Woodspring Suites are very basic but also very affordable. We wanted something in the Theodore Roosevelt National Park area. Our room was very clean and staff friendly. Because our room was very basic. There was no iron or blow dryer. Since we really weren't spending much time at the hotel, this was more than adequate.

Great stay, quiet, everything you need for a short or long stay. Rooms are big, kitchenette, TV, Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi needs work.

Great stay and super cheap, be sure and reserve your stay for as long as possible for the best rate.

Decent place although not much hospitality from the guy at the front desk.

Affordable, clean, mom and pop type staff. When I opened the door to the room I had to double check my credit card for the charges. I have paid 3x more for this. A full kitchenette. Down side, the mattresses were a bit basic? is that the word one would use? Anyway I did sleep well. Update! 4 days later I returned. Yep I'm returning from my trip. Yep I'm staying here again. This time I went to a local restaurant and ordered to go food because of course my room is clean enough and has all I need to eat her. Guess what? Yep this mattress is so comfy. Enjoy your stay. I did. Say hello to the staff for me. They are all friendly people.

This place was great! Clean, convenient, and affordable! Stayed with my husband and children on a road trip and it was perfect!

I have no idea why this is a 2-star hotel this was by far one of my favorite hotels driving across the country. The Price is Right there's a stove a fridge washing machines available almost felt like a small apartment. The service was also amazing.

Planned on staying a couple weeks, due to surgery we ended up staying much longer, Jeremy is an excellent front desk/ customer service. Let us use his BBQ grill. Management is also very accommodating. Cant say enough good things about the place and the prices for extended stay cant be beat.

The hotel staff is friendly and the room is very clean and comfortable. The TV is really big so if you're a before-bed TV person, it's perfect! The kitchenette is great and worked really well for bacon and eggs this morning. I would definitely recommend!

Check in takes way too long. Next thing you know they're going to ask for blood and stool samples. There is also no shampoo in the room. At least mention that at check in, I'll pay if I need to, but seriously? The room was clean and comfortable but I refuse to stay again at places with those sorts of policies.

No shampoo or conditioner and one bar of soap… Charge me another dollar and provide these things, I don't understand why this isn't an amenity.

Very reasonable price for a suite-type motel. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room was average size, clean, and had a coffee pot. Would give it four stars but they only offer regular size beds, no queen or king.

My husband stayed at your hotel from April until November last year and were planning on coming back. We called to make reservations this year and got hung up on twice, manager was very rude and they were going to charge us a pet fee per dog which we never paid before. We decided to take our business to the Ramada and wish we would have done it already last year. Their weekly rate is cheaper and no pet fee. Beds are awesome and the complimentary breakfast is very good. Staff is great. Sorry Woodspring you should have never got rid of the manager you had. We were treated very well by her and never would have thought about going anywhere else.

I have to start off with the stay wasn't terrible. There were good things about the stay, such as close to my work site and quiet environment. Now to why I rate it Two stars. First day I am told, after my company had made me reservations two weeks in advance, that my room is not available and that none of the cleaning staff is answering there phones. The reason given was they had 7 reservations starting that Sunday and only 2 were cleaned the day before. That night I used my own money (to be reimbursed by my company) to get a room at the extended stay next door. After this fiasco the stay went better until my reservation got extended. At most Hotels if your stay is extended nothing is needed to be done. I left, the morning after my reservations would be originally up, for work and returned at 11 PM way after the desk hours were over. I tried the lobby phone using the after hours on call number and it just rang. I tried Calling the 1 800 number and even tried calling the reservations line where they tried calling the site and got no response. I was about to give up after an hour and go next door again but decided to try the phone once more and the clerk FINALLY appeared at the hall door and told me the phone was broken. He got me checked back in and the next morning I found out there is NO manager for whom to place a complaint. This place needs to step up their game. It's called customer SERVICE. Either train on it or replace your people, and get a MANAGER.
