The kids had amazing time swimming there's many different activities and a hot tub for the adults clean and always had towels available and the water wasn't cold.

Kids love the pool. Love the room. Very spacious.

Beautiful hotel with clean amenities and spacious rooms! We really appreciated Emily S, who was working the front desk last night—as she was welcoming, knowledgeable about road conditions, and helped get us settled into a room quickly! We’ll definitely be back!

My niece was married Saturday night. Our family stayed there at the hotel and the hotel front desk was awesome. Bre and Michael were so helpful. Lovely time.

Catering staff was exceptional! Always attentive and willing/able to meet our requests.

Good clean place rooms seemed well kept.

It was a pretty good place. My son loved the pool with all its slides. We had races down the dual huge slides. It was clean, comfortable and convenient as a half way point between Iowa and Colorado. The only thing we found disappointing, was the odd hours of the restaurant. They were closed on Sunday, when we checked in, then closed again Monday morning at 10:00 when we went to check out and get something to eat before hitting the road again.

This was an absolutely fantastic Hotel. The building seems newer. The rooms were very clean and very spacious in the beds were very comfortable as as well as the pillows. They have a lot of amenities including her a nice restaurant as well as a pool with water slides and a hot tub and a small game room and fitness room. I was staying the night for work and found it to be a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We ate dinner in their restaurant and was wonderful.

This had always been a well run hotel. My room was laid out a bit funny, but perfectly serviceable. The closet was unusually easy to use even though it was clear in the back of the room (I don't like my bed right next to my closet, but that's me). The bed was a bit hard for my taste. The hotel is overall laid out weird, but it keeps the water park away from the rest of the hotel and keeps it from feeling like a fish bowl. The meeting rooms were excellent, and the food was fantastic!

We planned a stop here on our way through and the kids loved it so much they didn't want to leave. So we booked it for our way back through on the return trip. It's not fancy, but it's clean and the water park is a great place to get the kids some exercise on a road trip. We definitely will return if we head through the area again.

Nice pool area, my kids enjoyed it. Lifeguards were very attentive. We were there for a wrestling tournament, so it was pretty busy but the staff was very nice and very accommodating. My husband was out there for work and they allowed him to check in early. We will definitely be back.

Great stay at the hotel. Got bumped to a suite. Beds were comfortable and we had tons of room in our room. My boys loved the slides in the water center. Quick drive from the freeway. A wide selection of food close by and a restaurant attached with a great breakfast selection.

We had our wedding in the Loper Ballroom last Saturday and we are still so grateful we chose the Holiday Inn for our reception hall. The food was phenomenal! One of the only complaints I could come up with the next day is that I wish I had eaten more! We are still daydreaming about the food. Beyond the catering services, the entire hotel staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable any time I called or stopped in. They were so helpful when we came in to talk to our event coordinator or set up for the reception. They were always checking in on us to see if we needed anything from help to some glasses of water and tea. The night of our reception the event staff was helpful and polite. We didn’t even notice them but they were everywhere to help make sure the night ran smoothly. The bartenders were great and so kind! The best part about having our reception at the Holiday Inn though was Nadine, our event coordinator. She was always willing to talk or help us and if she didn’t know the answer, she found it and was quick to respond always! She was there at the reception and made sure everything went better than we could have even imagined! We are so grateful for all her help and knowledge! Thank you again Holiday Inn!

Nice hotel that allows pets, is clean and well kept. Excellent dog walking areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great highway overnight stop.

Great experience! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and conference areas. The meals provided were delicious. It was located in a great area with lots of restaurants to chose from. Would definitely recommend it!

I attended a professional event at Holiday Inn Kearney. The staff were very professional and when I asked for a modification of my meal the staff were quick to respond and then asked me if tomorrow's meal would need a modification.

Nice place. What you would expect for a hotel in Kearney. They are covering the convention needs for the middle section of Nebraska. The place is clean. The staff is professional.

Room was clean and the service was friendly. The atmosphere of the entire place is quiet and refined. The restaurant has some delicious food and awesome drinks. Thanks for the great stay!

The conference rooms are fine. Seems to have better control over the HVAC system than most other conference rooms I've been in. The lunch there was great. Always excellent service by the employees there.

Hotel outdated… The room was clean… bathroom small… common areas were smelly and dark. And beware breakfast is not included… but in any case the restaurant was smelly and disgusting. There are other hotels in the area. Get something else.

Amazing place to stay with a great little Waterpark for the kids. Would recommend!

I was there for a service award banquet, the food served by The Holiday Inn was above par, and the room were the banquet was held was clean and nicely organized.

We were unfortunately there at a time that there were several groups of drinking partiers. This led to a loud, not relaxing stay. However, the staff was attentive and great to work with and the catered meals were enjoyable.

Rooms and accommodations are as expected. I'd like to see some sort of breakfast for the cost included. I don't use the water park. I've been told it is also nice.

From the red couch in the Lobby, to the upscale attached restaurant, to the above average rooms, to the extremely helpful staff throughout, to the water slides befitting a higher-end water park and finally to Joe the overnight manager, who nailed like 4 unique needs (shower caps, coffee at 3:00 AM, etc. ) — strongly recommend this hotel.

This is a nice hotel with reasonable pricing. Room was large & clean, furnishings just a little dated but in good condition. Restaurant on site with good food. Nice hotels for families. Great Platte River Road Archway Monument/Museum within 2 miles. Very easy to access from Interstate.

Tried to check in twice and told no rooms available. Needed early check/in to attend an event with 5 kids traveling with us and were sent away with nowhere to go in Kearney. It was only 38 degrees so playing in a park until our room was available wasn’t an option! Website said 3 pm check-in so when we arrived shortly after that were told we had to wait till 4 pm because the sign in the hotel said check I was 4 pm. No rooms were ready still at 3 pm! After a little “discussion” gal called so called housekeeping and they did manage to find three rooms ready for us. This hotel is expensive, dirty, beds uncomfortable and so called water park is merely 5 slides and a turtle spraying water. No free breakfast but instead they allow kids to eat free buffet at the attached restaurant while adults pay $8.95 each. Breskfast should have been included in the $160 we paid for the room! This hotel is not on my stay list again!

We went for drinks in our families room. It was nice but maybe a little dated. You pay for the water park and not for the room. They said their kids loved the water park.

Holiday inn is really good.

The pool is awesome and has 2 slides and a kiddy pool the rooms are nicely large and the staff is great.

Everything was clean, quiet and very professional. I went for a dessert reception and the desert provided was delicious.

Older hotel. Rooms very small. Service in the restaurant for dinner was poor and the bartender was a little pompous. Went to the same restaurant for breakfast. The server was polite and friendly. I ordered biscuits and gravy because how could that be messes up? The 2 "biscuits" were about an inch and a half round. They were tough and tasteless. A hockey puck would have been easier to consume. The server was apologetic. Unrelated but the final blow was there was only one coffee pot in the lobby and at 8 am the pot was empty and there seemed to be a general disinterest from the front desk staff to do anything about it. Given the choice between a holiday inn and a holiday inn express I usually got with the holiday inn since they have a restaurant and lounge. Next time I pass through guess I will look at another option. At least a holiday inn express ca properly warm a biscuit.

The lobby hallways and rooms are always put together very well and holiday decorations were excellent. Buffet food was very good with excellent service.

There is a lot I didn't like about this hotel. The hallways imediately have me a bad feeling after I checked in, the ceilings were low (I'm shorter than 6 foot and felt as though the ceiling was uncomfortably close), and the hallways were a maze. They did give you a map to help you find your way, but that should be a good indication of how confusing it was. The key to my door didn't always work and I sometimes had to manually reset the handle in order for it to unlock the door. The room itself was odd in that the window to the outside was little more than a slit in the wall but there was a huge window pointed towards the hallway (not sure why), luckily it was curtailed but at night there was still a little light that came through and a window doesn't block out sound as well as a wall. The tile in the shower looked as though it hadn't been properly cleaned in awhile. The room as a whole just felt like the layout was odd. I was told there was breakfast in the morning but when I got up there was no breakfast in sight and had to go join some other people I know at the hotel across the way to get something to eat. Ultimately I'm glad my company was paying for me to stay here or I would have been even more unhappy with the accomidations and probably would have been demanding my money back.

Great location right off the interstate. My room seemed a bit dated but the staff was great. I will stay again while in the area.

We've stayed here a few times and it's always a positive experience. The staff is friendly and our kids love the water feature where there are two slides, a large Jacuzzi, and a shallow splash area with two slides for toddlers. There are also multiple lifeguards on duty who are very attentive. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great place and friendly staff. Great restaurant for dinner, disappointing for breakfast. A good number of rooms didn't have any windows to the outside which felt like being in a prison cell and had old sagging mattresses, but we were much happier with our new room once we requested a move.

It was jus a hotel but we went and spend the money so we could use the amazing pool. But sadly it was not very clean. Foam was in the pool and not just a little but a ton. It quiet frankly was gross. Clean it.

Long drive from IA to CO stopped here and glad I did. Good room, nice products of soap and hair products, quiet a/c unit, comfortable bed. Wished I had joined their rewards program then as I cant get credit now.

My daughter and I recently stayed here for the weekend. The staff was great, especially Will! He went above and beyond, even going next door to the gas station to get what I needed. The restaurant is always delicious and good prices. The meeting rooms were spacious and we'll equipped. I can't recommend highly enough.

The room was nice except for the notch in the bathroom door so that the door could clear the toilet. I found that very entertaining lol. The staff was great and the bar was awesome. If anyone has room 255, I hope you have a kick out of it like I did!

Everything has gotten a bit old, the rooms are clean.
If you look at the standards of the Holiday Inn, the breakfast falls through with a smooth 6, but it costs around 10 dollars per person. Everything was placed loveless, not very warm.
Unfortunately, we had seen too late that on the other side of the interstate would have been a modern Holiday Inn at about the same price.

Clean room. TV, microwave, mini fridge, Blu Ray player. Friendly service. We come for the indoor kids pool with slides for all ages. Nice hot tub too. Good location right off the interstate. Restaurant nearby. A nice place to stay in central NE.

Nice hotel and staff is very friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is top notch and the fact kids eat free for dinner and breakfast. Would recommend and I would stay here again. Pool is great also for your little ones as well.

It was a nice stay. I rated it a 5 as it was clean and the staff did a great job. The place is a bit dated but still ok. Beds were great and bathrooms clean. My son also enjoyed the water slides and the pool area. Would stay there again.

The room is clean and the overall area is nice. I booked a room with two queens for $115. Fair. I don't think I would book it again, though. For the price, I did not find it valuable compared to other hotels I would normally stay in. And a few of the following things I didn't care for; Breakfast is to be purchased — it's not offered complementary, and though it's advertised as a restaurant experience, it's actually a line buffet with little more than your generic breakfast options. The bathroom door swings into the toilet with less than an inch of clearance. Even on other floors from the pool, my room was humid, and the pool itself while it does have two cool slides, does not have an adult swim area but rather a 3'6" slide exit area.

I was a little leery about this hotel from some of the reviews and things I heard, however I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and well maintained. The room was a good size and clean. Nice big pillows. It's an older hotel so some of the ceilings are pretty low and the room furniture could use updating but overall a good place to stay for a few nights. The staff was great and there are several restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was super friendly. The water park was fun and the lifeguards were awesome! They were very alert, watchful and quick to react. They did a great job! We'll definitely stay at this hotel again!

I attended an awards banquet. The catering was good: rolls, salad, green beans and carrots, roasted beef that had pretty good flavor. I just happened to be the poor fellow who got the butt end. The service was good despite maybe being a little short handed. The building is kept clean and in an area not far off the interstate.
