While the staff at the front desk was very nice. My room was decent. It was clean, and there were always fresh towels. Unfortunately during my week long stay… The toilet did not flush. Maintenance looked at it once. The issue was never resolved. While my valuables were never bothered during housekeeping… My pop was taken. I also had to ask the front desk for coffee multiple times. The pool was completely gross. So I did not swim. I feel that if these things are rectified, then this hotel would be five stars instead of 3.

The Manager, Jen, is the best. Excellent customer service.

Misquoted rate, no bedding for pull out bed, torn towels, light bulbs out, broken bathroom door no complimentary breakfast for spire members. Very displeased and will not return.

The location is the bomb everything. In the same area.

Always enjoyed working with the staff when our band played there. Stayed there several times as well when we were playing both Friday and Saturday nights. Comfortable accommodations and a good breakfast.

Decent restaurant and bar.

Nice rooms and friendly host.

Nice brew pub attached and numerous bars/restaurants within a short walk.
Staff is super courteous.

I had 2 problems with this location.
1 they let 4 little girls roam the halls and swim by themselves. I made a complaint which while we swam they did make the parents come in but the rest of our stay they roamed freely without supervision.
The second issue is my daughters new cell phone charger was left behind and housekeeping refuses to call me back, so I can only assume someone kept it smh. I wont make the mistake of staying there again.

Whitney is great! She is the best! Food was super tasty. Love Taphouse 20. Will def be back.

We received awesome customer service from Whitney. She had just finished cleaning a room and we were waiting for our room to be ready. She ran down to the front desk to let them know that a suite was ready for us and she got it at the price for our previously reserved room. My husband had a broken ankle and she went out of her way to help us and was so friendly. The lunch and breakfast was wonderful and the service at the front desk was top notch.

Not so much that I don’t recommend the hotel, but our experience was not the best. We had to stay one night due to storms taking out power in our neighborhood. My husband is in a wheelchair, so we need an accessible room. Called several hotels and Holiday inn Belden was the only place with one available. Lisa told us on the phone that it would be $120 for the night. Fine. We get there and I check in. I come out to find that there was a charge for $163.60. I decided to wait until morning to inquire about it. We got to our room, which was clean, but not what I would call accessible. Small room with a king bed and all the other furniture was not easy for a wheelchair to maneuver. Whatever, we just wanted to sleep. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat. We get up in the morning, my husband is unable to take a shower because there is no seat for him to sit on in the roll in shower. I go to take my shower and when I step out the entire bathroom floor is flooded because the shower will not drain. So no drying my hair without risking electrocution. I pick up our bill that had been slid under the door to find that indeed the charge on our account was $25 more than our actual bill. We leave and go to the front desk. Wait almost 10 minutes for the girl at the front desk to return. According to gentleman standing there telling people they had to wait, she was in the bathroom.

We take a lot of weekend trips and we were so happy with this hotel!
Besides the fact that this is one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed, it was the awesome staff that made our stay over the top enjoyable. Melissa at the front desk was super good to us from the time we walked in. Ashley was an awesome barkeeper! Kept the drinks coming, was a fun conversationalist and answered a bunch of our questions about the area. The Chef, Jason takes his position seriously and is an amazing cook. Also, he took the time to come out and talk with us tweaking our dinners to give us exactly what we wanted. Along with many other servers, cleaning staff, etc everyone we dealt with was so kind and helpful.

Banquet food was horrible. $21.00 for egg noodle with some weird sauce. Was supposed to be vegetable stir-fry. Chicken Entree cold & bland. Service s l o w! The TV programming was bad. Pool room freezing. Never again. Expensive weekend for crap.

The hotel was in a very well it area. The room and the lobby were clean. There is a refrigerator and a microwave in the room, which is a big plus! The staff was very pleasant. Great experience.

Renovated, mostly clean. Had an issue with my door key not unlocking the door. Had to drag all my luggage back to the desk to be told to go back to my door and meet maintenance. Dragged my luggage back and eventually got in the room. Wouldn't be such a big deal if I wasn't disabled and had trouble walking. Met friends at hotel restaurant and waited several minutes to get seated. No one except a drunk man came to seat us so we took him up on his offer the second time to find s seat and he would tell the bartender. Finally someone came and told us we we're sitting in the breakfast side of the restaurant. We told her we couldn't find a worker to seat us and offered to move but she said no. Maybe because two other tables had people at them. Our waitress was great but the food was not. I might stay at the hotel again but there are a lot of other hotels that I would consider first.

We were at a business training in the event rooms, and they were large enough to handle the hundred or so people in attendance. The seats were padded and comfortable. When the rooms were separated by the dividers, it effectively drowned out the other training. So that was a plus for the organization. Overall, it was a great experience.

Two night stay. Front desk was very accommodating. Workout room was well equipped and clean. Pool looked nice. Restaurant was great for breakfast, but understaffed for dinner. Room was great, comfortable, and spacious. Bathroom was a little tight to maneuver but sufficient.

The room was nice. The bathroom was small and needs updating. Comfortable and clean. An older hotel. Nice people. Attached bar/restaurant has good food and friendly staff. Nice area. Mall next door. Lots of shopping and places to eat and drink.

Very nice hotel and employees. Only negative was somebody really messed up designing the bathroom. Totally too small and poorly arranged.

Was there for a meeting at the restaurant. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food, the staff was kind. Was able to check the bedroom, which looked nice. The only thing I didnt like was that there are surprisingly many entrances making it really hard to find the resttoom and even the front desk.

They are very accommodating to your needs and will try to help as much as they can (except for one of the front desk guys, he's absolutely not customer service focused, he usually works weekends)

3 night stay at Holiday Inn Belden Village. Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and nice, a few minor issues but otherwise very comfortable. Hotel is within easy walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants and shops. It's about a 15 minute drive to downtown Canton and 10 minutes from the interstate. Overall great experience and would stay again next time I'm in Canton.

This hotel is the best! Very clean, with extremely spacious rooms (big, roomy closet and a bathroom with double sinks), with a separate living room area that has its own tv. Microwave and (very cold) refrigerator included in eac room. Granite countertops. Quiet, didn't hear noise from other guest rooms. Beds are a little firm for my taste but all in all a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Any issues were resolved very quickly. Rooms very clean and spacious. Located near a mall and multiple restaurants.

NIce place great employees very pleasant, the restaurant servers are so welcoming and hospital, the room is just about average but no usb or extra outlets for your electronics next to your bed. As for a view not much really at least not from the second floor. The room does have a nice size fridge and a microwave which is nice and the TV size is Ok. Nothing to brag about.

Pretty typical updated Holiday Inn. Apponted nicely and rooms are very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location. Excellent bar and restaurant on premises.

I cannot say anything bad at all. The improvements they have made to the hotel are excellent. The food is great the hospitality is great the whole atmosphere is great.

Hotel staff was nice and check in was smooth but that was the only good part. Got to my room and the door was open, turns out it gets stuck and doesn't shut fully unless forced. Deadbolt on the door did work because it wasn't installed properly. Toilet continued to run loudly unless I jiggled the handle a lot. Ended up sleeping with the bathroom door closed. High pitched beeping when trying to fall asleep so I had to turn the fan on all night to drown it out. Would probably pick somewhere else if given the choice in the future.

Completely modernized. Lovely lobby. Seasonally decorated. Spacious. I enjoyed my visit. I did not stay overnight. Just was at a meeting room.

We went here for a football tournament during thanksgiving. The thanksgiving dinner they had was horrible. It cost me $100 for my family and the food was cold and hard and dry. Only drink available were unsweetened ice tea and water. Like what kid wants that. There were ants in the bathroom. The front desk was rude and security was blaming our kids for other kids running around. Also I booked the hotel through Pse tournaments and they charged $106 and only paid the hotel $89 and so we still had to pay the hotel $41 in taxes so it costs us $360 instead of the $318 it was supposed to cost us. I called and complained and they did not care about anything I was telling them. Basically it was what it was and I had to deal with it. Very poor customer service and I will never go back or recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

The experience was terrible. I was down here for a football event for 3 days and the pool wasn't working. They told us the pool needed chlorine and 2 days later, pool is still out if order. The service wasn't very friendly. Ate at the restaurant/bar inside this hotel with a group of people and KIDS and we were greeted by 3 police officers asking for our i. D. As if we did something. Or didn't pay to stay at this hotel, eat at this hotel and to enjoy this hotel… we came down here for a little league football event, that the hotel was hosting and they treated us like criminals and didn't have the amenities available to use. I have never ever been treated as such and I will never visit this hotel again EVER…

Great facility, clean, very friendly and helpful staff! Very impressed. Only problem, the main entrance has been moved from the front to the rear of the building. This may have been a recent change, but a sign posted at the door would help.

We booked our room online, just to get away for a night out away from home and the kids for my birthday. We booked a king bed due to the fact that my husband 6'6 and that is what we need! We paid for it, got there and checked in and were told they had no king beds available but they would "upgrade" us to 2 queen size beds. Those beds were in no way queens size! Doubles at best! And yes there were 2 beds, but the point was a night together, not sleeping apart, so the two of us cramed into this tiny bed and are both in pain from how uncomfortable the bed was. We definitely were not happy with our stay! We went to check out and complain about it, however there was no one in site! We left our door cards on the counter and walked out!

My dad stayed here while he visited me. He really enjoyed his time. His room was really nice, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is updated with a nice shower. The price is really good in comparison to other hotels around. I would definitely recommend it.

Enjoyed our visit for past week. Waitress in restaurant Amy made a point to be very friendly and accommodating. By the second day she remembered who had coffee who had tea etc. She is a great gal Kudos to her. . .

By far THE best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at! Large room, beautiful common areas & the attached restaurant was on point! I'll stay here again!

Building is beautiful, food is really good. As for a venue for presentations, would be great if it was a bargain, but with only one microphone available at a time, a really poor projector (thankfully we had our own), no way to hook presentation audio from the laptop up to the speaker system, and having to ask multiple times for the crew to turn all the speakers in the room on (we had a room full of elderly people, and really needed the speakers! ), a full priced venue this should not be.

The hotel started off great, clean, good service and overall really nice but now that we are home 2 days later noticed we were charged another $300! When we called the hotel they refused to give money back saying it was authorized charges! Better get out of hear with that B. S.! Best believe we will NEVER stay in this place again and we definitely let all our friends who travel know about this scam as well! Very upset and disappointed! Shame on you Holiday Inn.

A truly great hotel… It's surprising that it's a Holiday Inn… Definitely is the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. And the staff is friendly and helpful. I am very picky about the bed… They were clean and comfortable. I loved the different options for pillows.

Our 2.5 year old somehow got out of the room while we were sleeping. The housekeeper found him and took him downstairs, where the front desk manager vaguely remembered hearing that we had asked for a baby crib from the night manager the night before. If it hadn't been for the attentiveness to detail and thoughtfulness of the staff here, we would have woken up very terrified. The other stuff about this hotel is great, too. Very central location, very clean, well put together. I wish there was a free breakfast. But the service takes the cake. Thank you!

Loved this hotel! I myself am in the customer service industry so I can be critical at times and I was very pleased with this hotel. Great rooms, comfortable, and very friendly staff. Brandi at the restaurant was wonderful when I had breakfast and Victor at the front desk was outstanding. I had left something behind very dear to me and with Victor assistance will have it mailed back to me. I felt like they really care here in all aspects. Great job guys.

I would give zero stars if possible. Im a former employee and they seem all nice to they're employees but you should hear the crap they talk about you behind your back. I've heard it people make arrogant comments and when you report it people think we are just crazy I honestly would never recommend this hotel to a friend with that being said only because I have work there and went when you have 23 + rooms at day and you have 20 minutes to do when there is no way you can get that done by 2 o'clock without not changing the sheets to the hotel standard there is no way that this is possible considering you have to change the beds dust sweep mop watch the top wash the walls wash the stink wash the glass there is no way that is getting done within 20 minutes over there's no way employees do not get paid enough to do this also as a manager you are not supposed to be giving out information about another employee to a different employee that is not right that is not OK my manager thought it was okay to talk about me to other people I walked out in the middle of the day and I didn't think twice about it I would never come back here I would give 0 stars but of course you're not allowed to do that so yes please go elsewhere. Not to mention their turnover rate is ridiculous they cannot keep employees for the life of them and their Renovations let's speak about their Renovations they were supposed to be done awhile ago and yet they're still doing it.

Had a business breakfast meeting here. Arrived to find that the restaurant was being renovated, so we were seated at a table in the lobby. The food was good, but the area was not conducive to a conversation.

Nice hotel good service although they are remodeling so half of it is under construction no pool at the moment nice Fitness room with TVs fridge has free bottles of water. Breakfast was great although we had a coupon for free breakfast with check in, but that turned out not to be free. Breakfast itself is $10 and the coupon was for $4.95 FYI. Free Wi-Fi that works well on all our devices. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants within walking distance. I would say solid 4 star.

Went for the brunch — very rude hostess. Not sure she knows that 'polite' and 'courteous ' are a major part of her job description. Never sat down and don't plan to ever return.

Excellent service and very clean. The staff was friendly and they allowed a late check out of 2pm if you signed up for their rewards program. The only negative is that they were renovating a bit and it was noisy and bright at times outside our window.

Construction Zone! You could literally see and hear everything going on right outside our window. It sounded like a drill was going to come through the wall at any second. They started at 6:45am & stopped work around 4:30pm. I went to open our blinds & a construction worker was literally right in front of our window. Second, the smell in the room was herendious. It was like a musty, moldy, dirty smell. The carpet was disgusting, I wore slippers the entire time. There were sections of the wall that had large lumps in them (have no idea what caused that) I do have to say, the little bit of interaction I did have with the staff was very nice. I met a few people who were very nice & the housekeepers are top notch. My opinion is, if you have major construction going on at your hotel, why wouldn't you move people to another section of the hotel or another floor. It was so loud & I find it ridiculous that we had to endure that for a week.

The rooms was great. They never inform us that the pool and hot tub was under repair. Food was way below par. Breakfast was a Joke. Dinner was terrible. Women at the front desk had no idea of what she was doing. i needed a handicap room. She put us on the 3rd floor and was so far from the front desk. Had no elevator to this section of the room. The bar was very pricey. The home office of the holiday inn should be ashamed of this location.

My boyfriend and went to visit my nephew and his wife for the 4th of July Holiday, and we stayed at the Holiday Inn Canton (Belden Village) it was one of the best experience that we had in a long time. The staff was super nice, and the room was very clean, you can smell the fresh cleaning material when you walk by. The hotel was very quite even with the construction going on. The food was very good, that was my first time every being in Canton. I really couldn't get over how nice everyone was, We are planning on going back there in October of this year, we are saving up money to stay at the Holiday Inn Canton, for about four nights :) can't wait to get back there.
