Picked this hotel to have a relaxing girls weekend, and the stay here was absolutely amazing. Jodi the front desk worker was awesome. Will choose this hotel again when we need another get away.

Great place to stay. What I would say that stood out about this place was the staff! In the period of COVID, they were very friendly and welcoming, hospitable! The room was clean. The location was excellent. Very convenient, and it was not a hassle to park!

Kudos to whomever is managing the customer brand experience for Hampton Inn hotels. Putting aside their incredibly comfy beds and delicious free breakfast in the morning, everywhere you look there’s a touch of whimsy to put a smile on even the weariest of travelers. Loved this hotel & our stay! Staff was so friendly and helpful. My daughter loved the extra touches like postcards and rubber ducky in room. Comfy & luxurious beds, breakfast was great… free warm cookies! Love this place, will be back forsure!

Very large with lots of stores and great deals. Its generally very clean and the staff (including store police, store employees, food workers, and janitors) are all very friendly and accommodating! I would definitely recommend for both a short trip and an all dayer.

Every year for more than 22 years I stayed in Hampton Inn, Appleton, once or twice. In the past years I always gave Hampton Inn a 5-star review. But this year, it appears they have a different Wi-Fi setup. From the desk in my room I have no Wi-Fi access or the access could be way too weak for my iPhone and iPad to pick up, and, as a result, internet connection was on or off. My phone and iPad very frequently reported that there is no internet connection. The front desk offers no help at all because he is not an expert and ATT maintains their Wi-Fi. What he offered was reporting this to their technical persons. I am typing this review by standing by the room door as except for that location my room just has no or very weak Wi-Fi connection. Horrible as I could not go my work efficiently.

This was a very nice hotel. We checked in around 10:00 at night, and were greeted warmly but front desk staff. We received our room keys quickly and made our way to our room. The room was a little small, but nicely appointed. A king size bed filled most of the space, and a pull out couch took up much of the rest. Despite that, the room felt cozy, not crowded. The bathroom is a decent size, with a nice sized shower. The room felt as if it was new or newly remodeled. The free breakfast was fairly standard for Hampton Hotels, but the eating area was nice and comfortable. Overall, a nice hotel and a nice stay. I would recommend this hotel if you're in the area.

The staff at the hotel we're all so sweet and helpful. The rooms in the Hampton Inn, Appleton were the perfect size to accommodate our party of 4. The closet had plenty of room for clothing, etc. And the bathroom was spacious with a wonderful shower. Overall, the hotel was quiet, and we were not disrupted by any other guests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Very clean. Nice hosts. Smaller parking lot, so prime spots get taken quickly. Business center, yes. Pool, yes. Nice clean rooms, yes. Plenty of eating near by. Not walking distance but only a short drive away. Would stay again.

Comedian Chris Weir stayed here recently after a performance nearby, and loved the property! The staff was super friendly and check in was nice and easy (even after 1am! ) The room was amazing, very comfortable and quiet, and spacious enough to fully relax for the night. Breakfast was a free buffet which was a great way to start the morning after hitting the fitness room! Thank you for taking such great care of our client while staying with you, we look forward to working with you again soon!

Excellent staff and a clean, contemporary style. When I first walked to the entrance of the hotel, there was a bellhop loading a patron's luggage onto a cart. He was dressed in the classic bellhop attire with a nice hat, double row of buttons going down his blue coat, and shinny shoes that clacked along the lobby floor as he pushed the luggage cart to the elevator. I was greeted at the front desk as I approached with a jovial smile a friendly "hello sir. " The customer service was impressive right away. The lobby was large and had a small hotel shop for drinks, adult beverages, basic medicines, food, and other perishables. The hotel had a blue and silver theme with nice, dark wood furniture. This seemed to be the style of a mix between contemporary and traditional furniture design. I took the elevator to the fourth floor to my room. The first thing I noticed when entering the room was the gift bag and card the staff had left for me (thank you gang) and the fun, origami towel flower on the bed (complete with little rubber ducky). The room also had a contemporary feel with modern light fixtures, geometric furniture that optimized space, blue colors, and was very clean with plenty of natural light. It all had a very intelligent look. There was a new mini fridge, coffee maker, plenty of outlets in multiple locations if you needed to move work spaces and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Nice place to stay with a good breakfast. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Pool was overly chlorinated (super cloudy).

Very great hotel would recommend to everyone. They do not except cash has. Money has to be on card. Very peaceful environment. Free breakfast.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and the staff is amazing. There was an incident where someone threw a rock threw the window to the pool area resulting in it being closed our 2nd day which was disappointing but they gave us a full refund for our stay. The breakfast was amazing! I would stay here a million times over!

Clean, beautiful room. Amazing staff. Clear warm pool. Delicious breakfast. Easter candy. Great accommodations as I am disabled and am doing just fine in a non access room. Cozy. I like to have a resource in the room as to good places for dining, churches, attractions. Great part. I used HILTON HONOR points for the first time ever… SCORE. Your desk attendants and housekeeping staff are stellar. Beautiful Hampton. Congrats on a phenomenal renovation. Happy easter!

Was looking forward to staying here for my sister's wedding (of ~300 people) this fall, but when we asked for a block of rooms, they did us the favor of allowing us to reserve 20. After asking if they had more rooms, they said yes they had lots of open rooms, but wouldn't let our group reserve them yet because they didn't yet know if the Packers had a home game that weekend. If they think they can make more money with Packers fans, why even let us have any rooms at all? It would have been less rude to just decline our request than insult us both in tone on the phone and by offering only a fraction of our needed rooms. I look forward to working with another hotel who will give us a place to sleep without making us feeling unwelcome.

This place was nice, clean and quite. Great breakfast you fix youself. Lost my tablet and somebody returned. Staff very nice & friendly. I would highly recommend them. Looking forward to staying there again.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable! We stayed there when they had middle school girls basketball teams there too. The staff put us as far away as possible from the teams and the room was surprisingly quiet. For how chaotic the hotel was the staff was calm and friendly. Everyone had a smile on their face. The receptionist was so friendly and accommodating. Would recommend even though they have a tiny pool.

We have stayed at many hotels including five star hotels. I have never had a housekeeper do a better job than Kristy R did. Her attention to detail and little extra she did went Way Beyond what I would have expected.

Friendly staff, clean & quiet rooms. Breakfast was included and was the standard Hampton offering — ample but kind of bland. The exercise room was underwhelming. Check in and out was seamless. Lots of dining options nearby.

Great stay. Nothing out of the ordinary. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great place. Clean. Staff behind the counter were phenomenal. The pool did NOT smell like chlorine and did NOT burn my eyes. Room was clean and the bed was still nice and firm. There was no sag in the middle like other places I have been at. The breakfast was awesome. Waffles and Denver omelets with bacon one morning and waffles and sausage with bagels the next. Nice big spread for breakfast. I will go back next time I get to the area.

The management was so accommodating during our last stay. We had exceptional service. All the rooms were very comfortable and recently updated. All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Jake the maintenance person had the gift of being not only the maintenance man but the shuttle driver and the personal representative of Hampton Inn . Keep up the good work. Sandi and Peter Walter.

Great proximity to local amenities. Decent continental breakfast and good hot tub. Comfortable beds and overall a pleasant place to stay!

Very clean and nice place. Breakfast was awesome, way more fresh and full featured than any other hotel I've been to. Right next to the mall and right off of the interstate.

Great room. But, the old lady would sell us a beer from the pantry because it was after 11pm. With no sign posted of such restrictions. And the desk clerk was extremely rude.

Prior to the hotel updates I would have given this hotel 4 stars. The staff is great but based on the new décor I assume the owners are gypsies. They have switched to some high tech door locks that fail locking you out of your room for hours since there is no master key. I prefer more old school hotels or modern high-end hotels and I am not sure where this one fits now. Typical pricing was around 130.00 per night. Recently I paid 170.00 and this hotel is not worth that not even close. I might choose to sleep in my car atleast the décor isn't hideous and door locks work.

Very convenient location for the Fox River Valley. Close to town, the airport, the mall, multiple restaurants, and the freeway. The staff is very professional and friendly. They go the extra mile to make one feel welcome… I love the care packages the housekeeping staff leaves when one leaves the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door all day. The hotel is very clean and recently renovated. Business travelers would find this a great property to utilize.

We had our wedding block at this hotel, and had a good experience. Setting up the block was easy and guests enjoyed their stay. The location is good for the Appleton area. The front desk staff was not very helpful during the check in process though, for several of our guests.

Older building recently remodeled. Rooms were amazing. 5 star mattress. The fresh fruit for breakfast was actually fresh fruit and not from a fresh can. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Definitely recommend.

The best front desk staff the city! Stayed 3 nights this last week. You will be greeted by warm and friendly faces. Beds are comfy breakfast is fantastic with several options. Lots of great restaurants near by and the Fix River Mall. This Hampton Inn has a cooler of local beer for purchase. Very clean. Great shower — hard water pressure. It was a five star experience.

Needed a hotel and shuttle for my wedding. After 1.5 months of trying to get ahold of various hotels (nobody called, emailed, messaged back) Hampton finally did. Needed to have rooms reserved 3 weeks prior to wedding date, but extended to 2 weeks. Had no other events, but still needed 2 weeks to get rooms cleaned? Signed contract and sent in. 1.5 weeks later it was posted and the block was officially in the "system". Guests called to get reserved under our block. I called 3 weeks before the wedding to see how many rooms were booked. They told me 2… I was with 6 different people when they reserved so should have been 6 minimum. Told all guests to call again and make sure they get put under the block. Called a week later and it only went up to 4… told them there should be more, etc. Now, four days before the wedding I get a final count of 5. That's odd, I was with 6 of them when they were booked and I know none were cancelled. So now, guests have to call a THIRD time to get put under a block. Hotel charges $150 to shuttle 10 min away throughout the night and claim if guests aren't in block won't get shuttle. Would not recommend this hotel for room blocks/shuttle at all.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! The front office, housekeeping and that lovely lady in the breakfast area are all so friendly and wonderful! Very clean rooms and great service all the way around! On the one morning it snowed they even scrapped off the guest windows. Now that is incredible! Highly recommend. Oh and it is so close to many restaurants and right next to the Fox Rive Mall! This is our Appleton hotel! Thank you Hampton Inn for a great stay and Merry Christmas!

Very hospitable. They had window replacement going on and they sent me to two rooms both that were in the process of replacing windows. They owned up real quick and apologized profusely and slipped a $25 Amazon gift card under the door with a another card of apology. Hospitality and service industry is hard, I appreciate their gesture by giving them 4 stars.
