I stayed at quality inn two years in a row for baseball. The staff is very nice. The rooms are also not bad but something that has always been an issue, both years and in different rooms, was weird switch layouts or just switch boxes blanked off all together. Its very odd. Also walked down the hall and the electrical service panel cover was wide open with no lock. All in all its decent for the price.

We went there to go to the Columbus zoo which is only 4 miles away. The person at the front desk was polite and professional. Our room was nice and very clean. The downside was there was only two towels in the room. I asked for more and received them. Our mini room coffeemaker did not work. We ended leaving a day early since the area lost power and was not sure when it would be back on. It was on 94 outside and no air in the hotel, so we decided to head home. Hopefully we will get credit on our bill. But both my husband and I said we would be back. Yes, they did have a mini breakfast bar with assortment of breakfast food.

Newly renovated rooms and a decent hot breakfast. Close to many attractions and not near a major highway.

Rooms are amazing for family, we got a double queen bed, room and the bathroom separates the bedrooms unlike other hotels with them being side by side. You get your own personal space from the kids and it's spacious! Also two sinks!

This place might not be the most up-to-date place in the world however they go out of their way to make you feel like family. All of the staff was amazing however there was a woman who worked there who was just 100% on top of everything she ran the front desk I think she helped out in housekeeping she seem to always be on top of everything and there when you needed her but overall every time something might not have been just wright this staff did everything they could to make it right there was no bugs everything was clean and it really was like visiting family.

Very clean hotel. Very reasonable. The workers at the hotel are very nice and prompt when we need something. I am extremely satisfied with my stay. The room was very clean. The hotel smelled as if they had a pool but did not have one, which made me realize they keep it super clean.

For the price and location this place is pretty awesome. Clean, great mini-suites and very good internet.

Clean, spacious, well kept. Breakfast in the morning included scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, biscuits, sausage gravy, fresh fruit, and an assortment of pastries.

Modest hotel and could use a little updating. Nice staff. Comfortable, clean, and safe. Room featured a sofa, chair, & table, a desk, microwave, small refrigerator, and two TVs. The breakfast included a fair selection of items including cereal, small pastries, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and fresh fruit (however, I didn't actually try most of it).

I’m sitting in this crappy motel right now. The jerk will not send me my calls at the front desk. This place is a dirty hole. Smells like animal piss and smoke. Rip off dump.

Nice and clean but could have a few more breakfast options and stop showing CNN in the breakfast area it makes people depressed cartoon network would be much better than b. S. Polotics.

Room was nice, you get a living room with a couch and tv, microwave, mini fridge, nice big sink and mirror area and a bathroom with a toilet, decent sized shower and sink. The bed was nice as well. Close to many shopping areas, food, gas, etc. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Cheap and non smoking. Good place to stay it traveling.

The sheets are stained and now I shelter and I just arrived.

All good seems to me ideal and spacious.

Although this is not the Ritz value for this area is exceptional, our room was clean and the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous on checkout. Ask to see your room before accepting as you should at any inn! Keep in mind that room tax in this state is 17.5%!

Rooms are ok. Not the nicest but do the trick. Breakfast is standard. Washing machine didnt work and wouldnt accommodate it not working.

⭐️ Don't stay here! I ate the sausage from the complimentary breakfast and became very sick all day. Housekeepers obviously don't know how to clean. Windows look like they haven't been cleaned since this place opened and my 1 yr old son found some type of capsule somewhere in the room and had it in his mouth. No clue what he ingested. And their answer is to change my room which there is no point because I'm leaving first thing in the morning. Also was told my son will be fine, no problem. Um excuse me how the hell do you know that if you can't even tell me what it is! Never again. If I could give ZERO stars I would!

Nice stay on a budget. Very friendly staff and nice accommodations. Good area of town — felt very safe. I would gladly stay again.

Friendly staff, good breakfast choices, though small dining space, clean, hard bed. Could use some updating, but overall a pleasant experience.

Stayed here for the Shock Tu reunion. Great staff and comfortable beds. Better than average breakfast. Also, the Shock Tu reunion was great!

I loved the room set up. We had 2 queen beds with a bathroom in the middle and a second sink. This was the best feature. The cold water was where the hot should have been and the shower drained slowly. The breakfast space was okay. They were out of waffle mix by 08:15. This wasn't the worst Quality Inn but it wasn't the best either. The decor also looked like it was out of the early 80s.

Stayed in Dublin, OH. Conveniently located near Columbus zoo and water park. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast had good variety. When I called to ask for sheets and pillow for the pull out bed I was told to go to the front desk. Typically I would expect sheets and pillows to be brought to the room for us.

Overall very good. Breakfast was not the best as far as choices available.

Never again this is our 3rd stay in this hotel and I will never again stay here. The non smoking area smells of cigarette smoke, the 2nd TV in our room is missing. No blankets or sheets for pull out bed. Staff has been rude they whispered back and forth whole time we were checking in. Worst stay of our year.
