Unfortunately our time in the Clarion hotel was not the best. Asked for a handicapped room on the first floor with a king bed. Was told my room was given away_still can’t figure out why! Called a week ago to confirm and told all was set. Instead I ended up with a handicapped room on the second floor with two DOUBLE beds. And far from the elevator. Was asked if I wanted to change rooms but by then we were here and settled in. Too difficult to do-=have physical limits. That’s why I asked for a room on the first floor! Not happy. Yesterday our room was never cleaned — never told that if you stay multiple nights it’s not cleaned daily. Why? On the positive side, staff very friendly, nice bright comfortable lobby and good breakfast. You choose — first and last time for me.

I recommend the Clarion Beachwood for several reasons; conveniently located to interstate 271, Just as nice if not nicer than the surrounding hotels but at a lower price. The adjoining steakhouse was excellent and provides good room service meals too. The staff was helpful @ friendly. I would stay here again.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. I checked out and headed back to MI today and left my iPad in the room. I didn't even realize I forgot it (bag was in the trunk for a 4.5 hour drive) when the hotel called and said they found it. They helped me prepare a shipping label on USPS. Com and they are mailing it back to me tomorrow. I am so impressed as I have forgotten things in hotels before which when reported were never found. You guys are awesome!

I dont think I have ever been this satisfied with Everything at a motel like this one! the breakfast bar is awesome, ALL of the staff really knows how to treat there guest, rooms have always been clean, nice beds, nice TV's ect. I've been staying here alot since Fed 2018. It's a safe place even outside!

Love staying in Beechwood when visiting the area. It's close to major shopping and eateries. You cannot beat the free hot breakfast. We're talking about scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, juice options, coffee, danish, toast, english muffins, cereal options, you get the idea. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Would definitely recommend this place.

We needed a last minute room and were very pleased with our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast had many options, though the eggs and potatoes weren't great. Fresh waffle maker saved the day though. We would use this hotel again. **Editing to include that about 12 hours after we left my spouse has come down with what seems to be awful food poisoning… the only thing that they ate the rest of us didn't were those eggs at the breakfast buffet… so probably won't be using this location again.

The breakfast was wonderful. It was a buffet of hot foods: eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, oatmeal, grits and waffles. There was quite a variety of cold foods: yogurt, breads, danishes, hard boiled eggs, cold cereal and more. All the fixings you could ask for, even cups of shredded cheese and packs of brown sugar. A large variety of teas (herbal and black) and coffees. The beds are comfortable. It was clean and nice. The staff was the best yet. The area is a good area to be in. It's surrounded by other very nice hotels and inns. Large variety of restaurants around, expensive and inexpensive to fit your budget and mood. I highly recommend it, I'll gladly stay there again if I find myself in the area.

Hotel staff was very friendly & accommodating. Our reservations were already booked prior to us arriving. An additional family member was with us that did not have reservation. We drove from Birmingham Al to Cleveland to attend a funeral. We arrived earlier than planned. The hotel staff & supervisors were very attentive & accommodating as we requested an early check in. Additionally was able to get another room available for our family member. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was hot and stayed full. Beautiful facility, we will stay here again the next time we are in Cleveland.

Very nice experience with this hotel staying there while visiting my new granddaughter in nearby Shaker Heights. It was easily accessible from the highway and had plenty of free parking. The free breakfast in the lobby was very nice with both hot and cold choices. There is an adjacent restaurant open for dinner and a convenient pick up dinner food service as well. Our check in service was outstanding and the gracious young woman at the desk found a freshly cleaned room for us even though we arrived hours before official check in time. This was even though it was an extremely busy time with the NBA finals game in town that night. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the area. Rooms are basic decor but clean and quiet. This is a very convenient hotel for the suburbs of Cleveland.

Price was reasonable. Morning breakfast was great because of the woman who prepared everything. Morning checkout people were nice. Check in person was knowledgeable, and very helpful, a smile, though, would have made it even better. The room was good for the price range.

Starting to become dated but was a good substitute for not being able to get the place we wanted for that night.

The Clarion Motel offers comfortable beds, small in room refrigerator, flat screen TV with HBO included, a clean restroom with a hairdryer, free travel size shampoo, conditioner and lotion, with other personal care accessories offered at the front desk, and most importantly for me, a free continental breakfast (make your own waffles, then eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, a pancake with cinnamon apples rolled up inside, yogurt, baggles, English muffins, various juices, cereals, and of course. Coffee! I paid $78 + tax for a 1 night stay. You can order to go food from the steakhouse right beside the motel and the food is actually delivered to the front desk is you don't feel like going out. My order arrived in 25 minutes, was hot and delicious! This Clarion Hotel is right off I 271 so easy on and off. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Breackfast is not as good as it used to be. Employee at kitchen is rude and food cold. All tvs are tuned at CNN and when you ask to change the channel to fox news they say that company policy is to offer CNN only.

We just completed an overnight stay at the Clarion in Beachwood. We had appointments at the Cleveland Clinic yesterday & today & found this hotel to be perfectly located for an easy ride to the clunic. The rooms were generously sized, clean & comfortable. The breakfast offered plenty of options & the staff was helpful. There are lots of restaurants & shopping in the area & it's convenient to highways. The Trip Advisor search found us the best price, (even better than the Cleveland Clinic discounted rate). When we have to come back, we will likely stay there again.

The front desk was extremely helpful. My family and I arrived early and they were extremely accommodating. We were told to come back in an hour and our room would be available. We were offered water and chips at check in. Clean rooms and amazing service.

Close to Beachwood hospital. Very nice staff and clean. Only issue was TV was bogus. But that's ok they did what they could to make me happy. Thanks Justin and his courteous manners.

Always a great time when I stay here. This is the only hotel I stay when visiting home. Clean. Very friendly staff (Ashley and Justin are fantastic and very friendly). Rooms are clean, nice breakfast too!

Nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Staff was businesslike and efficient. Free breakfast had a few extra choices over most like real oatmeal not instant, and both bacon and sausage. Room was large and spacious. I've state here before, and it has been consistent.

This place was dirt cheap at $65/night compared to other options in the area. I was in town going to a few concerts at the Grog Shop in Euclid Heights. Beachwood was equidistant to the Grog Shop as the cheaper options downtown. Slightly higher priced options downtown would have charged us to park in their garages so we decided to stay here, where the parking is free. The hotel is actually really nice and I highly recommend it. There is a complimentary continental breakfast featuring two hot items (we had eggs and sausage one day and french toast sticks and sausage the next), cereal, oatmeal, coffee, two juices, milk, bagels, toast, muffins, and english muffins. Oh, and fresh fruit (oranges and apples). The only downside to that is it ends at 9:30, which I think is fairly early. Another huge bonus: the Wifi is FREE. Yes, free. It works great as well. There is a little fitness room, a nail salon, conference rooms, I believe a pool (although I didn't see it personally), and a Hyde Park Grille attached. The staff was friendly and unobtrusive. My only complaints are that several of the ice machines were out of order, as were a few of the doors closer to our room, forcing us to walk around the long way (hey, a little exercise never hurt). Those have probably been fixed. The shower curtain was really annoying and would ride down due to an angled curtain rod. The shower head, however, was amazingly high powered.

Room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but nothing gross. Breakfast was better than most and open longer. Also checkout was later as well which was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good breakfast. Thats about it. Rooms are decent. Housekeeping was horrendous. Of the four nights stayed, one day no hee towels and none available at the front desk. Another day she skipped over one of our rooms completely. (had three rooms for our crew). No microwave and fridges. Front desk wasn't apologetic at all. Would not stay again.

Great stay. VERY nice staff. Clean rooms. Reasonably priced. Great location. I would definitely stay here again! I even needed a fridge and they let me put my salad in their personal fridge. I call that above and beyond!

Staff was nice & helpful… breakfast was pretty good… room was way too hot when we opened the door… temp was 76! Con: reservation desk screwed up my request for a room with microwave & refrig. When I made the reservation I was assured that yes the room came with both. Got there & assigned room had neither… Man at desk tried to find at least a mini refrig… no luck… best he could offer was for us to use the microwave in the breakfast area that night & they could put our cooler items in the hotel refrig with our room # for us. Disappointing!

We needed a room last minute on a long trip and found this Clarion. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I was surprised that they had a warm breakfast in the morning as well.

Room was clean and nicely updated, great breakfast, I will say the walls were thin and a few times in the middle of the night I heard people walking by door talking. Overall very pleased was a one night stand on a road trip.

Breakfast was well stocked every morning through the posted end time. Everything about the room was fine/comfortable/working.

The service was great and the hosts were very nice. My visit there was very experimental. Never I have been to a hotel with such great service. If you are ever in the Beechwood area and need a hotel, try the Indigo. You will love it.

Our room was excellent, very clean and had everything we needed. Our front desk clerk Scottie was just great. He was friendly, helpful and so nice. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

You need of the best free breakfast I've had at a hotel. Comfy beds. Clean though needs updating. All the staff that I met were very nice.

A great place to stay. Easy access to shopping, interstate, food, entertainment. A nice breakfast is served in the mornings. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Staff is very friendly.

We are visiting from out of town because my boyfriend had surgery in a hospital here. The staff has been overwhelmingly nice & accommodating — and we did not even tell them the reason for our stay. We feel very welcomed and comfortable here. It is clean and everyone is helpful and friendly. We are genuinely sad to be checking out tomorrow.

I didn't catch his name but the most courteous gentleman was working the front desk when I checked in at 6 PM July 14th. Checked me in right away even though my husband who made the reservation hadn't arrived yet, made sure I had the roller crib I needed for my son and was a pleasure to talk to. People like that make you come back again next time without a second thought.

A amazing nights stay and all to thanks to alfanzo! great guy helped with everything my family needed and then some asked for a good place to order pizza from great pick again we will be staying again as long as he still works there! Hope you get the wrx buddy The Frederick's.

Very comfortable room, relaxing stay, but the bathroom fan didnt work so I asked the front desk to have maintenance check it while I was out. When I came back, it still did not work, and no note or anything about it. Also, the gym was nowhere to be seen. I looked it up in the guide in the room, which claimed it was on the first floor next to the front desk! Just not true. I later found out it was somewhere on the second floor, a secret I guess, no signs point to it. Aside from this, I generally enjoyed my stay.

Rooms are good and clean and breakfast was great. Service could have been better at check-in.

Clean, quiet, and some snow! We only stayed one night because we wanted to be close to the airport. Everything worked out well. We'd absolutely do this again.
