I would give zero stars if possible. Im a former employee and they seem all nice to they're employees but you should hear the crap they talk about you behind your back. I've heard it people make arrogant comments and when you report it people think we are just crazy I honestly would never recommend this hotel to a friend with that being said only because I have work there and went when you have 23 + rooms at day and you have 20 minutes to do when there is no way you can get that done by 2 o'clock without not changing the sheets to the hotel standard there is no way that this is possible considering you have to change the beds dust sweep mop watch the top wash the walls wash the stink wash the glass there is no way that is getting done within 20 minutes over there's no way employees do not get paid enough to do this also as a manager you are not supposed to be giving out information about another employee to a different employee that is not right that is not OK my manager thought it was okay to talk about me to other people I walked out in the middle of the day and I didn't think twice about it I would never come back here I would give 0 stars but of course you're not allowed to do that so yes please go elsewhere. Not to mention their turnover rate is ridiculous they cannot keep employees for the life of them and their Renovations let's speak about their Renovations they were supposed to be done awhile ago and yet they're still doing it. Guess coming because they're supposed to have all services yet they don't have access to a pool we don't have a porter and housekeeping they can't keep employees so I honestly would never recommend working here that's my opinion though and the HR will she's just a quack her and my manager both put me in tears all because the bathroom was not Sparkling White as they put it how is a tub supposed to be sparkling white explained that when you're sitting there and soaking it and then scrubbing it on your hands and knees you would think that's enough but no instead they want to sit there and make you cry and then sit there and say we're not trying to make fun of you but that's the way it seems if your employee is crying and she's telling you she's giving it all then why would you sit there and just down her every day and make her feel like she's not part of the team isn't that what that's about as being part of the team.
