Nice and clean. Friendly staff.

This a very nice hotel and the staff are very nice and helpful.

Cookies were warm. Room was xlean. There was a whirring noise all night.

Everyone friendly, clean rooms, beds a bit on the hard side. Great breakfast. Many restraurants close by. Walmart across the street.

Been in 2 rooms in two hours and still don’t have a good air conditioner.

At 6.45am there was no breakfast left, “waiting for a shipment”. It didn’t stop the desk staff on duty eating the last of the sausages though!

Horrible customer service. AC had not been turned on prior to our arrival at 930 despite upper 90 temperatures all afternoon and high humidity. When turned AC on when got into room it was barely putting a dent in the stifling heat. We were tired so decided to stay but around 1200 the power went out due to a storm. Then it really got miserable. Opened window after storm passed and no breezed coming in that way either. By 130 we were beyond miserable so we told manager we had to get out and asked for a refund. They refused. Called again next day and still refused. Also window leaked badly during storm. Water pouring down wall and puddles formed on carpet.

Fair room and a lower rate but the TV didn't work and they charged an additional fee for the safe that they didn't tell me about. They promised to fix the TV but they did not. I will avoid this hotel if I ever am in Sidney again.

The two ladies working were super nice and incredibly helpful and patient. The room was very nice. The water got super hot fast! Which was awesome! Great breakfast in the morning.

First week was good then the manager quit and they started jacking with the rates so after the second week we moved out and found a much nicer place to stay for the same price that we originally had will not be going back there.

Unusually large pool and hot tub and both working… rare for a hotel of this caliber… or any caliber. They are hard to find these days. Great breakfast, great staff and good rooms.

Staff friendly and accommodating. Price was affordable and fair. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub leading to a relaxing deep sleep. The breakfast was hot and tasty. Yogart, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, patty sausage, sweet rolls, and more. Coffee was great as well. We'd stay again if opportunity presented it self.

Great location. Near restaurants, shopping, and why. Rooms fairly small but comfortable and have microwave and fridge.

Rooms were clean and well furnished. The problem was they scam people with extra charges. Every room has a safe and they automatically charge for it.

Check in was easy. Rate was fair. Did get charged an additional $15 for a rollaway though. Easy overnight stop if you are driving cross country on i80.

Nice clean room, but entrance to breakfast room had dirt all over the floor. Hot tub was down, and indoor pool had tiles missing from the wall. I checked the bed thoroughly for bed bugs and found no evidence. There was a yellow stain on the bottom sheet though. I guess you get what you pay for. The Hampton was booked…

We stayed in room 201 on Oct 18th. The room is ok. There's no elevator when you go to 2nd floor. I have to use the stairs to carry my suitcase and bag. The worst thing is we couldn't sleep. Our room is right next to a water heater. Its too loud! You can hear it inside the room even if its not right next to a wall. It was too late to complain because we are so tired from travelling. I hope they fix this problem.

Friendly check in and easy. Room was clean but a little small. Small TV. Had a single queen bed room. Breakfast was ok. There was no bacon. Felt safe. Room was quiet.

Nice clean room with leather desk chair, flat screen TV, fridge, iron with ironing board. Fast Wi-Fi is very nice. Room is very comfortable…

We walked into the room and it was gross. The desk clerk had to come down and clean the toilet and she tried to dust the lamp. For the cost of the room it was dirty and gross. The toilet leaked and got my pj pants all wet. The clerk said she would leave a note for the general manager and morning staff and we would get cash back since we paid cash. We never got any cash back or anything. I would not recommend this inn and its far from quality.

Our stay was pleasant. The staff on duty was very personable and the beds was very comfy. The only issue I had was our door handle was weird. Instead of turning it down like most dorrs, you had to pull it up, and the room was small. But it was good for the low price we paid. The breakfast was delicious.

Bring bathroom cleaner! Other than having to clean the tub before using, this is a place to sleep. We did not see bugs as mentioned in other post. Bed was comfortable and I have back trouble. No a/c was running in the hallways. Hall carpets needed to be vaccumed. There was an odor of sewage second floor when we arrived but did not smell this morning. Rooms are small.

Delightful ladies at the front desk. We were tickled to find an eclipse swag bag in our room, courtesy of the hotel and county. Comfy room. Showerhead could use a thorough cleaning though.

We had a great eclipse experience here! Very friendly and clean. We loved the snacks and breakfast, and enjoyed the pool. Great service, even on a very busy night.

Nice rooms, had microwave and fridge. Great pool. Really good breakfast and a very big dining area. I'm a runner and they had an excellent trail that was just outside the hotel so I could get in my morning run still.

We just needed a place to stay the night. The bed was comfortable, the location convenient, and the complimentary breakfast substantial. I'd stay there again.

The staff were all extremely friendly. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and the free breakfast!

Prices seem to be over inflated; it's summertime. The sink is stopped up called for a plunger; now it's full & really nasty. Took a photo; went back up to the desk. They are going to refund our money & for the same price of $140 we can have a room at the Country Inn; same owners. It's 11:50 PM & we are waiting for a room ; And now a lower rate. Veterans are honored at Country Inn! Great nights sleep and a great breakfast. This is a very peaceful hotel. We wish they had an elevator. We will revisit. Great night sleep and a wonderful breakfast very enjoyable peaceful however I wish they had an elevator.

The room and service was fine. But woke up early to all the carpet in the hallway being ripped up. Should be nicer after I guess.

Place was being remodeled. Dust everywhere. No vending machines, no pool, no laundry room and no discount for having to put up with all that was missing.

This hotel is under new management. They were prompt and attentive when we arrived. When the room had a problem, (smelled of tobacco smoke), they were happy to change our room right away. They even made sure that the second room was just to my liking. The room was very clean and had a large flat screen TV. And, in the morning, there was a hot breakfast with fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits, along with all the other breakfast favorites, including yogurt, cereals, waffles, muffins and more. I would definitely stay here again. By the way, if you smoke please observe the no smoking in the building rule to avoid the $250.00 charge if you smoke in your room. I suffer congestion if I am around tobacco smoke. So, thanks for not smoking.

Great place to stay for a night. In a good location for quick access to the highway. Room was clean and the staff was nice.

Bed was comfy. Pool was nice. A little maintenance would be nice so the toilet wouldn't run forever.

Nice room for the price. Surprisingly good free breakfast.

Nice rooms. Lobby setup was a little odd. Main entrance looks more like a side entrance.
