Room and lobby were clean, the decor was nice, and the desk clerks recommendation for a place to eat was good. Room smelled clean and neutral, which is a big plus, as I have a sensitive sense of smell. Breakfast was aa expected, although ending at 9 am is a bit early. The only thing really keeping it from 5 stars is that the wallpaper needed to be re-glued in the room and in some places was being held in place with tape.

Our client Lara Hope stayed here recently after a performance nearby and loved it! The management and staff were super friendly, and the room was perfectly clean and quiet. There was a free breakfast in the morning as well as an exercise room to help get the morning going right! Thank you for always taking care of your guests, and we look forward to sending more clients here to get a good night's sleep on the road!

We always stay in this hotel when traveling back to New York from Chicago (as a half way point). The rooms are always super clean and beds are comfy. Pet friendly too which is a huge plus!

The power is out right now so I'm sitting in the dark, bored out of my mind with nothing to do… Don't know how long the phone will last lol. Haven't heard anything from anyone about what they're going to do… And was in the middle of a great movie when it happened! Ho hum…

Everything one could ask for in a hotel. If you happen to forget something (common toiletry), just ask and they will provide a complementary replacement. Only reason for 4 stars is some of the trim on the interior was a bit worn & tattered.

Stayed one night on Friday it was very clean the nice lady at the counter was very pleasant. They had tractor trailer parking. We will definitely stay again if we are out this way.

Clean rooms, good rates and a good breakfast.

I felt right at home it was relaxing comfortable beds clean shower.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. Water does not get very hot. Not a lot of channels to choose from.

Had reservation. Room was cold and far from parking. Was not busy. Our room could have been closer. Beds and towels ok. Remote did not work. Run down room.

For a cheep room it was just fine. Our room smelled like smoke a lot and it woke up all stuffy because of it. The pool was green and the breakfast is small but the price was 70$ for the night.

The management staff is inept and/or the cleaning staff is a bunch of thieves. We stayed there one night, passing through on our way West. We rented two rooms and were using multiple cars on our journey (caravan-style trip). Our daughter and son left later than we did, but forgot a very nice blanket that they had purchased that day and a few other personal items (photos that were left on a night stand). My daughter called the front desk about three hours into their journey on the morning we checked out; this was way before any cleaning crew would have ever begun cleaning rooms, because we left very early in the morning to continue driving. The night manager said she would let the cleaning crew know about the forgotten items, but when my daughter called later that day, nobody had a clue what she was talking about. By that time, the blanket was either stolen or thrown away, because nothing ever ended up in the lost and found bin. The many subsequent calls never resulted in any information on the blanket's whereabouts. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. We would have been happy to have paid postage to get our items back, but we never even got that far. The items were either stolen by the cleaning crew and never reported to hotel management, or the hotel management never provided any information to the cleaning crew regarding the items. Either way, it's a pretty shoddy way to do business and shows how much they care about their guests … very little or not at all.

Kathy is always polite, professional, kind and efficient. I have had my business at the Comfort Inn for almost ten years and she is by far my favorite employee to interact with. If I ever need anything Kathy finds a way to get it done. I appreciate everything she has done for the duration of time we have been at the Comfort Inn & Suites.

This place is a dump! Everything has a weird smell (ESPECIALLY THE ELEVATOR! ). My room is so small and just gives me the creeps. Found a hair on our face towels. It's super noisy because it's right next to the highway. The bathtub looks like it's not been cleaned in a very long time. When I checked in they had a movie playing in the lobby… 50 Shades of Grey! Thank God my kid was sleeping! This is the kind of place you wouldn't be surprised if they got shut down for bed bugs or mold infestation. The only reason we have not switched hotels is because it's super late and we have a pet. This was the very last place in the area that was pet friendly with a vacancy. I can't wait to get home to take a shower to wash off the grime from this place!

We were fortunate to stay here while traveling through on tour. The front desk was very friendly with out late-hours check in and got us a room right away. The next day we were able to enjoy a free breakfast and get caught up with a quick load of laundry before we had to be back on the road. Great room, very comfortable!

We're staying at the Comfort Inn in Austintown, Ohio. I'm so happy with Donna there. I was lucky enough to get her to book my reservation, and then we got there. She was there also. She was just so wonderful. We got to use the pool here. It was outdoor, and it was very nice because the weather is quite hot. I'd also like to mention Candy, the housekeeping manager. She again was wonderful getting this room and making sure everything was okay. The service was great. Thank you very much. Bye. Bye.

Overall, it was a good experience. The room was pleasant. The rooms seem to keep the AC on, but you can turn it off if you want. They had a TV, minifridge (empty), and a router. I didn't try to use the router nor did I even look for any Wi-Fi signals. They have a nice little pool as well. My mother enjoyed that quite a bit. They also have a nice little breakfast until about 9am. Its really small, just eggs, bacon, bagels, and the option to make your own waffle. As for negatives, the fan in the bathroom did not work. And they told us we could pay with cash so our credit card wouldn't be charged, but they ended up charging our creditcard anyway.

Registration was a breeze, check in was just as easy and my room was clean and in great order. Breakfast was good, the serving area a bit cramped, but it was complimentary, so nothing negative there. Check out was equally simple and the staff was very friendly.

I would have to say I am pretty impressed of the cleanliness of the room and the over all quality of the hotel. Great price for a pleslasant experience. Very happy with the room. It smelled very pleasant when opening the door even after leaving for a few hours. Good Job Comfort Inn staff.

It is a nice hotel but there was dark finger prints on our hotel door. And the hallways looked dirty. The actual looked nice. But a hair that was not mine was found in the shower.

I listened to a woman at the front desk complaining about 5 minutes later, allowing her to rent a room with small dogs feel very disappointed. We chose this hotel because of its ban on pets. Room was very clean, staff polite. Comfort Hotel breakfast is below average. 8:30 fruit just Apple.

Nice clean spacious and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and I'd stay again.

Comfort Inn is a great hotel, being focused on customer satisfaction. Great stay, nice rooms.

Late last week, I booked 2 associates at Comfort Inn and Suites Austintown /Youngstown and was extremely pleased with their feedback. They enjoyed the hot breakfast, nice pool, along with the close proximity to the casino. Over the years hotel prices have gone up, however was really pleased with the going rates for this hotel along with the amenities offered.

Rooms are clean. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Nice pillows.

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. I was very disappointed to find that it wasn't a true hotel at all. Looks like an upgraded motel with all room entrances from the outside. There is a much nicer one nearby but my cousin didn't want us to stay there. She said it was a sketchy neighborhood!
