It's a 10 star hotel with 10 star staff ALL OF THEM! We appreciated our 2 week stay with them! Anette and Kevin we're the ones I talked to the most and they were amazing as was the very capable house keepers. Let me just name a few of them because they were just that great! Amanda-housekeeping manager. Housekeepers: Tammy, Pam, Taylor, Dianna and DJ was in the kitchen but helped me get linen so I could change my bed. They offered daily but as I don't work while my husband does, I take care of our room to give the hard working housekeepers a teensy break! They are fabulous and some of the best I've ever seen. I loved this place and they made me feel like family except for a couple. They are not worth mentioning their names.

Really cool decor, comfy rooms, friendly staff. Lots of stuff was closed (e. G. The weight room) but the breakfast was good and there was M*A*S*H on TV so we were alright. Overall, seriously good hotel experience.

I attended a bridal shower held here. It was a great conference room. The hotel has been there for most of my life. It's nice to see it's staying updated and current.

This hotel is great. It is very clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the staff is great. Carrie and Teresa, especially! The location was perfect for us, within walking distance to several good restaurants. We will definitely stay here when we are back in Wooster.

Had a very pleasant stay here. Wonderful staff that goes out of their way to make your visit everything it could be. Carrie was awesome. Great breakfast. One of the best Best Westerns we have visited. Great amenities.

Vintage feel but not dark and uninviting. Clean comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Reminds me of the the Overlook Hotel in a good, fun kind of way. I also stayed in room 237! I would stay there again.

Was in town for a friends dads funeral Staff was so welcoming and because they new the occasion went out of their way to accommodate and make it a good hotel experience. Manager made me feel like family.

Excellent hotel, nicely furnished, apparently recently, friendly staff, very clean, comfortable room. Included breakfast was better than most. When in the area would definitely stay here.

The best western hotel at wooster is exceptional, I keep coming back for the quality of service, the attention to details and mostly because the personnel working there always go above and beyond to help and make My stays pleasant. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Wooster.

Welcoming, clean, easy check in/out, great warm/ continental breakfast and great fitness center, all for a reasonable price and great location to town and the highway. Highly recommend staying at Wooster Best Western!

Good hotel. Good breakfast. Good service at front desk. (let us check in early because we where working night shift). Nice clean rooms. Plenty of parking. (enough for semis too).

With my Best Western Rewards Diamond Select status I was upgraded from my basic king booking to the honeymoon Whirlpool Suite which is normally almost 3X the cost. The décor of the suite is exceptional for a Best Western. It oozes luxury. The lobby also exceeds all expectations for a mid-range hotel. Breakfast goes above standard continental fair by varying the hot selections during the week, though if you are expecting bacon or breakfast sausage it is not available every day. Staff was minimal in the evening, with the reception person also running the bar. That person was also not familiar with the Best Western Travel Cards. If you need a room to impress, you can't go wrong with either of their big suites.

We rented the banquet hall for a wedding reception and Teresa’s team was great! The room was perfect and the bar service was good. I would recommend the use of the banquet hall for any event.

This is the best hotel in Wooster. Always clean rooms. Very friendly staff. My wife and I stay here a couple weekends a year. Never any problems. Get the king bed rooms if you can. They have a recliner in each of those rooms. Really comfortable. Beds are also comfortable. We stayed at another hotel in Wooster a few years ago and had a terrible experience. This Best Western is the place to stay. Really close to all the downtown restaurants and stores. Great town for antiques, use and rare books and dining. A lot of historical buildings and College of Wooster is only a few blocks away if you need to go there.

Went for a wedding reception. Very nice hall and the staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful event and everyone had a great time. There were no baby changing stations in the restrooms, but I was able to change my baby discreetly on a table in an adjoining room. Again, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The facility was clean and bright. Would recommend this location.

Have spent 65 days at this BW Wooster during a job assignment. I can truthfully say it was enjoyable and restful. Every request was handled quickly and completely. I would stay here again when I return.

This place was awesome! The staff were very friendly, room was clean and comfortable, fast check in/out, staff recommended an awesome place to eat that was close by and offered delivery… and the breakfast was amazing. We are thinking of going back for a little get a way. We didn't have a lot of time to spend in the town — — It was enough that we wouldn't mind going back. :D.

Many improvements and upgrades! So nice to see in the location. The employees were friendly, talkative and polite. Made me feel very welcome. Ballroom was pleasant. Bathrooms were extremely clean and fresh. Well done!

A wonderful hotel. Clean comfortable updated rooms. We appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The location of this hotel is in the downtown area of Wooster and is within 2 blocks of fantastic restaurants. Very good dining. The staff was great. We will be going back there next year.

Fantastic location in Wooster, fantastic staff. Hotel is nice enough, though the rooms feel close to dated. Bathroom felt a bit cramped. Parking is nice, access to downtown Wooster is great — literally walk out the door. The staff were helpful above and beyond expectations for me.

Great stay at this hotel for a Wedding in Orville. This hotel is so clean and like new! The employees make you feel welcome. We have never been to Wooster and loved it!

The staff was friendly and professional. During our breakfast the staff made sure our coffee was filled and offered to refill my juice cup. Very accommodating. The pool area was under construction as it was closed for the season. However the area was kept clear with a barrier around the construction area.

Overall great experience at the hotel. Older hotel but clean. They have a great breakfast to offer and tasted great. Would stay here again!

Great hotel and staff. Only stayed one night but very impressed. Room was quiet, clean, and plenty of towels. Breakfast was just great with several items to choose from.

I stayed at the St Paul last year for my first visit to this area. The St Paul was great, however I decided that for half the cost I would give Best Western a try this year. I was very happily rewarded by my decision as this hotel was clean, had great amenities, breakfast was awesome, bed and pillows super comfortable. The value for what I paid for far exceeded any expectation. I will definitely return to this Best Western for all future trips to this area and I highly recommend this location to others.

A lovely Best Western. Every employee we were in contact with made us feel as guests. Rooms are clean and unexpected extra service was provided.

I usually stay at the Best Western when I come into town. This is a nice hotel. The quality of the hotel and the rooms are very good and its always an easy check in process. There is strong Wi-Fi and nice complimentary breakfast as well. The location of the hotel is right in downtown so it is perfect for anyone on a visit to Wooster.

The hotel is located in the city center! There are many shops and restaurants nearby! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always polite and happy to help on any issue! There is a small fitness club. The street is not covered by a large pool. Small and with a variety of drinks bar. Clean and comfortable rooms with everything you need! Also, this hotel is suitable for people with disabilities! Large parking. More thanks to everyone working at that hotel, undoubtedly this is the best place in town!

Beds were very small. And for the price it should have been in alot better shape.

I didn't actually stay here, we just had an anniversary party here. They were still very attentive and helpful though with everything.

Simple, standard, and nice hotel. Not a bad place to stay.

Beds are too soft and don't do my back any good and I had to replace the cover of the iron with a towel because it is mangled. I'm staying for 3 more days so well see if we can get that fixed.

The room really smelled. The cable television was very confusing. The hotel staff was friendly, but it was still not a good night.

Updated and clean rooms. Average-looking outside appearance gives way to a beautiful and welcoming lobby. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The ladies keeping the continental breakfast stocked were on the ball, offered to take away our empty plates, and even gave me to-go wrap for my blueberry muffin. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

The Hotel manager is a dishonest, spiteful prick… I won't ever visit or spend my money again and I wouldn't recommend you do it either. Plenty of nice hotels with polite and competent staff in town.

Had some of our wedding party stay here. Multiple people had to change rooms because of condition/noise. Additionally, they double-charged my wife and I and refused a refund, even though we had the signed contract. I ended up having to get the Better Business Bureau involved to get resolution. Dishonest from start to finish. Stay away.

Room I had had been remodeled and was very nice. The public areas need work. Don't get there when housekeepers are on break outside the front door sitting and smoking on the curb.

Not bad for an older BW, could use some new mattresses though.

Lodging choices are very limited in Wooster. This is an older hotel that could use some serious updating. Some of the common areas really need help. The good news is that the room I was given was clean, nicely decorated and everything worked. I found the GM, Steve to be friendly and helpful. He even matched the rate I was getting at the Rodeway Inn down the street. The pool area is rather sparse and no hot tub.
