Room smelled dank. The vanity lights did not work right. Never came fully on. All the bulbs were dim in the room. One soap was given, even though there was a sink AND shower area. Bathroom floor very slippery when wet but no bathmat. The molding around the floor was coming off, the bathroom especially was tired and not all that clean looking. Nothing about this place said Wyndham, the sign by the road was scorched and old. The room did have a mic and fridge. The free breakfast was surprisingly good and had abundant hot and cold choices.

The pool and complimentary breakfast were nothing to write home about but my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay regardless. We liked how comfortable the beds were and how clean everything appeared to be. Very good deal for the price.

Staff was super friendly and the facilities were clean. Pool area was nice, too. Walking distance to restaurants and movie theater. My only complaint is that the food area was too small to accommodate the 15 or so people for breakfast. That's a lot of people for a small hotel's breakfast, granted, so it didnt bring me down too much. Nice place.

This place is okay but amenities are gone. It is not too bad of a price but no plastic cups. Ice maker broke had to go to desk for ice. Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. No ink pens in room or paper. No outside garbage cans to dispose of trash. Breakfast was decent until owners did it on Monday with no eggs. Nowhere to sit outside once pool closed. Not in best location either. Front desk personnel were very nice and helpful.

Nice clean hotel. Staff is friendly and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby as well as a 16 screen movie complex right next door. It has been recently remodeled. It's also the only hotel in the area that offers smoking in some rooms.

This was the worst experience I have ever ha staying in a hotel. When we got to the room after driving 16 hours straight my fiance and I was completely exhausted and we were ready to lay down and get a couple hours of sleep. The only good thing about the stay was the people at the front desk but the rooms were horrible I asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room it smelled like someone was just chain smoking in the vents the sink the had a draining issue we washing our faces was so hard cause the sink would fill up and take about 5 min to go down. The toilet sea had cigarette burns all over it and the shower was dirty the floors were nasty and there was a spot on the wall that looked like mold the fridge was funky to. Then we just happened to look at the bed and there wee stains on it that looked like dry blood. They put us in another room but it really wasn't any better and then I look at my bank account they have three charges on my account one for the total price of the room one and two for partial payments of the room and they were created after we left the hotel which sent my account into over draft my bank charged me $100 for that over draft I will never ever ever ever ever stay here again this was a waste of time and money and they need to do better and update the place the pictures look nothing like what the rooms do this place is tragic. The price of the room should be lowered its not worth it.

Convenient location, reasonable prices, nice pool. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a good variety (yogurt, pancakes, mini omelets, oatmeal, cereal, biscuits and gravy, etc. ). The rooms were clean and everything was in good functioning order. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Very nice for price highway didn't bother me we got a suite in October 2017 the room was spacious clean smelled good and was very nice and quiet one issue was the faucet for jacuzzi tub had yellow caulking around it kinda rigged but worked well worth the money.

Pros — clean room Cons — limited supplies. Would not provide more than 3 pillows per bed. Staff was rude, and reeked of smoke. Not HOT water. No laundry bag. Refused to open swimming pool even no storms were present.

For the price it was GREAT! Best bargain in the Dayton area! Great service great room for visiting and the maid staff was super great! From now on I'll stay here when I'm visiting.

Very good budget hotel, the outside doesn't do justice to the inside. Rooms are clean, good hot shower, free high speed internet and good free breakfast, the staff is friendly and professional.

The motel is convenient and cheap. The primary clientele seem to be truckers, utility line workers and budget travelers. The building is a bit run down but it's clear it's being maintained to the best of its ability. I'm staying for a second day due to this location's proximity toy destination but I don't know know that I'd stay next time I'm in the area.

It was good. The breakfast is a pancake machine with some other options. There is white gravy for biscuits, but stay away as this made one of our party sick. Otherwise the rooms were clean and spacious.

Maybe the best low end $60-70 a night hotel I've ever stayed in… this is our second time staying here and staff is friendly… rooms updated and clean. Wi-Fi, free USA today etc… and the best hot breakfast bar I've ever had in this price range. In fact most of the places I've stayed, double this hotels price, have far crappier continental breakfasts… great place for the price!

Rooms are clean. I didn't see any bugs. Room has a fridge and microwave. Breakfast is ok and free! My only problem is the toilet is having flushing issues, but it's Still one of the nicest hotels I've been to.

Nice, clean, Bare bones place to stay in Huber Heights. Only complaint is lack of heat in the bathroom. I was expecting to see icecicles in morning. Enjoyed visiting with friendly hostess from Tennessee.

Great continental breakfast options. The first room I was put in had a broken heater and the room smelled bad. I called the front desk and they moved me to a much nicer room with a working heater.

Rooms are ok at best. Beds are ok. Not the cleanest place. Lamp shades and radiators are unacceptably dirty. There was always flies in the room. Our room did have a microwave and small frig (That we had to defrost ourself). Good water pressure but it is 'hard water' staff friendly. Our room was in rear and the traffic from I-70 was a bit loud. If they'd invest some $$ & hired better employees who took pride in their work it wouldn't be too bad. There are laundry machines on site. The free breakfast is NOT good. Not sure I'd ever stay here again, maybe in any extreme pinch.

Very disappointed. Booked king smoking with jacuzzi and when I got there I got a king smoking no jacuzzi and made it sound like I got a fantastic deal and charged me 47.00. Room smelled really bad. Did not look like it had been cleaned from smoke forever. Hairdryer cord brownish yellow and you can see dirt laying in the plugs and switches. Breakfast was supposed to be so good. Stale hard biscuits microwaved egg flats. No breakfast meat. Oatmeal was thick. Will never stay at another days inn again anywhere. This was room 102 on the expressway side and that was all we heard all night long. This place was horrible. Night staff lady was very helpful and friendly.

Didn't start out very well… The non smoking room we got smelled smoky and musty, the Jacuzzi in the room didn't work, the phone was broken when I called the front desk and the hairdryer was busted… once I did reach the front desk they fixed the Jacuzzi and explained they shut the power breaker off when those rooms aren't in use. Once fixed the Jacuzzi worked great and saved the day. :) The front desk staff was very nice overall. The free breakfast leaves a little to be desired but was good enough. Really small seating area though so I could see it being a pain if 10-15 people all showed up at once. The bed was comfortable enough, fairly firm with a pillow top. Only got this room for the Jacuzzi so was satisfied once it got working. Probably plenty of better options in the area if you are looking for a standard room.

Room was updated and perfect for the price. Bed was super comfy. Didn’t expect a fridge or microwave, so that was s pleasant surprise. It was a little noisy if you have a room on side facing the highway, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Free breakfast bar was nice.

Room was clean and fairly updated. The staff was friendly. No one came to the desk when I tried to check out but that may be because I leave at 5am. Overall it was a nice place for the low price.

The location is great if you are passing through, lots of restaurants nearby, a wild wing in walking distance. Other reviews complained about road noise but we didn't experience this. The room appeared partially renovated, new fridge, newish tv, but old everything else, which is fine, for the rate it's actually pretty decent. However, when we arrived the room smelled strongly of marijuana. I don't know if it was a previous guest or just an overpowering cleaner, but we had to let the room air out with the door open for a while. In addition to this, the room didn't look clean, the floor was stained throughout, and there were stray hairs throughout, bathroom, bed, you name it. This is the only hotel on the route I was not willing to shower at because I didn't trust the cleanliness, and I slept fully clothed. The breakfast, while offering lots of options, clearly skimped on quality to pull it off. I prefer the stripped down continental breakfast with quality items to this, sure you can get pancakes, an omellete, biscuits and gravy and oatmeal… But the pancakes are rubbery, the omellete looks like a frozen microwave product that was heated hours earlier, the biscuits were hard (seriously, I'm not picky, I tried cutting them in half and they crumbled) and the oatmeal was in a big crock pot looking thing premade. It's a good value for the price, and if you go into it with this review in mind, it might be 5 stars for you, but I had higher expectations.

Werent in the room long as we had stuff to do. But room seemesls clean enough. The carpet had lots of big stains on it tho. Scarce parking by your room. Pool looked clean, but we never had time to swim. Close to lots of stuff.

Booked a non smoking room and got a smoking room. Room cleanliness felt a little questionable and hotel as a whole could use some updates. Staff were friendly and location was convenient. Price was reasonable.

You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel. All doors are outward facing and if you get a room on the freeway side, be prepared to heard very loud trucks all night long. The AC will not drown the noise out either. Speaking of air conditioning, the unit in my room did not work. The room was small, with stains on the carpet, uncomfortable bed, bugs on the floor, the sink wasn't cleaned and there was trash in the corners of the room. There were hairs in the bed, issues with the plumbing, and the door lock didn't latch properly. I will not stay here again. This hotel doesn't deserve a 7.0+ guest rating. More like 3.0

The lady at the front desk (forgot her name) was very friendly and nice. Made it easy to check in. They also have truck parking on the street.

The staff is friendly and it's very affordable. They keep up well with the housekeeping. I have never experienced a problem here.

Great place. Not the best mind you, but decent. Nice rooms, ok pool. Decent price. And right next to the theater and plenty of restaurants.

Wanda is all I need to say she is positive lively and welcoming it's so refreshing to come off the road after a long drive and feel like you are part of the family. Very happy we stayed here tonight thanks Wanda!

There must have been some type of event going on because rooms were sold out from dayton to springfield so this was really a last resort it was ok but I wouldn't wanna stay again if I didn't have to.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms! Right off the highway was nice, but you could hear the cars. Would only be a problem if you're a *very* light sleeper, though!

Awful experience! Roaches, chemical burns, and non-stop noise just outside the hotel room made this the worst overnight stay EVER! Will never stay there again.

Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds! Great rates checked in at 11pm on a Sat with no problems. Had smoking rooms would stay at again.

The shower curtain was missing and numerous times the staff would try and bring it in even after I told them to bring it later. I had been up for 24hrs and when I checked in I mentioned to the lady behind the desk im going to bed. It would be helpful if they remember that and not keep bothering people. Other than that it wasnt a bad room. Plenty of places close by to go eat. There even is a grocery store right here. Forgot to mention that the paint is chipping on the ceiling in the shower.

Rooms have no mircowaves. Rooms are old and could use some updating. Just not very well maintained.
