I stayed with a friend and it was totally disgusting. Dirty bed linens… Dirty room… some of the staff was friendly… mainly breakfast lady… she was awesome! A couple housekeepers were nice but a couple not so much. Could definitely make improvements on the cleanliness of the rooms.
Want a clean room? Don’t go here. I thought from all the good reviews that this hotel would be good, that’s why I came here. Totally wrong! Our room was open when we arrived which was weird. THEN after driving a long day they gave us the wrong room, we requested 2 queen beds and got a 1 king bed. Pissed but didn’t do anything cause we were tired. THEN we put our stuff down & looked around. It was filthy. Mainly the kitchen. Greasy hand stains alllllllll over cabinets, the stove had food all over and didn’t look like it was wiped EVER, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the countertops were so dirty with dried noodles and sticky/wet spots-disgusting, floor was not swept and carpet was not vacuumed. THEN when trying to sleep, our room was by a vent of some sort and every 30 seconds it sounded like a motorcycle reving the engine. It was so loud I had to put my earplugs in! The pictures don’t do justice of how unclean the room was. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel that had a room THIS DIRTY. & they gave us the wrong room! I am appalled…
