This hotel is very clean and neat but this time upon checking into my room I had to wait 30 minutes and when I got to my room my bathroom light wasn't installed.

We've stayed here several times and always enjoy it. The staff is courteous and the rooms are clean. It's close to the shopping mall and restaurants.

Loved it there! Staff was very nice. Only downside was that the pool was under maintenance, and we could've used the hotel across the streets pool, but when we checked in, the hostess didn't tell us. Regardless… very nice room, awesome price, and a very quiet, friendly hotel!

Everyone is such a pleasure to do business with Andrew and Lexi are great and very nice also Gemma is the manager is super nice and the hotel is clean.

Rooms are new, updated looking. Would have given 4 or 5 stars, but indoor jacuzzi and pool were under maintenance. Juice bar for breakfast was not working. Should have been a better stay.

Just perfect and price is great. Rooms were a great size, rooms were great, breakfast was great just an overall great place for anyone. Staff is really nice and they are really helpful. I highly recommend this hotel while you are in Minot.

Not a high end property but I've stayed a few times and the place is clean and maintained. When I mentioned some small thing about my room it got noted. Breakfast is good and we'll presented. Location is a bit off route but that's ok.

I had a parcel that accodentally went to the Baymont’s neighbouring hotel and wasn’t found until after I had left. Once it was found, it was supposed to be shipped out to me, but I had to call several times for it to actually happen. A huge thank-you to Shelby who mailed my parcel on her own time after work since she noticed that it kept getting missed being sent. 5 stars for Shelby, 3 stars for the Baymont! It is only too bad that it cost me again to be mailed somewhere else, when I had already paid for it to be mailed to the hotel. A guy I had talked to before Shelby had said that the hotel would take care of the fee since it was such an ordeal, which didn’t happen, but at least it’s on its way. Huge thanks to Shelby for getting my parcel sent out!

Clean hotel. The positives stop here. This was my third stay in a year at this hotel. All three times, the “spa” (pool area) was closed for cleaning. Sign on the door looks all too permanent saying this. Business center is also off limits, again, for the third time. Add to the fun this go around, broken shower head, leaked on every setting. No surprise with plastic. The housekeeping is either very good, or, I’ve been very lucky. Room is clean, although, I wouldn’t advise removing shoes, the carpet is dirtier than the parking lot. Speaking of which, of you want to use the pool or hot tub promised on the website, you’ll be walking across the lot to the La Quinta to do so. Clearly a great convenience in North Dakota. Breakfast was available, but, quite high in processed pastries and fatty proteins. Not a great choice, and one I will not make again. Shame on me for thinking third time a charm here.

Bini I believe was the young man that helped me. He was amazing plain and simple. I was in the phone with a customer service rep from wyndham she was horrible wasted an hr trying to fix my stupid mistake and got no where. If this were my motel I would drop wyndham because they dont care about the customer obviously.

Nice large rooms and clean comfortable rooms. The first day the pool was out of service. Our TV had no signal for all 3 days we were there. After asking repeatedly when it could be fixed or if we could. E moved to another room, we checked out early.

Cheap, quiet and comfy. Very nice, deep bath tubs.

This is a hotel that isn't handicap friendly. We booked a handcappied room and got put on the second floor. If there had been a fire there was no way we would have made it out of the building. The staff was not overly friend as in when making a comment about this issue we got told that there is nothing that they could do but would have the manager contact us which we are still waiting on. I would never stay there again and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The common area was set up well. The breakfast was good but the staff were a little slow in replenishing the supplies. The location is great and facilities were satisfactory but the staff could have been more helpful.

I stayed here while in town for some work. First off, it's on the south end of town and is pretty convenient if your are headed south (Minot is pretty small, so it really doesn't take that long to get anywhere). Check in was easy and the gentleman checking us in was friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning is a free continental breakfast with some hot options. It's nothing to write home about, but it's good for free. The rooms are nice enough, but fairly small. The king bed was very comfy (slightly on the firm side), but probably takes up about 40% of the otherwise open space in the room. There is a desk + desk chair along with another sitting chair. The rooms have a small bathroom where the sink/vanity is not within the bathroom. Each room also has a microwave, mini fridge, DVD player, and a TV (37" in my room). The area is convenient for grabbing food. In the parking lot there is a fudruckers and Sonic. There is also a grocery store across the street and a walmart down the street. There appear to be a lot of oilfield personnel who stay here, but it was never loud or rowdy. Overall, this place is pretty nice and is worth considering. Assuming you get a reasonable rate, this is a solid option.

This is a really great place to stay! Loved everything about it. Did my laps in the well maintained pool. I stayed on the 3rd floor and I loved my maid. Super awesome girl! She took care of anything I needed. Walking distance from just about everything. King suite was well maintained and the beds are amazing and clean!

Excellent space! The fresh cookies are a lovely touch.

I will be here for about 2 months due to the military. About 30 mins from base. I warm up my car by 0625 and leave by 0635 and get to base by 0700. So far a great hotel. Very clean, very professional staff. Rooms are excellent and nice sized. I have a King Suite and a great view. Parking is not a hassle. Nice TV and desk to do work. Shower is nice and hot and adjustable shower head. Beds are fantastic to sleep in and the pillows I am thinking about stealing (just kidding). Breakfast is great limited options: Sausage links, biscuits, waffle maker, bagles, muffins, that creamy stuff that people like to put on biscuits (not cream cheese), yogurt, apple and orange juice. I don't like the lack of policy where people can walk barefoot (no socks) in the dining area. You are not at home people! Other than that the place is great so is the location. Smack dab in the middle of a shopping center, the ymca, and a ton of burger joints. Laundry facility less than a mile away also one located in the hotel but seems a bit over priced. Great place and well worth the money.

Stayed here for almost a month waiting for our housing through the military. Great staff! Always helped if we had any request. Beds are super comfy. One of the best hotels we have stayed at the only downsidesfor us was the breakfast bar just didn't have a lot of options personally and was always the same stuff so if you plan to stay awhile it will get old and it was very far from base, but overall we definitely will recommend all of our family to stay there when they visit.

Stayed two nights, room was clean and fresh. Beds/linens were phenomenal, nice deep soaker tub, breakfast was standard but it was roomy and very clean. Local and national newspapers handy plus they had a place to purchase small items needed. Close to food and shopping and was easy to get to. Parking lot was large and lit up. Glad I stayed.

New hotel, so everything is still in great condition. Nice pool and hot tub. Rooms have flat screen TV's, DVD players, mini fridges, microwaves and coffee pots. Good quality bed, pillows, and shower. And great price, too.
