Nice clean and comfortable.

It's a very nice place to stay. Staff was very nice.

We rented rooms to stay close to the hospital for a sick family member and was very disgusted to find live bed bugs in one of our rooms. The staff was very helpful and gave us another room. Upon inpspection of my second room we found remnants of bed bugs again. At that time we went to the other room where our other family member was already in bed, made them get up, only to find remnants in their bed as well. We went back to the desk to be told that they had just treated another room but were not aware that our two rooms had any. We went back to my first room to get my drink out of the refrigerator to find what appeared to be pubic hair in the refrigerator. Then they said they could not offer a refund until the manager came in the next morning. They gave us a refund but required that we send them the pictures we took. Do not stay here or at least inspect closely if you do. Disgusting to say the least!

Only place to stay in Chillicothe… most accommodating, friendly, best location… would not stay in Chillicothe at all if I can't get a room here… been coming 10 years… breakfast is so, so but best rooms in town. Gauranteed.

I love Best Western. Room are always clean. Pool was nice. Busy area with lots of restaurant choices. Hotel is tucked away from busy highway.

Good hotel for the price. Little hard to find, but was clean, helpful staff, great amenities, breakfast offered more than expected. Was just an overnight stay. Didn't get to experience the pool or other amenities. Bed was very comfortable!

Most pleasant stay on our recent trip. Very pleasant and helpful desk clerk. The motel is easy to reach but still off the highway enough to be quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet.

My family and I stopped here after driving almost 9 hours. Thankfully they had one room left which was the queen suit. The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely amazing and so nice. Our room was very clean. The kids and I were able to relax in the jacuzzi that was in our room. Breakfast the next morning was good and had a good bit of options to pick from. The only thing that I didn’t like was the parking. Thanks for making our stay wonderful. We will definitely stay here again the next time we travel that way.

A no-frills hotel with a very friendly staff. The room was exceptionally clean, but the bed was uncomfortable (hard, with springs that felt like they were sticking me in the back/side) and and A/C unit was loud. The room looked nice, but the rest of the hotel was a bit industrial in appearance. Breakfast was pretty good, though the selection was a bit limited. The place was hard to find, hidden behind a shopping center on a road filled with strip malls.

The hotel was pleasant and clean. It was convenient to "Tecumseh".

Great hotel. Easy and convenient when we went to see the Tecumseha play. We were able to check in and swim before we went to the play. Pool was nice and the staff was nice too!

C minus on "breakfast " clc… room for couple of trucks… park in strip mall if full… sells out fast… friendy helpful staff. Clean comfy beds, rooms… plenty restaurants, shopping adjacent… $10 Chinese buffet the best!

A couple of years ago, I was passing through Ohio on my way back to Illinois from a short vacation in Virginia. I stayed in the Best Western Adena Inn and was thorough;y impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness on the part of both the desk clerk and her co-worker who was monitoring the breakfast bar. I do not remember their names, which is a regrettable oversight on my part. A friendly and helpful staff will go a long way toward getting repeat business out of me, and, as I find myself on another trip to Williamsburg, I decided Chillicothe would be a good stopping point after a day of driving. I stopped at the Best Western Adena Inn. Different desk clerk this time, but the friendly attitude are still very much there. This time, I got her name. Thanks, Vicky, for your warm welcome at the end of a demanding day. The rooms are clean, and they have all the amenities you would expect in a medium-priced hotel. The beds are comfortable, and all of the appliances work. What gets this hotel a five-star review from me is a staff that acts as if seeing you is the best thing that has happened to them all day. If the Adena Inn is representative of the Best Western chain, I will be staying in their hotels more often.

I had a horrible experience staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly but the entrances close to my room were broken so I had to park closer to a further door and walk further to get to my room which was extremely inconvenient. The water ran brown and would not clear up which prevented ma and my family from being able to conduct proper personal hygiene. Internet connection was extremely slow, so doing any work from the room was near impossible.

Our stay was wonderful very friendly staff the room was a little small but very clean and up to date furnishings, the room rates were the best for the area for the facility location and the aminities offered. The breakfast was amazing alot of choices no matter what your taste might be. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

Had a very enjoyable stay at BW. The entire was very nice and helpful. Any questions or concerns I had they answered and went above and beyond to see to it that all my needs were meant.

The price felt high for an average hotel at best. At least they were not bad.

The sheets hasn't been changed, hair all on sheets pillow cases were dirty plus hair. I told the night guy (with red hair), he said that was the last room but he could change the sheets. So we went up to the room and I showed him all the filth on sheets. He threw the sheets on floor as I stepped out to grab my suitcase. Got back to the room, apparently he put the same sheets back of the floor on to the bed, now there's dirt from the floor on the sheets. Went to the desk and asked him did you put fresh sheets on the bed and did you change the pillow cases he said yes. Went back to the room and looked at the pillows with my spot light, just filth. Now I asked for new sheets and made the up myself. Pay $100.00 for a room and have to make the bed yup myself.

I stayed in this location many of times I would to say there is lots of parking even for trucks very nice very clean rooms the hotels clean very nice entrance and front desk counter in the mornings and breakfast is always out very clean thank you again David.

Front desk service was good, but I'm hoping to get a refund for the 2nd night considering that we couldn't stay due to natural gas fumes. Also the nonsmoking suite has a very distinct smoke smell to it. Front desk was eager to help but couldn't without over stepping her bounds.

We had reserved a room with a queen size bed but when we received the key to our room it hadn't been cleaned. When we went to the desk we were told the only available room was one with two full size beds. We did receive a discount but we weren't comfortable sleeping in a bed smaller than what we have at home.

The lamps and stuff were a little dusty, but other than that it was really nice. Breakfast was good. :)

RAT in our room. They are fully booked and have no other rooms for us. Sent us to another neighboring hotel saying they made reservations for us there. They lied. When we arrived they had actually told the other hotel they are not paying for it.

One of the best values in the area. A lovely, welcoming and professional staff, extremely comfortable beds, and a well stocked breakfast area — what more could you ask for? I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

Great place to stay, Manager Niki is awesome goes out of her way to make sure you are happy, the stagf is always friendly, clean rooms and lobby.

I haven't had any bad experiences here and it's really quiet and close to shopping and restaurants, but the rooms are really small if you have a family with kids. We had four in our room and they would only give us three towels. Sometimes it smells kind of like dogs and the staff stand and smoke right outside the door so you have to walk through a cloud to get inside sometimes but it seems better than the other hotels in this area. If they end up on the bed bug registry we won't be back though.

Came to visit family and check out the sights after visiting Nashville. Austin was helpful at check in and when we wanted to extend our stay.

I had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western in Adena Ohio on February 21, 2017. Due to an error that I had made my reservation was not booked correctly through Orbitz. I was there for a funeral and arrived later in the evening. Tara was the lady at the desk and she was incredible. I was having great difficulty dealing with Orbitz and she took over and corrected the mistake and guided Orbitz through the process of checking me in. If it had not been for the extra effort by Tara I would have been charged double for my stay plus penalties. She could have very easily not done anything and made my experience very bad and costly. With everything corrected I stayed that evening in a very nice comfortable room and enjoyed a great breakfast the next morning. This aided in me being able to go through a very difficult day. Thanks Tara for going above and beyond and to Best Western for providing great accommodations. My recommendation for everyone is to stay a Best Western and enjoy their facility and great customer care.

Stayed here a few times love the rooms prices are ok stayed in the king suite with a jet tub and the room was pretty small with just a bed tub chair TV desk and the bathroom wasn't nothing else special and for the price we paid it wasn't worth it. Breakfast was ok not a lot of choices cause the pancake machine was broke and had no eggs or gravy. Staff was nice.

This place isn't even worth giving a star. I've been traveling for 10 years and out of ten years this is the worst hotel. When we checked in the only room left was a double queen suit. So I figured it would at least be nice. There was trash on the floor next to the bed. Which I was willing to overlook. But when I was laying on the bed something caught my eye. Sure enough it was bed bugs. We ended up taking a picture of it and found a bag to put it in to take it to the front desk. She was in total shock and creeped out about the bugs. Then they offered me another room with only one bed for 75 dollars and I have a helper working with me. That's not gonna work. So they refunded my room purchase. But no other rooms available at Best Western and being that it's after 9 pm all the other local hotels were sold out of rooms as well. When I sent a email to the manager they told me sorry for what happened to you and offered to pay for dry cleaning. Who would even wanna take a chance with bed bugs. Not me then they offered 200 travel card to replace my stuff. That don't even cover the cost of my suitcase. Much less my clothes. When I emailed the person back she said that was the best they can do. I'm outraged I'm gonna have to throw my suitcase and all my clothes away and my helper is gonna have to do the same. Because let's face it the last thing anybody wants is BED BUGS IN THERE OWN HOME.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Upon arrival the fridge in our room didn't cool at all because it had been iced over severely. The trash didn't get taken out every day. Towels sat on the floor for several days. I had an infant with me so these are all very important for her safety. On the last day when I am trying to load up the truck my keycard stops working for the door that I used to get out to the car and I had to walk all the way around and almost twisted my ankle slipping on some ice. The only saving grace is that every time we called down to the desk for towels or to get the trash situation taken care of they sent someone up right away and were very friendly about it.

Clean, great breakfast, awesome shower, nice people, and the location was super can you bring yet, we were close to everything we could have needed.

Room was much different than what most hotel rooms are like. Great service though.

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago with my daughter and my 13 month old son. The rooms are quite small. We were given room 116 and the first thing I noticed when I walked into the room was a condom on the floor next to the bed and the wall. I was quite ticked because my son still crawls and if he would have gotten to the condom before I saw it I would have gotten irate with the manager. Not only that, but the bathroom floor had hair on it… not just a little hair… it was quite a bit of hair. Instead of giving us a discount on the room they gave us room 112. Room 112 was not any better with the hair in the bathroom and the nightstand has gum stuck on the back of it. Anyway we stayed the night because it was getting late and if my son wasn't getting tired I would have looked for another hotel. The breakfast in the morning was ok… nothing great but was decent. The staff was friendly. We did stay on the first floor because there are no elevators in the hotel. I did feel safe staying here. Lots's of great restaurants to eat at nearby.
