For the price I have no complaints at all. It is true that the facilities and room are not perfect, but they are actually impressive for a Budget Motel. The staff was courteous, the room spacious and everything needed was provided. The air conditioner worked flawlessly, the water was hot, and the remote control on the TV had no issues. Moreover, the mattress on the queen bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in for some time. I have paid more money for rooms that we're not as pleasant as this. Thank you to the staff and owners.

The new owners of this motel have completely renovated most of the rooms, here and are still in the process of renovating the rest. The renovated rooms are really nice, with all new appliances and televisions. The staff are just really sweet and lovely. For the price, you simply will not get a better room. Avoid The Knights Inn in Franklin. It should be shut down for health code violations and they charge more than Econo Lodge. Do yourself a favor.

Stayed here while trying to resolve my fathers estate, and the staff was notjing nut kind, caring, and made sure our room was availible if our stay is extended. Very clean, reasonably priced, and centrally located.

Enjoy being there very clean, friendly if you need something they are quick on getting you what ever you need. Loved staying there, we will be back most definitely!

The room was really clean. The guy behind the counter was really nice and helpful. Cheapest around for a really comfortable bed and cozy room. Well worth it.

Owner or night clerk is a pervert and a psycho. I spent 2 hours here and complained about the stink and the bugs. He refused to refund my money and he double charged my card!

Wow wow wow what a true dump this place is I would not rent a room there for a cockroach. Meth heads and heroine addicted zombies is all that is there and the foreigner there at the front desk is a perverted little bastard who watches every one from his TV not a good place at all pay a higher rate because this is creepyville to the max with the foreign creeper.

This is a clean hotel to stay at. The office provides breakfast each morning. Friendly staffing. It has 2 levels and smoking and non smoking rooms per your preference. It is an updated hotel and has nice vinyled wood flooring. Includes, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and ironing board amd iron. Plenty of storage for your belongings. Onsite laundry room available. Two dollars a wash amd a dollar twenty-five to dry. Would recommend staying here.

Just got woke up by a bedbug. Not to mention the blood and grease stains on the walls and doors and what looks to be splattered ravioli around the sink. Tooth past on the bathroom door. The staff is very hateful so there is no sense in bringing any of it to their attention. Just sucks for almost 70 dollars. For 20 more dollars we could have went across the street and actually got to sleep in peace. Someone needs to step up and remove these owners and level the place or shut it down until its where it needs to be.

Nasty as shit, terrible manager, he literally tried to hustle me and my friend out of more money and told us if we left we werent getting our money back, dont come here.

I called in advance to reserve a room for 2 nights. I ask about pets as he is a tea cup poodle they said fine. We get there and again we told them we had a dog. No problem. We got the room it was awful and that is putting it mildly. The tub was nasty with dead bugs in it and mildew every where. The bathroom was filthy. The sink tooth paste in it and the cabinet was awful. The Tv did not work. Well it's 2:am we will suck it up to morning for we was very tired. Next morning we get a loud knock on our door and he says we are not pet friendly you have 10 mins to leave. We asked about refunding our money and he refused! NEVER again will I stay at a Econo Lodge. Especially the one on Concord St inFranklin Ohio! From now on no matter how tired or how expensive I will drive on. Run if you see a Econo Lodge on Concord St in Franklin Ohio!

Typical motel, well maintained, staff was friendly. They have smoking and non-smoking rooms so make sure you book the right one. Don't count on the continental breakfast, however.

Working out of town, stayed for 4 weeks and decided to go home for the weekend. I paid weekly so my room wasn’t due to be paid till Sunday at 11… left on Thursday night and came back on Saturday to someone else being in my room. Yes they sold my room to friends that needed place to stay and moved my belongings into storage closet along with roommates belongings. The coffee table still had my change on it with suitcase just like I left it. From the looks of the way they had it laid out on Sunday they were going to put back just like I left it so we wouldn’t know they sold it. I don’t see how I would ever stay here knowing I couldn’t trust them. No phone call or anything!

I had a good visit, but I came in at 1 am and was told to leave at 11 am. There should be a 24 hour visit rule. Cuz I didnt get my moneys worth.

The hotel front desk staff member was very kind and accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure that our stay was satisfactory. The room was clean and the furniture was in great condition and the beds were comfortable. It was quite nice that there was a frig and microwave in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and stay again if I'm in the area.

Good value for the price. While the fine touches are missing (aging facility), the staff was friendly and the room clean. Everything worked and the room had a microwave & fridge along with 32in flat screen. The Wi-Fi was adequate and didn't drop. If you are expecting a 5 star place for a 3 star price forget it. If you need a good place to sleep at a good price, I recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to return myself.

Clean. Quiet. Price rates are great. But best of all was the desk clerks. Wonderful people. Will definitely stay there again when going thru that area.

If I could put negative stars I would! Holes in the wall and doors, fire alarm is falling out of the wall! Rat shit on the floor! Stains on the sheets, chair and floor! Absolutely disgusting! Would never recommend this!

They took very good care of us in from out of town. Very nice clean room. No bugs and very friendly staff. We would come back here anytime!

Out side the hotel looks like every other hotel in the area just plain nothing fancy. Inside the room the room has a lot of room the beds are far apart the room is very clean updated and nice I'm told all rooms have fridge and microwave the TV was a updated flat screen hanging on the wall and at a height that doesn't make you look up or down plus right between both beds so the TV is good for both people in the room over all nice hotel and cheap.

Bed bug infested!. Refused to give our money back. Left at 4 in the morning with nowhere to go. I have pictures to prove how bad I was bit. I even showed him a bug. These people should be charged for letting people stay there. Shut it down!

I love it, they know me im a regular and they take care of me, they are constantly improving there.

It was fine. Nothing fancy, but alright for an overnight stay. After taxes, I paid $90 for the room, but I think around $60 would have been more appropriate.
