Convenient location and good price. The kids enjoyed the pool and continental breakfast. Front desk was helpful. Room was in excellent condition and included a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi was very slow and unusable. Front desk said they'd reset the router and that didn't increase the speed.

Good location in town (just hard to see off the roadway), the rooms are clean and look to be well maintained, the shower has strong pressure and could use an adjustable shower head, heat and air unit has a quiet fan (good or bad preference), front desk staff has been helpful, beds are firm and pillows soft (they don't just flatten though). Overall I'm happy with the hotel and if my business didn't pay for my room, I'd stay here on my own expense.

No hot tub. Hot tub in the photos has been removed so all that is left is a small pool. Great customer service though.

It was very clean and nice looking the hotel and rooms. The breakfast was also nice and good. The only complaint is that you can hear the TV in the next room, at least in our room.

Awesome location and the price was right for clean rooms with a microwave and fridge. The breakfast was decent with your normal free hotel food. The rooms were fairly quiet but we could here the TV from the next room. It wasn't loud enough to harm my sleep but may annoy others a bit more sensitive to noises.

Clean rooms! Service with a smile. Quiet room for me when I need to sleep, night or day. Pretty tasty breakfast available free of charge. Office space also available in the lobby and plenty ood desk space in the room as well. I especially enjoy having the gym and a swimming pool at my convenience. Beds are comfortable, really nice water pressure in the shower. All around great place to stay. Close to local transportation and airport. I'm happy to stay here.

Me n my family had an awesome time here. Great place to spend time an relax… The kids had a great time in the pool an we enjoyed the hot tub. I recommend it to everyone. The manager n staff are so friendly and helpful… Will be going again soon.

Great hotel, convenient location, comfortable rooms, average continental breakfast. Day time desk clerk could use some training in manners and customer service. Parking is somewhat limited.

The people here are awesome and very friendly. If there is anything you need they're glad to assist in any way possible. You couldn't ask for more…

Checking in was perfect. Hotel is clean. Only downside is the price seems to attract less than savory characters into the building.

This is def the hotel to stay at in Dickerson, ND if your lucky enough to find it. The staff is nice and the hotel aesthetics is very modern and clean. The lobby is super sweet with a living room and den type of enviroment that feels very hommie but modern… The rooms are extremely clean and the sheet and pillows are soft and made of good materials… they investing in very comfortable bedding sheets. They have a HUGE breakfast selection in the morning with tons of juices and coffees. The only bad thing about the breakfast was that the food was very very fattening with options of waffles, hash browns, bagels, not that great eggs and other comfort food style breakfast… it tasted ok but it was free and edible enough to enjoy… the coffee was very very good… its close to the freeway and plenty of restaurants and super markets. The rooms are spacious and I have to say I slept very well here… and I highly suggest you stay here for the price and calibur of hotel…

This hotel served us quite well for a one night stopover in a trek across the northern states. Unfortunately, the floor in the room was soaked from the shower when we got there, so we called the front desk to let them know. They sent a service person to inspect it but there was nothing he could do on short notice. The hotel was booked solid so they couldn't put us in a different room. We were tired and decided not to worry about the wet floor and just used our sandals when walking around in the room. :) Aside from this inconvenience, it wasn't a bad Hotel at all. The breakfast was good and not overly busy which made for a smooth early morning getaway.

The hotel was nice, newly built/renovated. The pool has no hot tub. The breakfast was posted for 6:30 am. The only guy there couldn't make coffee and there was still no breakfast at 7 am. We had to go. We were really disappointed by no coffee and no breakfast.

I relocated to Dickinson two months ago and this Microtel was my home for the first month. Lexi, Pete, Summer and all the rest of the staff are polite and effective. The entire property is clean and quiet. The breakfasts are excellent. This hotel deserves three and a half or four stars, easily.

The rooms were big and nice and clean the bathrooms were a very good size and extremely clean the beds were very comfortable the hotel staff was really nice the indoor pool and hot tub was great and they had a awesome breakfast great location near lots of fast food places and sit down restaurants.

Nice facilities & breakfast, and terrific people. Breakfast & evening snacks were great while traveling. I enjoyed the stay very much & will stay there next opportunity.

This is a great hotel. Everything about it is the way it should be. The ONLY downside to this place is the steep price — it gets up to around 140+ on high season weekends. The way I've found around this is to book this hotel well in advance if you'd like to get the best price. Otherwise, the staff is considerate, the hotel is clean and well updated as well as the rooms and bathrooms. The pool and amenities are wonderful as well. I love everything about this hotel, right down to the free cookies!

Comfortable, economical and clean place.

Very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast had REAL food and they made these awesome cookies around lunchtime.

This place has the most friendly staff ever! :) we stayed over an extended weekend and had extended family, three rooms total. Honora and Donna, housekeepers, are friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers up a lot of food options so we didn't have to worry about going out early in the morning to eat. Lexi at the front desk was a sweet girl, eager to help us with anything we needed. By the end of it we felt like we were leaving a families home. I'll stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a great place to stay, I have been coming here for years. I stay here because it was a place where the staff came to know me. I stay in town for shopping or when I use to bring my significant other for dialysis, or just to get away. But this evening I got accused of staying here with a dog by the night manager, which is completely untrue. I do not own a dog or much less would bring one to a motel. He was very rude in accusing me, the desk clerk had to apologize for him. Maybe he does not like American indians, he didn't even address me by my correct last name. So people be careful when you stay in this motel you just may get accused of something untrue!

Very friendly staff, very nice room, great beds. Adequate bkfst, we got a sr discount. Good value for the decent price. Will stay here again.
