Very Clean and Friendly Hotel! Beautiful Pool and Hot Tub is Amazing! Great Breakfast too!

Every thing was wonderful and the people who work here were very friendly and attentive I will come here again.

It was nice and quiet had no issues the pool was warm.

We always stayed here when I was younger. Decided to bring my kids here for a staycation kids love the pool and the manger Andera was great. All of the staff was very nice I love staying here will definitely be back!

The room was dusty tub has spiders Coffee spilt on desk an not cleaned Over all look was bad never again will I pay 200 for a run down room.

We are always given a warm welcome here. Great people.

Out dated cable service. No digital service including no music channels
Light bulb blown in lamp when my boyfriend took light out the entire whole top of lamp broke off. When desk clerk arrived with new bulb I informed him of the lamp and invited him in to look at it. I explained to him what happened and that I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be charged. Without even coming in to look at it he said “ I’m sorry but unfortunately you will prob be charged”. I was furious that he automatically assumed we broke it and was gonna have to pay. Without even looking at it. I was very insulted. I did let the manager know what happened and how he acted. The manager didn’t really seem to concerned. I will never stay there again.

0 stars I used to like the service here and the rooms until they decided that my form of payment wasn’t good enough to pay for a room but it was good enough to take money for the cancellation $143 to cancel a room is a bit ridiculous! And I will be getting my money back one way or another so be ready for a fight. The woman at the counter was rude and didn’t even try to help keep my business with them! I highly recommend staying somewhere else if you’re considering staying here not worth it!

THANK YOU BEN! After 13 hours in the car we arrived in Chillicothe to find our hotel had lost our reservation! And they only had a expensive room left, we only had about 5 hours before we had to be back on the road. Their front desk person was no help, couldn't even connect me to the place that did the reservation! Called Christopher Inn and Ben was so nice. It was now 4a. M. And we pulled into the lot nearly in tears. Ben got us a nice, clean and comfortable room for far less than my original reservation! Reassured me that if I needed anything he'd help, just call! I needed that. Breakfast was good, coffee nice and strong. Would definitely stay again!

Location is right off the highway, which seemed great until we actually got in our room and could hear the highway ALL night. You can also hear the people in the rooms next to you and in the hall, the walls are apparently very thin. Also the rooms are supposed to be NON-SMOKING however it room reeked of stale smoke and they are aware of it because they have an entire 6 pack of air freaking discs inside the air conditioner. Never made it to the pool area or to the breakfast; even if both of those would have been better than the room it's still not worth the price they charge.

It is very clean workers are great and love the pool and hot tub breakfast is great to. Only thing I would change is I would like a bigger discount.

Awful service at the desk… Jane is a moron. She doesn’t know anything. We had a group come in, and we had a family coming a day later, they cancelled their room. We then had to stay in 2 separate hotels. We are then outside on the patio and the ginger leprechaun man at the desk kicked the door closed and locked the bathrooms right in front of our face. Awful service and stupid employees. Very rude!

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in yests. Clean professional and best attitudes all around a great place to stay. Kenny.

EXTREMELY comfortable beds! Nice room and friendly, helpful staff. My kids love the pool. Good breakfast variety. This was our second time there and we plan to stay again next year.

After being bumped from another hotel due to overbooking, I acquired a room at Christopher Inn. The only room available was the executive suite. Left with no options, I took it. I might add it was $20 less than the standard room I was bumped from. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. Most importantly, the inn is in a safe area. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice. The staff was very nice and accommodating. As I do business in the area, I will return. Sorry to the other well known chain… they lost a customer. I would have given it 5 stars were it not for the cheap toilet paper.

So Friday the 11th May at 3 pm we made a reservation through Expedia and paid in full for it, when we got there that night the night clerk hands us a letter addressed to my wife informing us they had canceled our reservation at 6pm, 3 hours after it was made because we hadn’t called by 6 pm to get a late check in, even though we showed a very rude and nasty desk clerk our confirmation on our phones that said no need to call our room was guaranteed for late check in, to which she said that she doesn’t see that on her system, we showed it to her again, she actually said that’s what we got for using Expedia instead of calling them, she never once apologized for giving away our room which had been paid for in full, informed us they were full and asked us to leave, have never had a problem before, stay in Chillicothe all the time, Mr. Madden says he knows the owners and had intended to talk to them about a group rate for Nationals, they are going to have to be better than that or no one in our federation will use them ever again!

A great place to stay! (best in Chillicothe Ohio) Stayed two nights, April 16 & 17. Staff at check-in was very warm and friendly, and did have my room booked correctly. Room was neat and clean, beds were very comfy, and gave me a great nights sleep both nights. Room also has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. But what makes this place stand out to me was the breakfast. Since I stayed two nights I was able to experience what they offer each day. First day, egg and cheese omelets with fried potatoes, and sausage links, with choices including biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereal, danishes, waffles, etc. Second morning, Scrambled eggs, hash-browns and sausage patties. Just an awesome filling breakfast, with all the other choices as well. Fantastic Inn!

Had a non smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was supposed to be an accessibility room but my mom's wheelchair could not make it past the entry in the room. There's nowhere to set bathroom essentials although the bathroom and shower was accessible and had a shower seat. The beds were to high for my mom to get into safely and the heater in the room would not adjust so it was either to hot or to cold. The breakfast was the only thing really good about the place.

We stayed here for my daughter's sweet 16 bday she had a couple of friends who came and it was fun for them. They went swimming, played the PlayStation we brought, we had cake and ice cream and pizza and had fun. They ate breakfast and said it was really good. The people up front are extremely nice and helpful. The beds were super comfy and no bed bugs yay they did have bed bugs covers on the mattress which is nice. Overall it was a fun time and worth the money. We will stay again soon.

Was here for a wedding and the space was perfect! Staff was very helpful and friendly, bathrooms were extremely clean, place is well maintained. I give 5 stars! Highly recommend!

This is not a kid friendly hotel. I had 4 kids with me and went to the pool around 9pm. Which the poll was open till 12am. Soon as we got in there the worker came in and said the kids are being to loud to return to our rooms. I said we just got in here and so on. Then she came in around 930 and said it's either we return to our rooms or she is calling the cops. Once again we were only in the pool for 30 mins. I got my kids out of the pool then next thing you knew the cops were there telling us we had to leave and we were being barred. The worker laughed and smiled as the cop escorted me and my 4 kids out of the hotel. We were barred for kids being kids. Laughing and playing with new people. This is not a kid friendly place. I took my kids there this weekend so they could forget that they did just burry their coach and their teacher this week. This is beyond the worst hotel I have ever been to. Shame on the worker who did this to the kids. It wasn't only mu family but 2 other familes as well.

Excellent value, convenient location, clean & very well kept, nice pool, good breakfast and the most comfortable beds in town. And, just for good measure, the staff treats you like family!

Decent place to stay. Room was nice. A little over priced in my opinion.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed here. The lady at the front desk is so nice and she made sure everything was good with our room. Her name was Tania and she was there the last time we stayed too. She is so polite and very outgoing. She answered all of our questions. If other hotels had a front desk clerk like her then maybe we would go there, but we will continue to stay here.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms appeared clean. Includes pool and whirlpool. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were absolutely amazing and very clean. The service was exceptional. And the staff was very professional.

Another exceptional time at deer camp, while staying at the Christopher Inn. The only complaint I have is that they took out the sauna! I loved that sauna, and I felt like it distinguished the Christopher from other similarly priced hotels in the area. Fortunately for the owners at this location, they have assembled a staff of caring professionals that make the stay exceptional for the guests. We can't thank folks like Ben, and Tanya enough for making sure we had everything we needed. From tracking down restaurants for us to have dinner, to letting us play cards in the breakfasts room, so we wouldn't disturb fellow hunters in room, they set apart the Christopher Inn from other lodging in the area. The rooms are always clean, the staff accommodating, and the breakfast delicious. I think we'll be able to forget about the loss of the sauna, with the help of dedicated staff like Ben and Tanya. Kudos to the team there, and have a Merry Christmas! We'll see you all for late muzzle-loader!

My wife and I had occasion to visit Chillicothe this past week and we stayed at the Christopher Inn. I thought that my photos and review might be of interest to those looking for a nice motel to stay at. I've submitted my photographs. I found the room to be comfy and clean. The beds are comfortable and well cared for. The room I stayed in had a desk with plenty of available receptacles via a power strip mounted to the leg of the desk. The room contained a coffee pot, a microwave, and a TV. I believe there was an iron and an ironing board inside the closet as well. Breakfast was a little less enjoyable than I'd have liked, but considering the cost of the room and what all was available for breakfast, I feel that it was fairly good. The entire experience was absolutely great! Al Colombo.

It's not the newest place in town, but it was so comfortable. The pool, and hot breakfast were great. The staff was so friendly. This is definitely where I will stay from now on when in Chillicothe.

Worst customer service. We booked online. The amenities listed said non-smoking. Upon arrival, we were given a smoking room without notice. The host, Tanya, blamed the online reservation system. We showed her our email confirmed that did not say we booked a smoking room. The host proceeded to tell us that we should have known to call and ask whether our room was smoking or non. This option is not listed on the website. She could not and would not accommodate us. The pool that was featured was out of service. We traveled from out of town and had no where else to go because everywhere else was booked. The bed was filled with someone's hair. The shower was filthy. We were beyond disgusted. We were bated and switched.

If I could give it less than a one star I would! We arrived and were given a room for 4 (said it sleeps 5), and there was a king size bed only and no other sleeping arrangements, usually I’d think there would atleast be a fold out couch. So we ordered a hide away bed and it had no blankets. We purchased this room because we were staying over for a gymnastics competition and were sold on the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Only to find out that the pool was closed so we would have to get a key for the Hampton inn, when we went to the desk for a key they told my daughter the manager said no that they had a group going to the pool and didn’t have room for my daughter, myself, mother and aunt! My daughter is so upset and doesn’t understand. I’ll never stay here again! My family is so upset!

Came in late last so we could get up and have breakfast and head out. Got there at 8:30. No gravy. No eggs. No sausage. Among many other things. The staff stood in the kitchen chatting it up while everyone sat out in the dining room waiting. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, they were very rude and said… well it wasn't brought to our attention… placing the blame back on us? Last I knew it's not my job to do your job? We eventually had to go out and have breakfast elsewhere. $130.00. Thanks.

Pros: Rooms were spacious, well maintained, clean beds (we checked thoroughly), curtious staff, nice sized pool, very large breakfast. Cons: Bathroom tub had soap scum on it, TV channels were hard to surf through since a lot of channels were not programmed into the tv, not elevator, so hopefully you don't have a lot of luggage.

Odd numbering for the rooms, but the hotel is very much like a comfort inn. It was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The hallways wreaked like stale cigarette smoke. They really need to get that under control.

This was a nice clean reasonable priced hotel. It had a nice pool, hot tub and really good breakfast. 4 stars because the Wi-Fi would not connect for us.

Stayed there with my sister for a local running event. We were very impressed with the comfort of the bed, the size of the rooms, the quality of the food and the fact there was a pool, hot tub, and sauna. Would definitely stay again.

There is no elevator and our room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. The A. C. Unit was very loud. The staff was fantastic though! Very friendly and helpful. Bed was plush and comfortable. Usually at hotels we always have to ask for extra towels but there were plenty in our room. Breakfast was a LOT better than most hotels. Fresh flavored doughnuts, caramel macchiato creamer, biscuits and gravy, lots of choices. Check in/out was easy. Fair price.

Rooms as nice as the branded chain hotels but better rates. Personnel were welcoming and pleasant. Indoor pool and hot tub. It was recommended to me by the front desk person at the more expensive chain hotel, if I am in the area again I will go directly to Christopher Inn.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot buffet style breakfast in the morning was incredible. They had cheese omelets, bacon, waffles, French toast sticks and more. They were fast to refill when they got low. The only negative was them not having an elevator to get to the second floor, but that was no issue for me.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly. Bathrooms could be improved. Breakfast was good. A bit pricey for what it is IMO.

Only give one star cause you can't go any lower. This hotel is not kid friendly books three rooms after waiting for a manager to call for three days. Which she called after booking the rooms. Only to find out our kids b day party would have to be at another location then we could come back to the hotel we booked to swim. Wouldn't go back for free. Nasty attitude from manager Tiffany. Didn't offer any help after holding the phone for 42 mins to be send to vm.

I stayed at the Christopher Inn in Chillicothe. The room was in very nice condition and the staff were very pleasant. They also have a great pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Every time I'm in Chillicothe I stay here. Great staff and superb rooms.

Stayed here while having truck worked on at KW. The room was clean and comfortable, free Wi-Fi and big Screen TV. Pool looked nice but didn't try it. Free breakfast was standard hotel fare. Had to stay an extra night and even though they were heavily booked they managed to accomadate me.

Not updated, but my two separate stays were both clean and comfortable. Place is very well kept and the service is also great. Not too expensive either.

All-in-all very good. More money than we usually pay, but we wanted a nice pool and hot tub, which they have. They have an adult swim from 11 — 12 which was nice. Had the pool to ourselves. Facilities nice — up to date and very clean. Staff nice. Breakfast good — similar to HIX. A couple of issues. We were on the highway side so got some road noise, but it didn't affect my sleep. The shower valve didn't work. This is the main reason I gave it only a 'good' for facilities — a good shower in the morning is a must. AC / heater unit was loud also.
