I am literally sitting in the lot as we speak. The owner will not refund and I have the local police here as a witness to the filth and bed bugs.

Close by interstate 75 & 675. Various restaurants and activities near by. The price for the room is reasonable. The room reflects the price charged. Not the best but not the worst.

Very pleased with the place. Rooms were very clean. Decided to leave a day early and got a full refund for one day back. Rooms are very good at blocking out most noise.

Staff was very rude and it was overpriced for what was offered!

Stayed here for one night before heading back to Kings Island. It is set in a quiet location, and the workers we spoke with were helpful. We needed 2 rooms and the worker at the front desk made sure that the rooms were next to each other for us. We did find two dirty wash cloths in the bathroom (which I believe were used not long before we got in there, my guess is to clean the bathroom itself). There were a few stains on the sheets, but they smelled/felt clean. Wasn't too worried. No bugs either. Had a peaceful stay here, would stay again.

Rooms were spacious, somewhat up to date, but some what outdated. Situated close to restaurants, shopping centers and my trip for kings island.

We went to the room and it was disgusting! It was dirty! The chairs had stains. The floor had a hole and all that covered it was the carpet. It was not remodeled like they had said. Needless to say we didn't stay and got a refund.

THE worst hotel around. -dirty rooms -load AC -old school TVs You are better off sleeping in your car if everything else around is booked.

Not even worth the lowest price. My room featured a non-functional shower/bath and a noisy, broken heater/ac. Lots of fuss was made about being out by the 11:00 check-out time and making sure no one smoked in a non-smoking room that we specifically requested. The very inept management should worry more about providing the most basic amenities (climate control, bathing capabilities) and less about making sure customers know who's boss. I wasn't expecting much from a Knights Inn, but I got even less. Booooo, hisssss.

Good price and comfy beds. The room was dated but clean and comfortable. No sign of bed bugs.

It isn't $45 as they advertise — its real cost is over $80. I saw the $45 sign which caused me to drive in, but this is a nightly rate for people staying over a week. Don't be fooled. The bed was OK — probably would never go back.

Room booked a room on 7-17-2015 and it was infested with roaches! Went to the front desk and was told they wouldn't do anything about my stay! Don't waste your money cause you might have to spend more if you take something home with you!

Stay away! bed bugs! book someplace else. I booked a room on June 22nd and arrived after 1 am that night, exhausted after 15 hours of driving. The room stunk horribly. The floor felt unstable and the dresser with its giant old tube television on top shook wildly when I walked by (and I'm ~125 lbs). The table lamp was held together with Scotch tape and the walls above the shower were filthy and disgusting. Stepping out of the shower, I unfolded the first towel I grabbed and found old bloodstains on it. After settling in to my sub-par, dingy room I decided to check under the sheets and the first corner I checked had a LIVE ADULT BED BUG. I caught it in a hotel cup and took photos, then packed my things and slept in my car in the humid Ohio heat while some tow truck drove back and forth all night. In the morning I brought the bug, still alive, to the front desk where this lady basically called me a liar to my face and refused to refund my room unless their maid could find more bugs. So I got back on the road. Come to find out that these scumbags charged me anyway, but let me tell you, where there is one bug, THERE ARE MORE. These people are liars and are running a low, looowwww quality operation. Again, do not stay here. Let them fail for poor management and even poorer service. Maybe try the Red Roof or something… even sleeping in your car at a rest stop would be a better way to spend the night.

Room was clean but smelled like cigarette really badly. Had HBO but was poor quality. Coffee was terrible.

Good value for the money. Room was quiet. It was comfortable and close to the mall and eateries.

I checked in. That was fine. Friendly. The room was dirty. The bathroom door fall off the hinges. The shower was filthy. Go to check out and tell them what I thought. They gave me a different room. The room was fine. On the 3rd night. The heater broke. Smell like something died in it. I woke up freezing. I gotta be at work at 4 am. So when I get back the room. Get my stuff together. Go to check out. I tell them what happen. You would think they would offer a night for free since that's twice now. Nope. He offered me a $9 refund. What a joke. Never staying in a knights inn again.
