I enjoy the quietness here the staff is friendly and they may not have a whole lot here but to be honest that doesn't matter they still strive to make u as comfortable as possible and the price is just right I would stay here over any other place I have been to kudos to you Guys at the rest inn and thank you for a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed in room 157. The room was very clean and the housekeepers were very friendly. The manager was very helpful and he truly cared about making me comfortable. I love the big grassy area in the middle it is open and a nice property.

Probably one of my favorite places to stay it's a different world when you're there it has changed so much over the last year and has cleaned up so much over the last year I love the hotel staff they have right now. Be on site manager is one of the most accommodating people I have ever met in my life.

Friendly service, amazing prices, and the rooms are dog-friendly. The room I stayed in was clean, but showed obvious signs of wear—cracks in the walls, outlets were loose and would barely hold my charging bricks, and the door to the room had an alarming amount of wiggle, even when latched and locked. I would stay here again because the price is near-unbeatable, but be warned that this is not the lap of luxury.

Efin the new manager was awesome,,, very polite and professional and did not reek of alcohol like the last manager,,, thanks.

The staff was friendly, helpful and very kind. My sister loved the hot water lol!

I feel like this hotel is a very good hotel for someone who is in a hurry due to an emergency or just straight broke. I was the second. We were in room 124. The beds are firm and no wood sticking out. The soap they provide is very pleasant in smell. Candi the night auditor was very kind when we arrived. There arent really any amnemities except soap bars. But the holiday gas stop is right across the way. I think if u think these folks should increase theirs price for a better image u probably had enough money to go to the rodeway in or the laquinta instead of attemting to embarrass the people who operate the hotel. It isnt much but it is clean and isnt meant to be a stay all week hotel. But for the simple minded or the hygiene prepared it is the perfect place to put up in a hurry or for the next couple days.

The place is really clean and quite the only thing they could have is a iron and a coffee pot and of course shampoo in the rooms and for some of the rooms to have actual kitchenetts other than that they are great even the staff is really nice.

The Staff Here Are rude and lazy. Don't Expect To Sleep In Cuz They Start Pounding On The Door At 8am. It's Dirty And Tornapart. There Was A 2" Gap At The Bottom Of The Door And It Wouldn't Lock. The Screen Was All Pried Out Of the Window. And Half The Lights Don't Work. There's No Shampoo Or Conditioner Or Blow Dryers.

Never again! The first week we stayed was great friendly manager. The rooms weren't great but they were clean. Second week was horrible new management was terrible they lost track of my payment made my son-in-law stand out in the cold would not let him back in the room knowing that he was there with me he was extremely rude and when I asked to speak to the owners or have the phone number to be able to contact them he denied me that as well it was at least to say the worst experience I've ever had with a motel I would suggest the Rodeway Inn or something a little further down the road better service.

I really have to say that after a recent re-walk of this budget-loving, extended stay hotel, targeting the guests that work long hours and long stretches away from home and will make it more a cost effective studio vs the price of renting/purchasing a more budget-demanding alternative. I felt safe, clean and very comfortable.

This place is a joke, bedding was not changed on one bed and the pillows on the other bed were nasty dirty with someone's oily dirt all over it. Bottom of the beds are broken, wood sticking out. I'm not one to complain or write reviews but this I had too, this place makes me think of a crack heads mansion.

All good, just at the beginning gave me a messy bedroom (had not done the cleaning) I quickly apologized and gave me a clean room.

This place is so inexpensive you have to give it five stars. My boy loves the swing set so I can't omplain.

I really liked this place it was quiet clean and comfortable. The price was perfect for a couple just looking for a night away from noise. The desk clerk was so amazing and social. I couldn't believe it. I hope the keep up the good work it's nice to have a place to go away from the house kids and animals! That doesn't cost an arm and a leg…

It was pretty cheap and had a nice yard to let the kids play in but it was older and the rooms that we got smelled like smoke.

The property is rather rundown, but the room itself was clean, although dimly lighted. The bathroom towels and the bed linens were clean and fresh, and the sink, toilet, and tub were clean, shiny, and free of any chips. I saw no evidence of bed bugs, as reported in some other reviews. The bed was comfortable, and the room was completely quiet all night long without disturbance from outside or adjoining rooms. The internet connection and speed was better than what I've experienced in establishments costing far more. I've stayed in Motel 6/Days Inn/ Super 8 rooms inferior to this one costing two or threes times as much. It would probably benefit the image of the motel to increase their price a bit. The extremely low price tends to create a negative impression of the property beyond its actual condition. My room was well worth the price, and more.

A very basic and run down room for the bargain price of $24. There is a really good beer store across the street open until 11 PM. Much better selection than I expected. There was no sort of desk so I have to take the microwave off the top the mini fridge to use as a pedestal for my laptop. I did not return the microwave to its perch on the mini fridge.

Would have been nice if bathroom was cleaner.

Overnight Staff lady was friendly, but the bad part was the damn bed bugs. I'll never stay here again. U shouldn't either. They advertised new beds. But I found several huge bugs on the beds and pillows along w a "Trappit BB detector". I called and switched rooms, she gladly gave me another, which wasn't even cleaned that day. So I called again and got yet another room. That one was finally ok (As far as I could tell) By this time it was 130 am and the 3 little ones were tired.

If I could give — 10 stars I would — note negative 10 stars. Don't stay at this hotel! We paid for 7 days turns out we only needed 3 days and the owner will not refund our money for the days we will not be there. I am a frequent traveler and this has never happened to me before. Now I know why the parking lot was completely empty!

I was so tired and hadn't planned on staying in Dickinson, but we had stopped to eat. I looked across the street and saw a sign that simply said, "New Beds, all rooms $25". I asked the server how it was and she said it had a bad rap. I decided for $25, we will risk it. I had the best night sleep of my life. The room was so comfortable and the AC rocked. I took a bath that was actually super hot. The lady at the front desk was so nice and the cleaning staff was also really friendly. I also liked all of the flowers they had around, and the morning coffee was delicious. People are just snobs. Don't listen to the bad reviews.
