The location I stayed in was more like a halfway house, than a motel. The room was filthy and never cleaned by staff — During my stay of over 10 weeks I bought cleaning supplies myself, changed my own linen and emptied my own trash. I had to go to the desk to get any kind of towels or linen exchanged with a few exceptions. The one time I asked for room to be cleaned while I was gone, 2 of my personal pillows were taken and never returned. The washing machines only worked sometimes, and I was told I had to call in service requests myself by motel staff — and I still have yet to get a refund for money machines took. It felt like living in a half way house or shelter with the amount of drugs everywhere. You could smell "pot" everywhere. And there was an actual OD (death) in the room next to mine one night. My car was egged twice during my entire stay. And for the most part, the staff was apathetic and would rather smoke outside and chat then assist people waiting at the desk. With that said, there were a couple of gentleman and one young lady who went out of their way to try to help me during my stay. They were the exception to the rule.

Smoke alarm was sounding a trouble code upon first entering the room, and the bathroom light did not work. I spoke with front desk, and was given a battery for the smoke alarm, and the tip to reset the GFI breaker on the wall in the bathroom, which fixed both issues at that time. My roommate plugged up the toilet the next morning, and there was no maid service to correct that that day. He went down to front desk, the motel staff person came up and roterrooted the toilet. He did fix it, but left excrement all over the bathroom. It was disgusting. The next night my roommate plugged up the bathroom sink, as the mechanism that controls the sink plunger was apparently not working. The following day, we did get maid service, but the sink was left plugged. It stayed that day for the rest of our stay. On the last morning on our way out my roommate again chanced using the toilet, and again it plugged up. We have a couple of issues. The smoke alarm battery was actually missing and had to be replaced. The hotel staff should have been aware of this on the last cleaning of our room before being rented to us. Not only that, but when I replaced the battery myself I noticed the interconnect wire was not connected, which is probably a fire code violation. The intermittent room service, with obvious issues being neglected. The fact that the first time the toilet was repaired the bathroom was left in a total disgusting mess.

Everyone was wonderful! The front desk was always so helpful and went above and beyond to make us welcome. Management was always on top of any issues, and housekeeping always came by to make sure we didn't need anything. Overall an amazing experience when my family and I were in a bad place. Thank you all, we'll miss you!

Had a long week… needed motel accommodation at the last minute… busy weekend in dayton… took a chance… and I will admit… pleasantly surprised… clean and quite at a great price… thank you. And would do it again…

Let me start by saying the men at the front desk are wonderful and very polite. However, housekeeping came once and I stayed for a week (told him to come back in a bit and he never did) when I called to ask about it a woman answered and was very snippy. I never did end up getting my room cleaned after being there a week. Also; the people above me stomped and yelled all day long but that's not the hotels fault. My kitchen area drawers were also broken upon arrival. The price is okay, room is decent but housekeeping needs some work. Meh. I'm checking out tomorrow.

It’s cool to stay at. Laundry is a decent the cleaning team could have been more productive. Only cleaned my room if it was time to check out during a 2 week stay — no garbage can in the room. Saw a few bugs crawling 2 times on the floor. Parking is good there, speedway right next door so that’s lit. The water gets really hot, and their a/c / heat is really nice I felt like I was in a little apartment.

I didn't stay because this place is awful! First they put me in a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. The second room had several roaches that were visible plus a lot of their droppings. When I tried to use the microwave ants came crawling out. There was also what looked like blood splattered on the drapes. My skin crawled just looking at all of this so I got my money back and walked out! I would give this place a minus 10 rating. Also, the fridge didn't work and most of the lights in the bathroom burned out.
