Nice place, great staff!

I don’t recommend staying at this hotel. When we arrived we were told that they overbooked king rooms and because we reserved through a third-party our reservation was “late getting there” so we would have to accept a room with two double beds. That is not true. They obviously decided to sell our room to someone else! Boo…

Staff was nice and accommodating. My reservation did not go through properly and they were able to resolve me issue very quickly. I would stay here again.

So fun and funky on the decor of this place! Nice beds and the best pillows I have ever slept on. Breakfast was delish and filling for a full day of sites.

Front desk = Great professional service However room was not cleaned, bed sheets didn’t look like they were changed which is just gross. Floor was dirty. There was no fridge in the room but they did get me one. Also there is no breakfast and swimming pool. Gym was impressive.

Clean, quiet and reasonably priced hotel. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Great area and not far from shopping. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

The King Size Suite was amazing, had everything that you would expect, all of it was new and the attention to detail was there. Breakfast was great and all of it was made to order. Staff were friendly and knew everything you asked them.

This is the worst hotel ever! If I could give zero starts I would! The hotel room is disgusting. My sister and I check In after a long day of traveling only to find the room has been half assed clean. There’s is mold on the white comforter/ sheets. The shower has mold and still has a clump of shampoo on the shower floor from the last guest. There’s hair on the pillows like there may have been a small dog or cat in the room before us. When I went down to guest services to complain and ask for another room the rep nonchalantly said that there were no other rooms that night and hopefully we will luck up in the morning. When I asked if the cleaning crew is available he shrugs his shoulders and says “nope, only here during the day time. ” This hotel was a waste of my money and a hellacious experience.

The hotel lobby is nice. The hallways to the hotel rooms are very dated and need an update. The room was redone and looks more modern. I would like to point out that the showers are designed very poorly and can be hard to get into.

Great value and location. The only knock on this room is the bathroom door, which is basically a sliding glass door that doesn't close all the way and has no sound insulation. So you basically hear everything.

The staff is friendly, it's in an alright location. No pool, or hot tub. Walls are NOT kid friendly, paper thin. I could hear the person in the room next to me fumbling around in their room. The AC unit did not work properly, wouldn't shut off, wouldn't adjust. The rooms were COLD! The bathroom had mold all over the titles, there were urine splatter marks all over the wall by the toilet paper holder. Stains coming out from under the bed, rust and mold in the sink in the bathroom. They tried to charge me $2.43 for an elementary school sized milk carton. The restaurant attached to this place is RIDICULOUSLY priced. 45$ average price per person. We will not be staying here again. The breakfast food was under cooked, the coffee was just brown water, I ordered scrambled eggs for my daughters, they came to the table still runny and yoke-like. Just skip this hotel altogether.

The hotel is fine, the staff are helpful, but the restaurant is an abysmal, farce of a wannabe, upscale steak house. I now appreciate the irony of naming the restaurant after an area known for sub-par cuisine — at least I think I understand that irony if the name is based on the original Hyde Park in London, not the Hyde Park on the Hudson which is home to the CIA. If you enjoy British quality steak, you've found it in Ohio!

Very nice I'm coming back. There was only one issue with my reservation but it was squared away by a great manager.

Great place to stay! A very nice hotel on the east side of Cleveland. It seems like a new hotel and was very clean! We had to book a room last minute with 3 pets. It seems like they have a set of rooms especially for travelers with pets. The staff members were all very, very nice and accommodating! The free breakfast was awesome (bagels w/lox, eggs benedict, and more).

It was really good as a new hotel. For me that stays weeks on end, there was no microwave or refrigerator, and no conntinential breakfast.

I've been to Las Vegas a bunch of times, but this hotel is alot better, the rooms are clean and have alot of space, breakfast was awesome and staff was great, will stay there when I'm in town.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The first time because I wanted to stay in a Hotel Indigo. The second time because this is such a nice hotel. Very modern and fresh. Friendly staff. Great location for dining out. I will gladly stay here again as business travel, or even personal travel, brings me through this area.

Nice updated rooms, clean. However the rooms (likely due to the lack of carpeting in the rooms) were noisy and the window shade let tons of light in so it wasn't a great night sleep. Also no refrigerator was a disappointment.

Staff was excellent! Place a great vibe and atmosphere! It is also attached to one of the best steak resturants in the area. Great room service. I was there on business, but it felt more like a mini vacation then a business trip. The beds were very comfortable and the showers very nice with great shower heads that were relaxing and not your typical hotel cheap shower head. Sounds weird to comment on, but if you have worked a long day and come back to your room for a shower, that makes a big difference. I will be staying there again.

I recently stayed at the Indigo. The room was nice with a decent bed. Shower was decent as well but never like seeing any form of rust or mold on tiles. Some paint was chipped on walls as well. Despite being as far away from the elevator as possible, my room was next to an exit door that slammed constantly. When it slammed, my room door slammed with it making it close to impossible to sleep late or take a nap during the day. This was a big issue. The AC unit had issues staying on as well. If it is 65 outside and your AC is set at 62, it should be on and even if it was 60 outside with humidity, you would want cold air to be coming from the unit. Nobody likes to feel humidity. No standard refrigerators is a big bummer as well and the AC needs to be turned up in the gym room as well. Correct issues like AC, upkeep, door stability, and door slower for exit door that gently closes door and not SLAM, and the stars would go from 2 to 4 or 5. Staff was friendly and food was good for breakfast as well.

We booked this place for our wedding night and we were less than impressed. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful, definitely no complaints there. The walls were quite thin and we could here kids screaming at random times of the night from somewhere down the hall. We did not feel as if the price was indicative of the accommodations that were received. The blinds did not shut, there were no trash bags in the ridiculously small/inadequate trash cans. To complicate matters further, the thermostat in our room was inoperable and would not turn on after numerous tries, thus after a long day we opted to go to bed instead of call the maintenance. Not the worst place ever, but we will probably not be staying again.

Quick overnight stay, partially for fun and partially to alleviate travel time during the time change. Got in late, so didn't get to enjoy everything the place had to offer. Very warm feeling lobby. Lighting was good. Bar area looked great. Room was comfortable and interesting without being overwhelming. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful hotel. Room was clean but not sure why I was put in a room at the very other end of the building down a very long hall when there weren't many people staying here. No toilet paper on roll and had to find it stuck way in back of shelf. Otherwise hotel was wonderful. Front desk was super nice. Didn't appreciate the 7:30am garbage truck banging numerous dumpsters non stop for a good 30+ minutes… literally right outside my room. Not hotel's fault but they should be aware. Would stay again.

Loved my stay at this Indigo! Found it using the IHG app on my smartphone along with suggestions for nearby Chagrin Falls. The hotel was clean and bright, the staff was helpful and friendly. Such a large, comfortable room with the best shower ever. Adored the common space downstairs and the outside seating area. Truly a great value for such top notch accommodations. Can't wait to return!

Nice hotel and the staff were very kind. The only major complaint I have would be that the bathroom doors are solid glass on rollers. Makes for a very loud experience opening and closing. They look cool… Just not super practical. Otherwise the experience was good.

Having late night drinks in a room, which were in great order, and need some food? Head up front and see who's open! The worker in the lobby gave us some pamphlets of who was open, and saved the night.

My wife and I have had good experiences with Hotel Indigo in other cities. Even though the location wasn't perfect, the price was, so we decided to stay with them again. It's situated in Beachwood, which is by no means a cultural center, but the city is easily accessible. Plus, you really can't get a room like a Hotel Indigo room for the price anywhere else. On the outside, it doesn't look like much. It's nestled deep within the miracle mile, which some folks might actually like. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. You can't really ask for more when it comes to hospitality. The only reason this review is not a perfect five stars is the bathroom. The sliding, frosted-glass door is a bold attempt at modernity, but it's poor construction would not allow it to stay all the way open… or all the way closed. To be blunt, it made feel a bit exposed, which is something that remains vulnerably sacred, even in marriage. Still, overall, a great place to stay in Cleveland for the price if you're willing to drive into the city.

Nice hotel. Every Indigo we stay at is nice. Only complaint would be the shower leaking water. Other than that, hotel was very nice and the staff was very professional and friendly.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The prices are amazing! The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to visit. Extremely satisfied great job to the entire hotel staff. You guys are the best!

First time at this hotel but I would definitely stay again. Nice rooms and a great area.

I stayed here for 6 nights, and had such a positive experience. The hotel both inside my room and out side was so clean, smelled great and the decor was artsy and calming. I felt so comfortable being in the lobby that I stayed indoors to work for hours. The service is great and the staff consistently asks if I needed anything and were accommodating. The hotel is very close to downtown and other main attractions. I also LOVED the gym they had (I am a personal trainer so I really approve this gym with my high critique) and the recreational area. Beachwood is also a beautiful city with lots of high-end shopping attractions and restaurants. GREAT choice for staying in Cleveland/Beachwood area.

It was very modern and full of color. The style was inviting and new. I will only stay here from now on in Beachwood.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and treated with us with respect. All questions were answered with a friendly smile. The breakfast was very good. Location was excellent in proximity of where we needed to go. The room were very stylish and hip. Bed was comfortable.

I have been staying here at least once a week since they opened and I couldn't be happier. Rooms are are great for work and relaxation. DirectTV, Keurig coffee makers, and outlets EVERYWHERE are just some of the small things that make this hotel feel premium. The exercise facility is spectacular with plenty of space and new equipment. The thing that sets this hotel apart from the rest is its staff. They made me feel at home from day one and is the main reason why I don't plan on ever staying anywhere else in Cleveland.

The staff here was fantastic. They bent over backwards to be helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels were soft, the TV was big. It had very trendy decorations. This hotel has a lot of promise. HOWEVER, the bathroom door. The bathroom door was SO ludicrous that it took what would have been a 4 or 5 start review down to a 2 star. The door was made of frosted glass and it slid on a metal rod. Well here were the problems with that. When you opened or closed it, it did not slide smoothly so you had to fight with it. Once closed we almost couldn't get out without help from the outside. And it made SO MUCH NOISE! If you got up to use the bathroom in the night, you woke everyone up. In fact, if the people in the room next to you got up to use the bathroom, you knew. Also, since it just slid closed it didn't block ANY noise, so if you were sharing a room they would know exactly what you were doing in the bathroom and would be able to smell it too. I will not return unless they replace those doors.
