he liked. (Best response? No, but I’m beyond frustrated now) I asked for a manager/owner. He said he was in charge, so I told him I had a complaint about the customer service and how they handle their customers.

Helpful front desk, nice pool and hot tub, great breakfast. Plus a great rate four the value. Great for family same price as a movie with 4 people but get pool and night away.

For the price you pay it is great. Small room nice bed, good shower, and a breakfast.

Good location and dog friendly. Pool was closed while we were there. Stayed for a week and it was very quiet and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Nothing fancy but you're not paying for fancy. Pool and hot tub were nice. Standard hotel type breakfast included. Worth the money.

My family and I visited guests who were staying at the hotel for the weekend. The room seemed clean and modern and the pool was really nice!

126.00$ for two queen beds, drops of blood on the top sheet of bed, breakfast from 6-9, but when we get down there at 8:30 nothing but yoguart, they said we serve breakfast from 6-9? and yet its 8:30. So im not impressed. Decent place if it is the olny place left in town. Also their Wi-Fi will not let you hook a game system to it. (ps4) or (xbox one)

Convenient location. Rooms were typical, clean, with fridge and microwave. Staff was very friendly! The pool room was nice, and the water temp was good, which can be hard to find. Would return!

The room was nice and clean. The pool area was a huge hit with the kids. They loved the basketball hoop.

Cheap nice rooms but always way to many kids in the pool without parents no safes in the rooms no bathrobes the fitness room only has a bike a treadmil and an elliptical paided to much money.

Very nice hotel at a great price! Beds are super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will stay there in the future.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful for our room block for our wedding. Rooms were very clean. Very happy with our choice!

Very nice hotel and convenient to Lambeau Field. The shuttle from the hotel to the field was excellent. The shuttle driver was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, but the rooms need some updating. The View out the back of the hotel was not so nice. All in all we had a great experience at the Microtel Inn.

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. We will recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay at.

Decently clean, mattress was comfy, TV worked and area around the hotel was quiet at night. The only thing we didn't like was how tiny the room was. I guess that's why they call it Microtel but my goodness it was claustrophobic. Oh and also we weren't fans of the pillows, overstuffed to the point of being lumpy.

Very pleasant check in. Rooms were very clean, and they offer hot tub suites. Pool area is great for kids. Location is very nice, right off Oneida Exit off highway 41. Offer complimentary breakfast with a decent selection. Free coffee 24 hours. Also, they do allow pets also. Very pleased.

Good location, clean hotel and rooms. Breakfast was nice. Our favorite part of this hotel was the pool. Many different parts kept my kids busy for hours. The water was warm. Front desk could have used more staff during the busy times. We had to request extra sheets for couch sleeper.

My daughter loved the pool. My issue is that I am positive we left our daughter's tablet behind in the room. When I called the next day to see if housekeeping had turned it in, the manager said housekeeping was gone for the day and he didn't know. He never called back the next day as I was promised. When I called the next day I was told no tablet was turned in. We double checked all of our bags and it was not with us, the hotel is the only other place it could have been, so someone on their housekeeping team is not honest. If you do go, triple check the room before you check out or you won't see anything you left behind ever again.

Our friends live in Green Bay so we thought it would be fun to visit and let our kids (both 1 1/2) swim in the pool. When we got their on the pool door was a sign that if non registered guests swam there would be $150 charge. I asked the manager if there could be an exception since we were only planning about an hour before dinner and he said no, he could charge $10 a person though. I explained the situation and NO WHERE online did it state this policy. I am extremely frustrated, we would have only gone up for the day to visit if this was the case. I feel that if this is the case it needs to be online, we would have either booked another hotel or just visited for the day and not wasted $ on the hotel. Do not book this hotel, the manager does not care about the customers at all!

We booked 2 nights in a king/whirlpool suite with our 2yr old son just for a getaway and to visit the zoo the next day. The price was great. We planned on swimming all night since the pictures showed a slide and a nice pool area. There wasn't a slide and the pool was sooooo cold my child's lips were turning blue. We couldn't enjoy ourselves, so we went back to the room to "swim" in the warm whirlpool. The whirlpool didn't work. We don't like to make a fuss so we just left a day early. The room was very nice with an awesome kitchen area to store food and dishes. This hotel is really nice and clean the only issue was the cold pool and non working whirpool in our room. We wanted to take our son swimming, mainly, so it was a little disappointing.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The tub is DISGUSTING, black and mildewy. When I went to complain to the front desk, the staff member (who was very nice and understanding) said that they've received several complaints about this room, and that nothing will remove those stains. In that case, the tub should be removed or install a liner (which I'm sure has been done, probably my a few times). There is also a cushioned window seat with multiple indescribable stains on the edge-use your imagination. The entire room feels like a petri dish. This is by far the worst room I have ever stayed in and I'm traveling with my dog, so I'm not is usually overly picky.

Queen rooms are a bit small. Reasonable, clean. Breakfast is a bit lacking. Hot tub and pool area is nice. We stay here once a month and have tried many other hotels in the area. They are looking to sell it however and I dont think it will change for the better.

The sheets were about the only clean thing in this hotel. Even the light switches were so dirty and black that I didn't want to touch them. There was hair in the bottom of the tub and in the sink. The shower head was pulled out from the wall and the paint was all blistered up and peeling. Pretty much everywhere you looked there was something dirty or in disrepair. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing was that my bed was nice and clean and the room had been dusted.
