Stayed here 7/17 for approximately 5 minutes. Our room had no AC, no water and broken furniture. No response from upper management. This place is a dump.

No wastebasket in room, no chairs, light burnt out, no shampoo, and sink was leaking at faucet. Dresser was broken and the safe front was filthy. However, the lady clerk at the front desk was very nice, the king bed was comfortable and had 3 nice pillows and had mattress protectors on. With a little more effort, this could be a 4 in the economy class.

Rooms are nicely remodeled. All the staff are friendly and glad to help. Great pool as well. Will stay again.

If I could rate this lower than one star I would. This place is one of the worst hotels I have ever checked into. Upon arrival, I was told that the room that I booked was no longer available and they had nothing to compensate for the issue. I said fine and decided to just go to my room as I was tired. The room was not cleaned at all: hair all over the bedding, the towels had stains, food crumbs and obvious trash on the floor, several broken or missing items, all to say the very least. Don’t waste your time with this place. It’s nasty!

Clean, safe feeling room. It was also quiet. The only downer was that the cable was not working, so no TV.

I always stay in motel 6 in various states and this one did not have the big towels. It made me feel funny. It felt uncomfortable. The first time in years I felt weird.

Great customer service. Nice clean rooms. Will definitely be going back when looking for a motel.

Absolutely Sucked! Room reeked of cat urine. Inoperative TV, missing mini refrig,. Microwave, and get this… dresser drawers. Filthy moldy carpet and just a miserable experience. Place needs bulldozed.

There was blood in the sink, the person at the front desk was very rude and was yelling at other guests at check in, There was hair on my shower towel, I was bought the room with a king size bed and I ended up with 2 beds and it was booked with a refrigerator and it was not there. I took pictures. Also I had to get 5 different room keys and finally the 5th key worked on my room. I was not very happy at all!

This is by far the worse hotel I've been to. The room we had at first the door wouldn't even open and there was a huge bag of trash in front of it the second room we had, had bed bugs everywhere told the front desk and even showed her the bed bug she gave us another room we asked what we should do with the bed bug and she said just throw it on the ground the third room had bed bugs as well and dirty towels just laying on the bed and the house keeper Tina was asking if we could find any drugs very dirty poorly ran place wish I could give zero stars.

I've stayed at this motel 6 several times in the past year. I appreciate the budget accommodations they offer, especially when you're traveling with your pet. I read through many of the reviews on this property. I've never seen a bed bug, never seen druggies hanging out, never seen or heard anything crazy. It's always been very quiet and reasonably clean. I have had issues with the doors not opening properly or keys not working. There's always clean linens and a clean room. And they offer free Wi-Fi! On a side note, some people said to go to the Mason Inn down the street. I would recommend you checking the local sex offender list before taking your families there. I used to deliver food in this area and several sex offenders are registered at that property.

This place has gone to the dumps I used to stay here all the time with my brother. I just left there and I've never had such rude service the last owners were so nice and actually cared about you, this new owner is a total ass, will mean mug you when u pull in and accuse you of doing drugs. Tried to add a few nights on to my stay but he was too busy screaming at this poor girl. He's drama STAY AWAY FROM HERE mason inn is 10xs better especially the service.

I requested a king size room and was give a double room, which I could deal with and understood. In this room neither the TV nor the ac worked so we asked to be switched to another room. The room we were switched to had not yet been cleaned, to no fault of the person at the front desk. The room was marked as clean in her system and should have been cleaned the day before. However, there were no sheets on either of the beds and still trash in the trash can. On top of that when my fiancee went to use the restroom, he got stuck in there. When we finally got the door open, the wood on either side of the door split apart from the middle section. After this, my fiancee and I decided that we had had enough and decided to leave. We asked for a refund, but since I payed with card, the lady at the front desk was unable to help me. I called back multiple times the next day and the day after to talk to the manger, who has not been in since before I was there. Every time I called I was told he would be there in a few hours and got caught up doing something. I have left multiple messages and still have not received a call.

Nothing bad to say really. My buddy and I spent the night here after King's Island. In the room for a total of 7 hours with nothing to report. It was quiet and the staff was friendly. I'd go back!

I'm still waiting to be refunded. The non-smoking room I booked and paid for was not available. Room 142 stunk of cigarette smoke. I was then given keys for Room 158. Which already had guests in the room. I was then sent to Room 201, it did not smell of smoke, but the AC would not turn on. I then ask to try Room 202, which appeared to be vacant. I was told NO, by the woman working the front desk "I can not allow you to try another room! " I ask for a refund because the hotel was unable to provide a non-smoking room as booked and I am allergic to cigarette smoke. Again I was told "NO'. I then called the local Mason police and they came out and documented the incident. In the end, I had to go to another hotel for the night. I am requesting a full refund.

A little more money than I usually like to spend. Booked a smoking room and got a non-smoking room. No biggie, just went outside. Decent motel 6 tho.

This was one of the most miserable experiences of my life. Cincinnati hotels were completely booked up because of the jazz festival, and so I stayed there, and it was horrible. One of the other people was complaining that they had gouged him, by offering him a cheap price for 3 rooms and then cancelling it, and he was surely right. The air-conditioner was on its last legs, and running it at full blast produced very little. There have been cooler saunas. The refrigerator went "putt-putt-putt" all the time, and I couldn't stand it and had to unplug it. Most of the electrical outlets didn't work. The front light didn't work, either. The front door was difficult to open and jammed all the time — one its locks was broken, too. I asked for the room to be fixed and nothing was done. It was awful.

DO NOT STAY HERE! There is bed bugs lucky we didn't go to sleep just got back from kings island and dinner and seen them… now traveling at 1am with my children trying to find a place to sleep being most hotels are booked at this hour! Gentle at the front counter was extremely rude said he could help us the "General" manager had to and he couldn't bother him he would be back at 8am…? So I guess they expect not to return your money knowing the issue and don't care where you and your children sleep!

I have stayed in many motels, and have completely realistic expectations for a budget motel. The room (a non smoking room) had evidence of VERY recently being smoked in. Super strong cigarette smell and ashes on the night stand. Toilet ran constantly. Bathroom vent sounded like a dying animal. The only toiletry item was a bar of soap. The beds had 1 sheet and two pillows — that was the only linen. The property honestly looked like it was abandoned. Grass was full of weeds and needed cut. There were shoppers not carts randomly laying around. Under the stairwells — thousands of cigarette butts. To add insult to injury — I made the booking through your website and paid $40 more than if I had done it through Expedia.

This time great so far. Actually have a none smoking room and clean. Safe batteries are low. Prorated my stay also to weekly rate.

Basically bare necessities. It was cheap and got the job done. This is not a place for luxury. The only amenity included was free coffee in the morning, which was okay. The only thing stocked in the shower are two tiny bars of soap. However, the bed was really comfy, which I what really matters. Pillows were fluffy, one being a feather pillow. Sheets were nice and clean.

The room was very clean. The staff was very very nice. I would definitely recommend anyone to come stay. The price was well worth it.

The room was clean and comfortable, easy access to the motel from the highway. Disappointed though because there was no shampoo and the light in the bathroom didn't work very well. The attendant at the front desk was friendly.

I stayed at this Motel 6 last spring shortly after it changed owners and the hotel was definitely in need of some work. This spring it was a big improvement. It is still not perfect but you can tell the owners are working on continuing to make it better.

Staff was great but the room we were given was just awful. Carpets were stained, walls had gross yellow stains, the shower curtain was stained, holes in the wall and the three rooms next to us were loud and permanent residents. Oh and I can not even begin to describe the disgusting stench in the room. We had to keep the door open just to be able to breathe and not gag. At 1 am I had to ask several people to be quiet as they were yelling and slamming car doors. Now I have stated in several Motel 6 across many states and this was the absolute worst. I will not be coming back to this one.

Room was clean. Staff was great. Cheap considering how close u are to kings island. And u can bring ur pets. All this under one roof. Ill recommend this place to my family and friends.

I really enjoyed staying hear for a few days because all of the staff members were very pleasant and smiled which you just don't seem to get these days. The best thing ever was that it was clean. I normally have to scrub down rooms when I go stay somewhere even the more expensive places. I will definitely stay hear again it was so nice to have the staff be nice and caring, a clean room, and a quiet place to stay. These days people are so rude and act like your a bother to them and just don't seem to care about there jobs. Thank you so much Motel 6 for a very pleasant stay and a clean room it was wonderful. Keep up the great work!

I have seen some notoriously bad hotel/motels. This one ranks in the top 5. I nearly got swindled into staying here a little over a year ago. The room was cheap but terrible. It was dirty, had a smoke odor and we were put in the back which is near a dysfunctional pool. We decided to go someplace else as at that time, sleeping in our cars seemed like a better option. Luckily we managed to get our money back and get the hell out of there before we got robbed. We stayed at the Mason Inn during this trip which was MUCH better. This place is a blemish on an otherwise decent area and it surely diminishes the property values of everything around it.

Great stay for the price. Staff was very quick and responsive to any request. Employees Sam and General Manager Salvador where awesome! I felt safe and enjoyed my stay. Super close to the highway (71) and easy access to many places to shop, eat and gas stations. I even got my Military Discount! I would stay there again. Thank You guys!

Room # 1 best of both worlds bed bugs and roaches. Room # 2 20 degrees outside and air would not turn on Room # 3 it rained harder in the room than it did out side. Room # 4 ant's and a lot of them. We got a complimentary can of bug spray! Room # 5 not so bad no bugs no rain and the air worked then we were told that we had to go to room because they were remodeling this room, the same night some one else was in the room that was being remodeled. Room air did not work ac for 2 min then heat for 5 min you had no control of the setting it did what ever it wanted to except turn off, you had to unplug it to turn it off as entertaining sparks would shoot out at you while doing so. All said and done if I could give negative star's I would. The el-rancho Rankin had nothing on this dive. Sleep under a bridge before you give these cretins your cash or plastic as I am sure that it will end up supporting ISIS. Complimentary breakfast is around the overflowing garbage cans. Racoons and opossum's have first dibs. A green swimming pond that is condemned. Oh yeah room service=0 but they do offer to let you use the filthy vacuum if you want to clean your room for them. Want wash a load of clothes? Its $1.50 to wash and $4.50 to dry, it takes $1.50 three times to dry a load. Seriously check into a homeless shelter before you stay here. The best thing that could happen to this place is nothing a bull dozer couldn't fix.

This place is so dirty! Don't go here they lied about everything! They have no ice buckets! No breakfast. Worst place ever stayed.

Horrible place, very dirty and has bags…

HORRIBLE PLACE! First off, be forewarned that breakfast is NOT INCLUDED in your price, as stated specifically in your reservation confirmation. Second, be warned that they will try and give you a room that is different than what you booked. When we first arrived, we were given a regular sized room, when we booked a double room. On our way to our room, we had to carefully walk ourselves and our kids past a huge wasp nest that was in the railing of the upper balcony. When we got to our room the air conditioner did not work. The room was also dirty, and the fridge was full of food that had been left from the prior person. We went and complained so they offered us another room. We had to wait another 20 minutes for a room to be "cleaned". When we got to that room, there was crumbs of food all over the carpet and the TV stand. Then one of our kids went to use the bathroom and the light did not work. Instead there was a desk lamp, which was plugged in across the sink and sitting on the back of the toilet. We had to repostion that so no one got electrocuted from it falling in the toilet or from the cord running through the water in the sink. The room was also supposed to be non smoking, but it reeked of cigarette smoke. If it had not been Labor Day weekend, we would have packed up and gone somewhere else, but everyone else was either full or wanted way too much.
