This is a very nice hotel newly built only over and you are so go. You will find good staff clean rooms with unique Cincinnati views. The other most amazing thing about this place is that it has a restaurant and bar in the lobby.

Friendly staff. Very clean lobby with mice attached bar/restaurant. Walking distance to the arena and stadium. Room was comfortable and immaculate. Nice amenities. Would stay again.

Difficult to speak with hotel staff. Indianapolis HI booked me directly and easily but this hotel insisted on a 3rd party so I had to argue. Got tired of being put on hold over and over. The last straw after I was on hold for 3 minutes so I gave up. Went elsewhere to hotel in Cincinnati from previous trip. Hotel staff incompetent from not listening to my needs or dates and I had to correct them several times. If the person on the phone doesn't know the answers and has to be told by someone else off-phone, then put the client with that other person who knows. They must not care about customer service. Hospitality responded to my review saying I was at fault for giving up. No apology for their poor service other than being put on hold so many times while they were busy but I remain that I was on hold because staff was incompetent. I expect a stay there would prove both staff and hospitality as incompetent.

We stayed at the Cincy location at the end of February and had the best experience. The hotel is super clean, modern looking, and has fantastic employees. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. There is a really nice restaurant with a broad menu. We had a standard room with 2 double beds but they are just about as big as 2 queens. They were so comfortable. The room had a microwave to cook our late night snack and a refrigerator. I like that the elevators require your room key to operate for added security. The hotel is located within walking distance of plenty of stores and restaurants. The parking garage is located right next door and felt very safe. We will definitely come back soon.

Wonderful location, very close to casino. Rooms were very clean, bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was outstanding.

They were very helpful, got everything set up correct. Cleaned every day. They were also always very friendly and helpful with local area knowledge. Would definitely stay again!

We got the executive suite. It was nice and large. The shower was the really neat part of the room as it had sprayers in the wall and ceiling. They said the view was better than the other rooms but I was not impressed. Everything was very clean, as I always expect with holiday inn. The pool was neat as it was on the 3rd floor and had lots of windows. The restaurant was very expensive in my opinion, and the food was just… Ok. Not bad, and the service was great, but I would have been happier going to any other restaurant in the area.

It's ok. Absolutely nothing special. No breakfast, parking is 12-16 a day, and the restaurant is expensive for what it is. If you need to be downtown I guess you need to be downtown though.

Nice rooms and decor. We stayed here for the Bengals game and only had a 15-20 min walk or 5 minute ride to the stadium. Will stay here again if I'm in the area.

Hotel is about 1 year old now and in great shape. I've stayed here twice. Both times the staff have been very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are new, but fairly standard. Everything was clean and worked well. Bed was right in the middle of firm/soft, so no real complaints there. Wide selection of pillow types on the bed. Bathroom was clean, soaps/shampoos were standard stuff but did the job just fine. The restaurant is above average for a holiday inn, but breakfast service can be a little slow. Bar has a solid selection of craft beers and a good variety of top shelf whiskey. If the price is decent I will keep coming back here for my business trips.

I can comment on two rooms, as a friend booked a corner suite and we had a double room on the other side of the floor. Both clean, tidy, new and comfortable. The suite was really spacious and well appointed. The building felt safe as well. I was part of a wedding party getting ready there and was pleased with the service at the front desk when I asked for bar stools and chairs, they brought them up within 10 minutes! Comfortable and great location, well done Holiday Inn.

This hotel was excellent. You can tell that it was new, contemporary, and comfortable! I booked a normal room and the shower had three shower heads in it! That was probably the most shocking feature and one of the greatest surprises when traveling. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and functional. I admittedly did not get to try the restaurant but it did smell good.

New hotel. Excellent showers and slept very well in the comfortable bed. Using room keys to secure access through the elevator seemed like a nice feature.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. The staff is not only very friendly but very helpful! I know it is a newer hotel but I honestly seems a cut above the others as far as looks and comfort! Great place to stay!

Located downtown within walking distance of almost everything you want to see. Clean, quiet, appears newly constructed or remodeled. Beds so good almost slept through my alarm. Parking in adjacent to parking structure.

After staying and speaking with workers there, it's clear this is an above average hotel. The owner spent a lot of money to make everything state of the art. My favorite part is the showers. If you don't get one with a digital pad that allows you to manually select water temperature, you get one with shower heads located at three different heights. Similar attention to detail was spent in most of the other aspects of the hotel as well. Excellent stay, will go again if in the area.

The hotel had large, clean rooms with great beds! The blackout curtain's actually covered the whole window too which was great. The hotel elevators only work if you scan a card which was an added sense of security since the hotel is so close to the Casino.

A very up to date and modern hotel. They have all the essentials you come to expect and had wonderful employees. There was an indoor pool and 24 hour fitness center. Walkable distance to the Taft Theater too. However, sadly no free breakfast, but that was fine.

Beautiful property and convenient to Jack casino via shuttle. Great place for corporate events.

Great location and a value compared to other hotels in the downtown area. Definitely will stay here on a future trip.

5 Stars for Motel Room — 3 Stars for Dining Facility. Room was clean and neat. I have no complaints. Motel is secure, and was quiet for our stay. Please note this is constructive criticism: Restaurant was the weak point. Given the prices on the menu, you would expect more. I feel like the restaurant was going through growing pains, but it is new after all. However, our service was very good. The place was very nice and clean… but very expensive. I Would recommend and would stay there again.

Only complaint is that they didn't have a complimentary breakfast. Otherwise, my stay was clean and easy. The staff were very polite and accommodating.

Great place to stay. Rooms were clean comfy and unique. Location was perfect and the staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. We loved the art and the ambience. Check out the Metropole restaurant for more great service and delicious food!
