The staff was great, especially the overnight staff who were quick to respond to an incident in the hall. Also the breakfast was good. Doors were a bit thin and cell signal wasn't great, but a really nice place to stop for the night!

Stayed here for the Hall of Fame weekend. Staff was polite and friendly. The cleaning staff was courteous the next morning. Will stay here again in the future.

SUPER friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms, clean and well maintained pool and pool area. Good continental breakfast, with many choices.

Don't stay there. Construction started on the roof at 7:30. No manager. I left in sweatpants to go to another hotel to sleep and shower in peace!

Front desk was very nice. Room was clean. House cleaning was very good about not touching any belongings, but taking care of the room. Easy on and off the expressway and close to town.

Nice place for over night stay no water preassure in the shower if im being picky overall clean place to lay your head at night.

We usually stay here at least once a year to get away. We've always had a positive experience. They always make popcorn for guest which we look forward to. Had a different employee last night that I've never seen. Wasn't the best experience, she had made popcorn and we could smell it from our room. When we got there it was all gone. So found her and ask if she would be making more and her answer was, oh no its been all cleaned up and won't be making anymore tonight. Hmmmm that's odd there was still stuff in it, it hadn't been cleaned up at all. My son has autism and always looks forward to the popcorn. I'm pretty disappointed with this stay…

Your better off spending a little more money to stay at a place that does not have a herd of wild animals running up and down the halls.

My daughter and grand kids stayed in the king Jacuzzi sweet the tub was dirty and full of hair. I realize the rooms are older but that's just dirty on the house keeping side. To much chlorine in the pool. To sit on the balcony of her room above the pool room you can't catch your breath because of the chlorine smell.

Stayed overnight on Xmas Eve, just needed an inexpensive yet comfortable place to stay while visiting family for the holidays. Even though we live in Cleveland, we didn't want to drive back and forth, so the stay was worth it to save on time and hassle. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was big and having a hot tub was a plus. Breakfast was very basic but totally fine given the price of the room. Bed was comfortable and room size was above average. Wi-Fi was nearly unusable, which was really my only real negative to mention. It was extremely slow.

Rooms not very up to date, comfortable though. Parking lot a little scary at night.

Be careful who you get at the front desk. Staying out for work, and the first lady offered me a weekly rate around $250, but when I went back, this other lady tried saying not only is there a deposit (though I didn't pay one the two nights before that), but the weekly rate was $430, which is the exact same as the nightly rate. The stay was nice, and they left me alone, but the one lady definitely tried to rob me. I'll be switching hotels after tonight for sure.

The pillows are so small, they seem old so they are folded over, making them 12×12 pillows… on a king size bed being a person who likes pillows we called for more. After receiving 2 extra, we ended up going to Walmart and buying our own pillows for the second night stay. Also when arriving back to the hotel on the second day, our bed had not been made or towels replaced, called the front desk and they apologized and brought us new towels. It's still nice to have the room cleaned up and vacuumed, with bed made. There is tears in the carpet, a large stain on the floor in front of the bed, we have stayed here many times and his will be the last time.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Bummer there's no more fitness room. Nice breakfast area.

This facility needs some major renovation. Cracks in sinks, holes in walls. Mattresses had significant depressions and poor support. Breakfast of frozen eggs was nasty. Personnel were nice, given the poor upkeep by owners.

Am a long term guest here for work and the staff has made my stay the best ever and to come in from work and relax in the pool and hot tub is my favorite.

Off the beaten path. Major maintenance issues. Tall stairs (no elevators) All hallway doors have loose and worn door handles. Nothing is commercial grade… My first time here — the restroom lights did not work. The room was above the boiler and laundry (very noisy) My second time here — replaced the door handle and fixed toilet leak myself… My third and last time — cracks and patches in the bathtub floor. Carpet stains that lift the carpet — — — Why did I stay here? … company paid for it — — — Why and a 2nd star? Very quiet, lots of cameras, close to shopping area. Plan on carrying everything upstairs.

Stayed overnight with my wife for her business trip. Comfortable bed, clean room, and welcoming staff that made sure we were taken care of.

This is a pretty standard, Midwest economy hotel. The room was clean, and checking in was friendly and fast. It seems sort of tucked away from Wooster proper, though, so expect to have to drive or arrange transportation to most destinations.

They allowed us to check in a few minutes early which was nice. Wi-Fi here works great. The beds are very soft, for better or worse. For an economy hotel, it's good.

Their website says that they are pet friendly but their staff says they are not. Very inconvenient if you show up with your pet believing otherwise!

There are signs in the bathroom and on the bed asking to save water by reusing the same sheets and towels, saving water is great but it makes me wonder if we had fresh sheets and towels when we got there. The room also smelled like sewage when we first arrived. I gave it a 3 on price. If we go back will being my own blankets and towels.

Service was poor. Asked for a cot and was told there were none. Found out in the morning there were several. The clerk didn't even look.

The staff is awesome. I know many of the employees on a personal level. They take good care of their facilities and people who stay there.

I was passing through Wooster while traveling for my job and came across this Days Inn. First of all, The staff was beyond courteous. They gave me directions, offered to help me with my bags and even helped me check in to my flight online. As I entered my room I could smell the fragrance of CLEAN! This place you could eat off the floors that is how clean it really is. I then visited the pool area which is georgeous~! After a GREAT nights sleep I retreated to have some breakfast. The attendent in the breakfast area was attentive and helpful! At check-out the GM was at the desk and asked how my stay was… I couldnt give him enough praise. He then carried my bags to my car and wished me safe travels. I can say this. I travel the world and have stayed in TOP-NOTCH hotels. But nothing compares to a friendly-comfortable-clean hotel such as this! Keep up the good work! And the GM needs praised up and down! GREAT JOB TO YOU AND YOUR STAFF!

Went in about a week ago to rent a room with my wife and two children. Was told by the front desk lady that her manager had set a new rule, they could no longer rent rooms to any locals with a wooster residency on their identification! It's been a week and still has been no solution, or accommodation for the run around.

The manger Terrell is a racist towards blacks. He also accuses everyone of smoking in the room and proceeds to charge the person (s) a $200 fine. He said we were smoking weed. I have never smoked cigarettes and do NOT smoke weed. I would never put my children at risk for this either. I think just b/c my significant other was not white he harassed us with this BS. NEVER stay at The Days Inn in Wooster. Needless to say he took the charge off the Credit Card, but I will NEVER stay at this Days Inn EVER AGAIN! BTW Corporate offices have been notified of this racist JERK.

Clean rooms nice big pool and hot tub excelllent service and great rates. Also very close to several dining choices.

Was quiet and quite helpful with the small things that I needed. For example we had our 2 children with us and we let them bring a friend and they were accommodating with a roll away bed, we asked for markers and extra towels and they were quick and polite the only reason its not a 5 star to me is because their breakfasts are usually skimpy in amount and variety but other than that I would recommend this place to anyone.

Went to visit friends while kids swam in the pool. Staff seemed very friendly and helpful.

What an old outdated dump! Pool was so nasty my 14 year old son wouldn't even swim in it! Bathroom is so small u cant even turn around in it, sheets rough n itchy n the congenital breakfast consist of u making ur own toast n waffles with a waffle maker and the whole hotel smells like smoke! Staff is rude. Whoever reviewed this place over a two are either fake reviews or don't travel much! Much nicer hotels/motels in Wooster:)

Phenomenal service! Popcorn free in the lobby and amazing indoor pool. Fantastic service and cheap (price) Best hotel ever, and we travel quite a bit. Thanks for the stay Days Inn!

I was treated real respectful and professionally the the rooms are quite big and it comes with a microwave and refrigerator shower is great spre really quiet and that's why I gave it five stars is because I stay in a lot of these hotels so but this one is really really nice.

My mattress was newer made for great sleeping. Great value for the money.

Slightly above the usual Days Inn standard. Rooms are actually very clean and bed comfortable. Staff are friendly and the lobby is the standard budget hotel lobby with a free light breakfast inclydinv waffles.
