Hotel Customer Service and the Manager is horrible. She doesn't like her job, but Aloft keeps her employed to upset customers. Do not stay there.

This hotel was just beautiful … hands down the best hotel I've been to (the rooms are to die for😍)

The Aloft was the most modern, comfortable, eye appealing, hotel I've ever stayed at. But, I woke up with bed bug bites.

Sheena was amazing. This hotel is gorgeous. It’s like nothing I’ve seen before. It’s a very pretty and fun environment. The staff was very nice and friendly. The lobby was extremely accommodating. There are pool tables and board games with a bar and fireplace. Our room was modern and well kept. The pool had color changing lights which was fun and kept the environment inviting. I will definitely look into staying here again. It would be nice if the DJ was there from like 8-11/12 instead of 7. I feel like that would bring in more business.

Aloft Beachwood is by far the best choice for hotels in the area.
Staff is impeccable and friendly beyond necessity. The rooms are clean and smell good! The beds are super comfy. The best is that it is dog friendly hotel. No charge. Really, truly second to none.

The room was nice and the staff was VERY nice, but this hotel was otherwise AWFUL. People were drinking and fighting in the parking lot, and I got woken up by people screaming and arguing and running through the halls at 2AM. I was afraid to leave my room. I got up early to leave, earlier than I really wanted to, because I didn’t want to run into any of the people fighting from the night before. It seems like people use this hotel to drink and party, definitely not a quiet place to stay. I read other reviews about the noise and regret not listening to them — this isn’t normal noise, it actually felt like I wasn’t safe with groups yelling and arguing and fighting all around me. Staff needs security on site patrolling the halls 24/7.

Great place very stylish. Rooms were super nice. Staff was very welcoming. We had travel delays and didn’t get in for our one night stay until 6 am almost and the front desk representative updated our reservation for a late check out without charging us! We didn’t even have to ask. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic place. Great staff. Awesome beer delivered with knowledge of it's local brewery, informed by Kristina. Great grammar on every floor. If you fix the grammar I claim a finder's fee. :) No joke.

We loved our stay at Aloft! The beds were surprisingly soft and comfortable — — maybe the most comfortable bed I remember sleeping in at a hotel in recent years. The bathroom in the room was also super nice. The staff we did interact with was very kind and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Great customer service. Great room. Loved the pool area and outside lounge. Reasonably priced. Definitely staying at another!

I really like this hotel and the staff was nice. Just wish they had free breakfast I'm big girl that loves to eat. Lol. Food is a little expensive. Never been in a hotel that made me pay for fruit.

Great for business trips, there is a good bar and breakfast options. The gym is small with a couple machines and free weights. The rooms feel newly done or renovated with few cosmetic issues. Mini fridge included. Overall the hotel feels nice. No smoking is a plus. It is pet friendly so guests do bring their dogs.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff. The beds where very comfortable. They saw it was our anniversary and upgraded our room to a sweet. We will definitely be back.

We had housekeeping problems every day for the six days we stayed. We would have gone to another hotel except for prior commitments. The front desk staff did everything they could including bringing up towels and toilet paper one evening after being without all day and calling housekeeping. Never could we get a manager to address these problems or talk to us. I know we will not be spending our money at this hotel in the future.

Great place. Great location. The front desk staff was super friendly and the room was clean, spacious, beautifully designed. I only gave four stars because there wasn't a microwave in the room.

Nice hotel. No frills place that has a fun vibe. Kudos on the free games and pool table in be lobby. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Up charged me almost 80 dollars. Be careful with these guys. I ended up paying 215 dollars for a room that was already expensive. This place is no where near worth that kind of money. Cheaply built. The front desk only answered only out of the 4 calls I made down to them. No coffee for the machine in my room. Had to go down and get coffee out of the lobby.

My significant other booked a room through hotels by day. It's a long distance thing and Cleveland is our midpoint. Being able to meet here during the day and not have to drive around and constantly be finding places where we can do things together was great. Staff was friendly, room was clean, looked very nice. I would recommend it.

The staff made me add 2 stars to this review. They really went above and beyond to make our stay great. Room was clean but a bit rough around the edges. Towel rack was loose and you could see pencil marks on the wall where the installer miss-marked the location to drill. A huge gap in the shower floor was just filled with silicone. Those are just some examples of shabby-ness.

Very beautiful place & the staff was very helpful & friendly especially a young college student name Malik. I enjoyed the pool & workout room. The bar was also nice.

I stayed at Aloft in Beachwood from Friday to Sunday just to have a little private time for me and my girlfriend. Rooms where nice and we were able to go down in the lobby and play pool and go to the bar in the lobby which had beers on tap among other things! Nice rooms and affordable. Can't wait to go back!

I enjoyed my stay here! The design was what pulled me in. I loved the vibrant colors, some non-traditional furniture and setup of the lounge and rooms. The staff greeted me with a smile and was friendly. The building was clean everywhere I went. My room had a comfy king bed and pillows to match. The night tables built into the wall on each side of the bed were a cool idea. They even had outlets above them for easy access. I really liked the sliding bathroom door w/ full-length mirror. Though, it would've benefited from soft-close stoppers. The health-conscious food choices were a pleasant surprise, but could've had more variety. Plenty of shops and restaurants are within driving distance, so there's something for everyone. Aloft Beachwood was great! I'll definitely stay there again!

Nice contemporary place, sleek design, good value. Cons: no hot tub, and they hide the ice machine way off in one corner of the building. The ice thing really gets me. Why not put it in a central location? Our room was as far as one could get from it. Seriously, if you are in Room 202, you can just go get ice instead of hitting the gym. If you want your soda cold, and you put it in the mini fridge before going to get your ice, then by the time you get back, you won't need the ice! My advice: don't even try to find the ice machine. Just call the front desk, complain that you can't find it, and ask them to bring you some. That's what they get!

Our room was nice and clean and bed was comfy. Nice big walk in shower. Only suggestion would be to bring snacks with you before you check in because candy bars and other snacks in the lobby are $3 and up.

Nice place. Contemporary hotel. Rooms were not huge ones. Hotel didn't have an in-house restaurant. But they have a bar. And you also get sandwiches and pancakes for breakfast.

Unique property and rooms. Great vibrant colors. Free game room with pool, PAC Man machine, and board games. Upscale with a reasonable price.

The staff here has always been very pleasant helpful and welcoming. Always been clean, well-kept, nice hotel.

Nice location, clean rooms, nice lobby/lounge area with free billiards and arcade cabinet. Bar was nicely stocked and staffed with friendly staff. Hotel pool was closed but it was not posted on their website while booking.

Room was very nice. The lobby had plenty of activities for families or couples, it had something for everyone. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

It is an Aloft! If you like one location, you know you can count on a similar trendy experience at most every other location. Hotel is well maintained and obviously well cared for. The General Manager is in his element and heavily interactive to ensure guests have a good stay away from home.

I love this hotel. My room was beautiful. They have very nice soap, shampoo and body wash. The little self-serve café was great and free parking is always a great perk. Most importantly, the staff I encountered were all super friendly and helpful!

Consistent experience at Aloft brand, love it. I have stayed at many across USA and Canada and they've all been perfect. Great staff. My dog lives this place also. He's become used to the surroundings and seems at ease here which is saying a lot.

I have stayed here on a few separate occasions. Not sure how long they have been open but it is a fairly new hotel. It has a nice lounge with a bar. Plenty of items in the market to get you from breakfast through dinner. Even bottles of wine. Very easy to get in and out. Plenty of restaurants to visit too.

This was my first experience with this facility and I must say it was truly awesome! The rooms are great and the facility is 1st class, with the exercise room, the pool, the grounds, the access to all the local shops and with the live entertainment. The manager John Watkins and the rest of that staff were all about the customers and that their stays are great and memorable. Will be back! Thank you :-)

We made a trip from Utah to Ohio and of all the hotels we started at, Aloft had the most comfortable bed. It was clean, and allowed us to bring our dog. This is our second time staying at this Aloft. It is perfect for a short stay. We had started here longer, and wished there has been a microwave and more amenities for a longer stay. It is in a great safe location. Our trailer pulling a car was fine. If anyone visiting wanted a hotel for just a night or two, I recommend it!

This hotel is awesome! Super comfortable and modern accommodations. Breakfast is great — you can order a customized breakfast sandwich or other food. They have a 24/7 grab and go section fully stocked with snacks and drinks! Great bar with friendly staff; sometimes they have live music! The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly (especially Herbert who helped me this morning with breakfast. Thanks Herbert! ). Highly recommend it!

Very modern design, though I prefer things a little more cozy and less metal and glass in a room. Kind of odd layout as well. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was kind of noisy, but it was quiet in the room. Not a bad place to stay, and the price was pretty good too.

Very trendy styled hotel. Excellent customer service from the front desk staff. The rooms are a bit small, very European feeling. There's no real decent restaurant in the hotel, and the lobby is a bit small, but they have cool vintage games available for free, and live entertainment in the evenings. All in all, a great experience!

The soap and shampoo are in dispensers in the shower which I rather like because I can use as much as I want and I'm not stuck with one of those little bottles the hotels usually gives. Over all it was a very pleasant stay and nice and it was nice and quiet at night.

The hotel was hip and modern. The rooms are on small side, but feel big due to the usage of space. We got the casino package which was well worth the price. Can't wait to return.

Really liked the hotel and room. Only strange thing was they only gave my wife and I one complimentary water bottle instead of two. And they were going to make me pay for another one… Felt very weird. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The place was easy to get, convenient, and very affordable. The atmosphere was great and the staff was very kind. I will definitely go here again.

Love this hotel. Stayed there a few nights when work was being done on my house. Very clean and comfortable rooms with a great shower! Whole place has a nice scent and a pretty cool bar too.

Made a mistake and stayed here while on an anniversary weekend out of town. $547 with tax for a suite that reminds you of an IKEA put together room. Feels like a college dorm at 12am. No such thing as service here as there isn't. Don't mind the "Bliss" soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower as if you were in a locker room. If it were $179 a night for a Holiday Inn Express it would be acceptable.

I stayed last night and was for the most part satisfied with my room. I dId have an issue with the t. V. In my room, the remote volume control button worked but the channel button didn't, which was odd. To say the least, I didn't get to enjoy the television. When I first arrived at the hotel, I was surprised by the additional $75 room protection fee which I felt should have been charged altogether when I initially booked my room. I was inconvienced because the hotel wouldn't accept cash as a payment for the protection fee, so I had to load by daughter and our luggage back in the car and drive to the closest bank to deposit cash into my account which Caused me to check in @ 2am in the morning although I have already reserved and paid for the room earlier! When I returned back to the hotel. There was no one at the service desk to assist me and I waited 5 minutes before I randomly started knocking on employee marked doors for assistance. I thought it was strange and awkward for the guest not to have a bell or a more effective way to communicate with missing or unattended host\front desk attendants. My two year old daughter and I enjoyed the Indoor swimming pool although I felt they could have warmed the pool water more so then the temperature of the room. We had to get out the pool earlier then expected because my daughter was shivering badly.
