Very welcoming and humble. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Only request I have is to have the swimming pool a little warmer.

Hotel is disgusting with mold on the walls. I attempted to resolve this with the hotel but was told I should have stayed at a different facility if I had "medical issues" which I do not. This place should be condemned.

There is no elevator, they do not notify you of that when you make the appointment and will not move your room if you have a disability to keep you from getting up the steps.

Thank you, a short stay, but got enough sleep to travel the rest of the way home in Michigan. The service was nice. We will think about you again if ever need a Quilty Inn in Ohio. Mr. Mrs. John & Sharon Freist.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was neat and clean. I like the breakfast bar. It had more choices then most least expensive hotels. Waffles, oatmeal, whole fruit, eggs, breakfast meat, juice, coffee, milk, cereal, mini muffins, etc.

Great hotel. Quiet, nice staff and clean. Comfortable bed too. Also had a good breakfast. I'd stay again.

Pros: We just needed a place to sleep and this hotel served that purpose. The room was clean looking. Price was reasonable. Cons: The halls had a stench but the room is where the real stink was. The room was very humid and musty. Even after blasting the AC the humidity level didn't lower. The pages of a new book curled like we were camping in the rain. Stinks, the wall paper I the bathroom was pealing. I think next time I will spend 10 or 20 dollars more on a much better place to stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is quiet with several amenities within walking distance. The included breakfast is very good with a nice variety of items to satisfy just annoy every taste.

Bed was comfortable but room smelled like smoke and property needed maintenance.

Very poor experience. Took A long time yo check in, one of the rooms we booked was not even cleaned, the other one we got instead had a bad smell. Breakfast was minimal, with few selections. I will not stay at this location again and maybe not at any "Choice" hotel again. S. L. Crable.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and they are pet-friendly… unlike most of the other motels in the same area.

This was a great location for me, near 75, not too far from a lot of locations. The room was great, clean, comfortable. My only complaint was no plug for the bathtub or sink. Good breakfast buffet with eggs and sausage, waffle maker, cereals, etc. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

If I could put less than 1 * I would… Don't waste your time or money… The carpet in the room is filthy the ice machine doesn't work but it's running like crazy you would think they would have told me that before I checked in and they put me on the second floor… And they must have just sprayed for something because the smell is overtaking it's horrible… I will NEVER be back… and I don't recommend it to anybody.

Not bad but not great, clean room, no real issues. I upgraded 1 night to jacuzzi room and wasn't worth it at all. Shower head in that room was worthless. Breakfast was standard, nothing worth speaking of. It was a good value for the deal I got that through a travel site.

Happy with the fact there was a pool and hot breakfast. But some things bothered me, like the hallway smelled like cat urine, the bathroom was kinda beat up, and the pool had a ring of grime on the upper tiles.

This is a good location and the breakfast is one of the best I've tasted and the many hotels are stay in. The staff is very helpful about any area attractions and about the transit system to get around town and even one that connects to the near by cities.

This is such a nice place for the low price, rooms comfortable, pool. Nice eateries within walking distance, fast food also.

Value oriented hotel on exit 38, I-75. Easy, fast on and off freeway. Great location. Lots of food places in the area. Hotel has free breakfast from 6-10 am. Eggs, sausage, and many more carb items. Priced as low as $32 + fees on Expedia. Parking is more than adequate. Not the Ritz, but for cheap, it's a clean comfortable stay. The gal at the front desk was very pleasant Rooms have fridge, microwave, cable, internet and iron. Lobby has a business center with computer and printer. Walk to Arby's, Bob Evens.

Clean, comfortable, affordable. Desk had many outlets and USB ports for charging devices (using your own cables). Internet was free, wireless, and averaged about 6.5 mb/sec for a decent connection. Coffee machine broke the morning we were there, still, the desk personnel were friendly and willing to provide more packages of coffee for the in-room pot. Breakfast fare — eggs, sausages, make your own waffles, oatmeal, cereals and juices, breads and muffins. The room was quiet.

There was really no front desk staff. No maintenance on hand to help correct our pour drainage in the very dated bathroom. There was an ok breakfast in the morning. The flying nats or fruit flies in the room, was gross. It seem to have gotten worse over our weekend stay there. Also the heater/a. C. Unit had a foul smell coming out of it. Would not recommend this hotel.

Always have a great time here never an issue always clean and nice people.

Quiet and within 30 minutes of the Ohio Ren Faire. Decent spot for those traveling from out of state. Food within walking distance. Pool is indoor saltwater. Good for relaxing those sore joins after a day of walking and Mead induced dehydration. Will be back next time we go to faire.

Beds were nice as well as the pillows. Breakfast was average hotel breakfast. Bathrooms could use a little updating. Overall good with stay.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, popcorn free upon entering, great stuff. Hot breakfast, indoor pool. Would definitely stay there again.

Hallways smelled heavily of smoke even though it claims to be smoke free, hallways also very dark and warm. Room was fairly clean. No elevator to upper floors that we could find. Does allow pets which is nice, but I wouldn't stay there again unless it was cleaned up.

The room was half the size it looked like online. There was a ring around the tub and a dead bug in it. The chair at the desk (in the room) was tore to shreds. If there was more that 6 people wanting to swim in the pool you would be elbow to elbow. I have to say you get what you pay for! I guess $100 don't get you much. I took pictures of it all. Hat etc see what breakfast brings in the morning.

We stayed at the one in Columbus Ohio it was blue beautiful the room was clean we also got to enjoy the jacuzzi and the continental breakfast was delicious.

Upon my arrival I noticed it was very outdated and the inside reminded me of a prison waiting room. Lol the front desk then informed me that I was on the second floor but they do not have an elevator.

Clean. Newer renovations but sketchy work. Holes in walls where they mounted towel bars in wrong spot.

March 2014 Update: So tonight was the first night in 3 months that I've stayed here, (stayed home during the holiday & kids birthday months). I'm back at the monthly visits to Springboro. Called the hotel & got my regular room. Most of the same friendly staff & great breakfast with Blueberry waffles… but a bonus… Since I've stayed here last (Nov 2013) the hotel has upgraded the rooms to double stuffed pillows and nice thick comforters. Best nights sleep I've had at a hotel in years. April 2013: I stay at this Comfort Inn for about a week out of each month. Very clean, nice rooms; Good Hot Breakfast; and very friendly & helpful staff. Have never had an issue there in the past 2 years of staying there back & forth.

We stayed 2 nights at the Comfort inn (July 26-28, 2013). The room smelled musty and wasn't very clean. The pool looked cloudy when we arrived late Friday night. I told my children maybe they just treated it, it should be better in the morning. Unfortunately, the pool remained cloudy our entire stay. : — (Which resulted in some very disappointed children and one very frustrated Mom. One of the things I look for in a hotel is a pool for the kids to play in, while I unwind. At the end of our stay, as I was checking everywhere to make sure we didn't leave anything behind. I found someone else PJ's and Undies in one of the dresser drawers. Obviously, housekeeping did not do a thorough job when they cleaned out the room…. ”EW”. Actually I wonder just how long they were there… was it from a guest who was there the last night the room was booked or had it been lingering in the dresser drawer for some time. Who knows! All I know is I will be frequenting the area lot in the next few months and I will do my best to avoid staying here. When I complained about the clothes being left behind by another guest, I was told I would be credited back 20% of my room cost. I was credit the 20% and then he same day charged back 10%… ”What the heck? ” When I called to find out why I was told that I was getting credit 20% for only one day of my stay…. Well the dirty clothes were there my entire stay…frustrating.

Was very upset about this place. After they gave us the card for our room. We went to our room to find out the room was not cleaned up from last people staying there. So they changed our room and within 20 minutes the same lady that switched our room gave the key card with our room number to someone else and they just walked right in. We ended up leaving this motel. Will never go to this place again.

Room was nice, bathroom good, generally clean. Charge for sleeping day shift was$100. Parking for semi unit is a empty lot in front of motel. (use to be gas station) semi parking is limited. Maybe 6 units. Could get parked in! Resturants across street.

I'm so shocked at the comments posted on here. THis is the worst worst WORST hotel I've ever been to. Screwed up my reservation on my wedding day, got a rude, obstuse manager who did not care. He ended up slamming his hand down on the counter and told me to get out that he was cancelling my reservation. Then he didn't even have a print to print me out a cancellation confirmation or anything. I did not even get loud or use bad language. He was totally out of line. I left in total shock. Never experienced anything like this, and to top it all off it was my wedding day. Don't go here. The Hampton Inn accross the street it much nicer with much better service. THis place is the worst.
