AWFUL SERVICE! To start it off, they told us our room wasn’t booked because our card was out of state. Which doesn’t even make sense. We got ‘upgraded’ to a suite which shouldn’t even be called that. I was charged 187 dollars for two nights and 50 dollar ‘limbo’ charge.
Second night, called at 4:30 for extra towels, getting back from the pool at 9 and still no towels. We ended up calling three times and still nothing. Went down to talk to the front desk. The woman I was talking to immediately goes on her phone. Tells me ‘we only have one housekeeper and they are busy’ Then she calls me hunny & I said please don’t call me hunny. She tells me ‘I can get you kicked out of my hotel’ then proceeds to come to my room and wants me to go talk to the supervisor Ashley. The supervisor says ‘we have bigger issues we are dealing with right now’ then proceeds to tell me ‘I should take hunny as a compliment’
I will never come back to this hotel. The service is rude and almost tries to pick fights. The housekeepers do not keep up, you’ll be waiting hours. They don’t clean the rooms. Their rooms smell, there is police here all the time dealing with people, the rooms are falling apart & every thing is broken. Worst service. Worst experience. Do not waste your time or money.

They charged me twice. No one is picking up my calls at corporate. I will NEVER come to another hotel by them again. Room smelled weird.

Was not able to check into room until an hour after check in time. Room obviously wasn't cleaned well as there was plenty of hair in the tub. Water park was on but the staff were rude running the kitchen. Front desk was swamped and had to wait in line for 20 minutes three times just to ask for something simple. I'm not one to ever write reviews. Usually if there's just a couple minor inconveniences I just grin and bare it but this place is a straight up joke.

I was not exactly impressed with the room and some of the staff but I let the front desk know and Charise went above and beyond to help us. This was a bereavement trip for us, I lost my best friend a month ago and I had to get out of my house (KCMO). My kids enjoyed the water park and I had fun too. The lack of lifeguards was concerning, I actually didn’t even see a whole lot of staff outside of the bar and restaurant. The bar and restaurant were both great. I was actually blown away how good the food was. I don’t think it’s appropriate to list the problems I had because Charise was gracious and understanding. She deserves all the gold stars. Thank you, Charise!

I only recommend because the kids had fun at coco keys. The hotel isnt taken care of and poor attention to detail. We stayed here about 8 years ago and the flair and classiness is no longer there.

Room was clean. The fireplace was a nice touch. Rates were fair. The lounge was fun. The waterpark is great for kiddos and adults!

Woulda been a good nite minus the fact they gave away r room and gave us a cheap one that we still had to pay for and only the supervisor seemed to care the desk staff couldnt care less.

The amenities advertised were false. Room was dirty and had black mold. They had a roof leak and cleaned the carpets at 4a. M. The odor was nauseating. Very dated and dirty furniture. They are doing renovations and this was not disclosed so construction noise and activity.

We booked a deluxe room, the day of our stay they downgraded our room but charged us the same amount on our receipt. My kids ended up sleeping on the floor because they said they had no other rooms. I had to ask 3 times for extra blankets and pillows for them to sleep on the floor. We got our receipt and checked our bank account and they charged us an additional $50 more than what our receipt reflected. We paid $259 for a room the size of a small bedroom with a queen bed and a chair. For one night. That doesnt even include access to the pool. I called asking them to update our rate because I couldnt believe I was charged the same amount after they downgraded our room and they said they dont have an explanation for me and that someone will call me within a week. I called back to tell them that they charged us even more with no explanation and was told the same thing. Will not ever stay again.

Worst hotel ever! still waiting on my refund. Rude staff. Dirty rooms. So many things need maintenance.

This has to be one of the worst places I've ever stayed. Room keys dont work, walked down 3 times for replacements, called the desk and was told someone would bring them up but we were forgot about. Housekeeping did a terrible job cleaning and neglects to leave or replace towels. The staff were not nice at all, just an all around bad experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We were traveling across the country and decided to stop and rest here for the night after driving for 15 hours. First of all, we waited for 5 minutes at the front desk before anyone even noticed we were there. Then this younger guy comes out and kept saying, "Hey! The bread lady is here! " and the desk clerk comes around the corner laughing. Not sure who they were talking about, but my husband and I were the only ones there… Then we signed a waiver that said we weren't going to smoke in the room, only to get up to it and see it smelled like an ashtray. We were moved to another room where there was a used tissue in the kleenex box. Then I wanted to take a nice hot shower after traveling all day and the shower was cold and very low pressure and the drain was clogged, so if I did shower, I would've had to stand in a foot of water. We decided to go to bed since we needed to get going early the next morning only to be awoken at 3 AM by a bunch of loud banging. Then when that stopped, some woman and man were talking at the top of their voices right outside our door. We decided to leave right then and there. Turns out the guy was the front desk clerk! He asked if our stay was good and I told him that we were woken up and he goes, "by us!? " I said, "Yeah! " Seriously, DO NOT waste your $$$ here.

The security guard and the man that worked at the front desk were very racist. I was here for an African event and he referred to the organizer as my “chief”. The security was very rude as well to the kids that were very well behaved. Honestly the staff seemed bored so they chose to pick on children.

Don't go to Omaha Ramada Coco Keys Resort Hotel, unless you want to get your car vandalized! They Do NOT have security cameras in the parking lot. They have a security guard who makes a couple of rounds. The Saturday Night we stayed there, they had 4 break-ins!

Don't even think of it. Rooms are ok but nothing works, staff is absolutely clueless. They have no idea how to take care of customers. Seriously don't waste your time.

Staff was nice. We were planning to 4 nights, but changed it to one, since the pool is closed. Future reference… Don't post pictures of your pool, when it is closed. The room is not the greatest and there is no room in the bathroom for two people to be in there. Not coming back here. Air conditioner doesnt even work, and its falling off the wall!

Staff is super friendly and very nice. They help me with my luggage. The rooms were very clean and comfy. And I will be back!

Was not impressed one bit. Saw the bad reviews after we booked our rooms a month out, was nervous after reading the reviews about the AC in some of the rooms not working. Called ahead of time to specifically make sure the AC in our room would be working, was told they would personally go into our room before we got there just to double check before we got there. The second we get into our room, all you can smell is a damp musty smell, from it being so humid in the room. Tried turning the AC on & of course it wasn't working & wouldn't kick on. They did however make it right by sending maintenance to tend to it, the guy said right away that there was some sort of error & would have to go get the manual to see what the problem was, they did move us to a different room at our request. Got to the new room & the bathroom was filthy, old Cheerios on the floor, someone's drink straw & garbage left in the garbage can. Rips all over our bed sheets, literally looked like claw marks all across it. The other group of people we were staying with, had called front desk to have them bring extra pillows & blankets, the lady told her that she's have to come down to the front desk to get them… which if you know how big this hotel is… you're better off driving around the building over to the front desk. She got down there to pick up the pillows & blankets & was told by someone else that they would have someone bring them to her room instead.

My family stayed here for one night after going to the Omaha Zoo. The rooms were great, and they absolutely loved the waterpark. We ordered drinks and food at the bar and sat on some comfy chairs in the lounge area next to the bar. The bartender was AWESOME. She brought our food out to us, was very catering to the kiddos, and found Finding Nemo on the giant TV for them to watch. She was great along with the staff at the waterpark! We will be returning!

The hotel was nice along with the pool. However the service was terrible. I was staying there for a baseball tournament, so with a bunch of 12 year Olds you will expect trouble. However the lifeguards would give people timeouts which is messed up. Also security is way to tight with high security by the pool. Also the people in charge of the counter at the arcade are almost never there. Also lifeguards were snotty and strict about any outside food in the pool. Lastly, room cards rarely work and deactivate when you go to the arcade or pool? Overall this hotel is the worst I've ever stayed in. Would never recommend it.

Worst hotel stay ever! Waited 50 minutes for a room! Once we got to our room, the keys did not work. Room was far from front desk, in this hot weather! Ugh! Staff is rude and don't know what they are doing. No free breakfast or Wi-Fi. They say free Wi-Fi but it's bs because you'll find yourself with problems connecting. Seriously, this Ramada doesn't even deserve 1 star!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. We waited 30-45 minutes just to check in and be told that they didn't have a 2 queen bed room cleaned that I reserved for another 30-45 minutes. They gave us a different kind of room in which the hide-a-way bed was broken and didn't have any blankets… We ended up all 4 sleeping in one queen bed. There was a beer cap on the floor that my son almost put in his mouth, bath tub drain was clogged & couldn't give the kids a bath after using the awful waterpark where there were no towels. No convenient elevator at our entrance and toilet paper all over the stairs. No luggage carts to help carry stuff in, had a kid tell us he was going to kill us by the elevators, and also had to run out/wake up our babies to go outside when the fire alarm went off around 12 pm. To say the least we didn't get any sleep after that, and were not pleased with this experience one bit.

Promised one rate when making reservation, but charged another (higher) price when we saw our receipt. Had asked for 2 queen beds, but first night had 1 queen and sofa suite. Never told suite was more as would have said no. For 2nd night I insisted they move us to a room with 2 queen beds and they complied grumpily. Our TV didn't work at all. AC wasn't working correctly. Rooms seemed to be filled with lots of small children who were very noisy. Water park looks like it's fun if you're 10 or under; nothing for adults or older kids. Our rooms did seem clean and some staff friendly.

Hotel had some nice things and some bad things, I found it just acceptable. The water park I rated separately was a bit better. It was busy when we arrived as it apparently was the last weekend of Omaha spring break. The line for check-in was at least 20 minutes. The first employee was not rude but was not particularly friendly (I assume due to how busy it was). It was 330pm but only one of our 3 rooms was ready. As we were about to leave the counter, she told us that one more room was ready. We took our stuff to one room to wait for the other to finish being cleaned. The key didn't work. Luckily we found an employee who let us in the room so we didn't have to wait in line again. Unfortunately, it wasn't the right room, as it was just one queen bed instead of two. We checked the second room and everything was in order. Then I went to get in line to try and correct the issues; the line was now out the lobby door into the snow that was falling outside. I waited about 25 minutes this time. The front desk employee (different one this time) looked into the issue and found that we were sent to the wrong room. It was now 430pm (past check in time) but the third room was not yet clean. They gave us the key anyway and told us to watch for it to be finished. We moved all our gear to the new room and then went to dinner. We did enjoy the restaurant which had reasonable prices and was not super crowded. The main atrium was decorated very nicely.

Went here for a convention, the places is huge and the plaza inside is beautiful to relax in and there is a nice bar there too. The tower is excellent if you want a room away from the noise of a convention going on.

Booking overcharged us for our room — as we were supposed to have free passes for the water resort — room ended up being 50 dollars more per night. They also hosted a group of a couple hundred motorcycle enthusiasts that loved standing at the entrance to the rooms like it was the back door to their favorite corner bar. Smoking in non smoking areas and revving motorcycles and hollaring in the parking lot until 3am. I was hoping to have a nice room for my mom while she was in town — didn't turn out that way.

The manager Jill is extremely rude. We brought our kids here to have a good time and the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. The rooms are OK but outdated and not the cleanest. Always clean your room upon arrival at any hotel. If you do stay here make sure you choose a room in one of the towers because the rooms in the main hotel or "plaza" has mildew in them. Good luck!

The rooms are fantastic as are the people that work here. We had dinner at the Castaway and it was great. The only thing that would make it better is if there was a pool other than the water park.

Most of the stay was decent but what really affected both my wife's and I opinion on this place was the hassle we had to go through checking in… We made reservations over 7 months ago under my name and credit card. We recieved 3 email confirmations that the room was booked. When we arrived Friday, the guest service desk clerk was extremely rude to us. She didn't give us any help as we looked for a remedy to resolve the fact she couldn't find our reservation. WE gave her our last name, which it should have been under, then we gave her my first name. My wife asked her to try switching the two around seeing if it was filed wrong. She says she couldn't find it. We HAd to spell my name out for her THREE TIMES. WE found the conformation number after going through 8 months of emails. She still couldn't find it from that. My wife noticed that the emails recieved had my first name and last names switched. WE asked her to search again and respelled everything for her to search. She had also been taking other calls instead of helping us with our room situation. After showing her the email she found our reservation. This is a horrible way to run a hotel, there where also four other clerks standing around at the front desk and not one of them seemed to want to give our clerk any help. This really made our first night stressful and unaccommodating to our needs.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night over the week and had a great time. We were coming to Omaha to do some shopping and sight-seeing & needed a quiet, convenient place to crash. Ramada was recommended by a friend & I would recommend it to others as well. It was quiet & our room was very clean. The staff was eager to answer our questions & were very kind. Although, when I called before booking, the staff member did not inform me that the CoCo Key Water Resort would not be open when I was asking what the cost would be for us to go that night. I wish it had been available. But otherwise, it was a nice get away.

Save your money and go somewhere else. My kids and I could not afford a fancy vacation so we decided to stay locally and have fun. I should have read the reviews before booking. This place is WAY overpriced. And they tried to charge me $40 more than my confirmation online. Thankfully they fixed that. For the cost of waterpark tickets you could go to a real major amusement park. The waterpark is basic and boring especially for adults. The room was nothing special for something that was way overpriced. The TV is tiny so hopefully you have good vision. Throughout the hotel the cleanliness is bare minimum. The carpet is disgusting. Oh and be prepared after you are overpriced at the waterpark and hotel room you will need to dish out $10 per person for a basic breakfast you could get free at the hotel next door. Never again will I be gouged like that.

Rip off artists. They charge your credit card and give you a meely mouthed response. Jill the manager is rude, lacks integrity and is full of piss. Steer clear.

Okay, I'm not one to write reviews, because I just don't use the computer that way (even though I should because I definitely base my judgments of how good something is based on its reviews). Anyway, I haven't stayed here yet (so I guess I'll write another after I do or update this later once I do), but I felt it necessary to say this while I have it in my head: I had to call the hotel because, since I reserved a room online through some booking site (somehow most likely by some fault of my own), I couldn't find my confirmation receipt in my email and stupid me hadn't written anything down. So. I called the hotel. I unfortunately didn't get the girl's name, but the girl I talked to on the phone was absolutely phenomenal with her customer service. Even though she tried to "sell" me a couple different offers, she wan't pushy, she respected my wishes, and she got me everything I was looking for an more! She got my email to send me all the information (price outline, check-in details, etc) as well as making sure I could write down the confirmation number in addition to it. I have got to say, it has been a long time since I've had such exceptional customer service. Brava, Ramada Omaha!

My family had a great time here. I had read some of the reviews of bad experiences with staff and was ready for problems, but everyone there was incredibly helpful and even helped adjust our rate when we got there. The room was very large, comfortable, and very clean. The water park was fun for the whole family. The location of the hotel was wonderful, and it is close to everything we wanted to do in Omaha. My kids loved it so much they didn't want to leave!

The staff are rude and irritated easily! Our room was dirty and the room was tiny. I've stayed in many, many hotels over the years and have never filled out a review, nor am I picky! This place was awful.

I was there for Kaplan Graduation on June 5th, the staff was very friendly and helped assist where we needed to be.

Not even five minutes after being checked in we discovered debris and hair in the jacuzzi tub. I attempted to reach the front desk and after 15 minutes I reached a desk clerk who sounded annoyed with my concern. While waiting for an agent to pick up the phone my husband headed down to get cleaning products so we could clean it ourselves so we would be able to use the jacuzzi tub. Not a happy with this stay at all.

I put one star but don't know if it deserves that. I booked a room for me and a few people to stay in for just one night. We were going to a bar just down the road for a friends birthday but knowing the room is cheaper than a DUI I got a "suite" expecting it to be a suite. When I arrived to check in "just after arrival" the door was locked and I had to buz in. The person at their front desk rolled their eyes as a cop sat inside and stared at me while I waited for someone to open the door. They said there was no record of me booking it and there was nothing they could do because they were 100% full. Another person is now at the front desk and over-hears the conversation. He asked me to step over to him and says he had found my reservation after I went back and fourth with the first lady for ten minutes. Went up to my room, smelled like mold instantly after opening the door. The carpet was soaked and after looking up I saw the ceiling was soaking wet and drywall was falling. I didn't care much because we were only going to sleep a few hours, wake up and leave. After 5 minutes the cop came up and said we needed to quiet down or we were kicked out. Which I would understand, if we wouldn't have just been sitting there talking. (4 of us) Over all worst hotel I have been in.

Our experience was horrendous! We stayed at the hotel because it was connected to CoCo Keys and we were meeting another couple and their kids there for a little vacation. Although we had a nice time at the water park, the hotel stay was disgusting. Upon our arrival, we immediately saw large trash bags filled with discarded pizza boxes and other items from rooms. Assuming the maids were in the process of taking it out, we were not alarmed. Especially since we were there at noon. However, by mid afternoon, we returned to our room from the water park for a break and still saw the same large bags in the hallway. In our second floor room, my husband went to pull back the bedding and discovered mouse poop all over the sheets. It was also in the bathtub. I immediately called down the front desk and alerted them to the issue. The gentleman who answered the phone did not seemed as appalled as I was and simply said that he will bring us room keys to a new room directly above us. At his arrival, he handed me room keys and offered a luggage cart for our single suitcase. I stood there, staring at him, waiting for the apology I never received. He walked down the hall without another word. Dumbfounded, we gathered our belongings and proceeded to our new room. Passing the same large bags of trash. The third floor held the same large bags of trash. The fact that they had mice began to make sense.

I attended an event hosted by the Ramada Plaza. During the event I misplaced my phone and it was awesomely turned in by another event-goer. I went to hotel management and was told my phone hadn't been turned in. I decided to wait until I was home (a different city) to make sure I hadn't packed it. Once I was a few hundred miles away I got a call to family that the hotel had my phone after all. I was happy that my phone had been recovered and asked that they overnight it and gave them my credit card information. The next day, nothing. I called and asked for the tracking number so I could be sure I wouldn't miss it. The manager, Sherise, stated there wasn't a tracking number but that she had personally put it in the drop box on Monday. Wednesday, still no phone. I called Sherise and asked if she was sure she had overnighted it on Monday, and that she hadn't just forgotten it. I would have been fine with that, but obviously wouldn't pay for overnighting something she forgot to overnight. Sherise assured me that she had. I tried to call UPS and lingered on the phone for about an hour while they struggled to give me information on what we're thinking was a lost package. Thursday evening my phone arrives. And the package it clearly labeled in Sherise's handwriting, showing that she had sent overnight on Wednesday, shortly after swearing to me that she had sent it Monday.

We arrive at the hotel around 10 PM and check inn to our room on the first floor to find there is some church event going on involving 100s of noisy teenagers blocking our way. We slowly make are way through with our luggage and sleepy 2 year old daughter as the horrible reality sets in. Load teenagers talking in the hallway, having foot races down the hallway, and load music in one of the conference rooms which is all (you guessed it) right next to our room on the first floor which we can hear clearly in the room. We called the front desk which was little help only saying the event was for the one night. So my first impression is management doesn't know how to reserve blocks of rooms to separate the regular guests from the noisy event guests. We enter the room to find three pillows on the bed each smaller than a throw pillow (the pillows that go with my couch are bigger than these things). We obtain 3 more pillows from housekeeping and try to sleep as the noise finally settles down after 11 PM. Night 2 we have the loudest kids in the room above us and they can be heard clear as day through the vent in the bathroom. Did I mention the bathroom is so small the door almost scrapes the toilet as you try to shut it? Our daughter was sound asleep as we brought her into the room for the night but was awoken by the excessive noise in the room above. We ask the kids to be quiet and they become even more disrespectful.

The room was spotless and very nice, and the service is fantastic! Beautiful grounds. This was a $250 room for $100; the value is incredible. We will be staying here again for sure.

We stayed a Sunday night and Monday. All of the restaurants were closed on Sunday night which was very inconvenient. The water park closed early on Sunday night as well. The room is very small two Queen beds take up much of the room. Many plug ins for devices. Bathroom was roomy. Second night after a long day at the zoo, the restaurants were open and the food was great! However wait staff was poor at best, the place had half a dozen tables occupied and no one waiting. But this waiter rushed us through and had no table side Manor at all. Compliments to the kitchen staff food was great. We stayed early June 2014 the water park and arcade were great plenty warm for my young son and lazy River and large slides were a blast.

We stayed here in December, 2013 and enjoyed it very much. Our room was on the second floor, overlooking the atrium. The fireplace was a nice touch, and there were plenty of easily-accessible outlets to charge our devices. The bathroom felt roomy. The staff was very nice. We did not visit the water park, since we were just passing through town on a long drive. We reserved via the Hotel Tonight app, and felt we got a very reasonable price. If I were to spend another night in Omaha in the future, I would be happy to return to this property. Note, however, that the free breakfast is only available on weekdays — some booking sites make this distinction, but others just say "free breakfast".

I loved it. The water park was included in my room fee (all you had to do was ask for wrist bands). I forgot my razor and shaving cream at home and they brought some up to me room (It was a higher end shaver not some cheap one too! ). Loved the A/C. The waterpark was awesome. Plenty of hot water in the hot tub. A little too much chlorine in the water basketball hoops part. Three amazing slides. The only downside for me is that around three o'clock in the morning we started hearing someone have sex ridiculously loud. I called the front desk and they sent up campus security. Overall I loved it except for very few things. When we checked out we used our old wrist bands to chill in the water park and have some more fun for seven more hours before I began the three and a half hour drive back home. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
