Great facility, clean rooms, air conditioning kicks!

Managment (Stephanie) and staff (summer P) have exceeded my expectations beyond belief, I am very thankful for everything during this hard time with the flood. ❤️

Clean, new rooms centrally located with restaurants and shopping nearby. Friendly staff and great breakfast to start your day.

Excited that I got upgraded due to having my 2 dogs with me. Grandson loved the swimming pool. I'll stay here again soon.

Staff not very friendly. They do not inform you that you will have extra charges that will take up to 5 days to refund and you get to pay their city tax and county tax on top of the occupancy tax. Bed was comfortable and the room clean. Not impressed with the quality of food, very bland and meats seemed microwaved and undercooked.

Tom was nice and big, staff let us in very late and was accommodating of our needs.

I am a 20 year plus elite Starwood Preferred Guest. It is a tuff pill to swallow when staying at most Fairfield Inns and most notably this one. I have stayed here twice in the past 3 months and both times there was no Marriott/Starwood Gold recognition NOR did the front desk know what benefit (if any) was extended for the loyalty. The response this stay was: "II 'think' you get the upgraded internet, but I'm not sure" and "you can have some water", although none was given either at check in or in the room. Because of what I have experienced with this lack of recognition in the past 15 months and ZERO perk benefit, I have increased my stay frequencies to two other chains. They do a better job of rewarding my loyalty.

Pool seemed clean and breakfast was good. Unfortunately front desk lady gave us room for disable people on purpose while there's was 4 more king size bed rooms available. TV is lower than bed, while you're laying down, it's uncomfortable to watch TV. Shower was uncomfortable too, small and while you get out of shower everywhere is water. Even truck stops showers are much more comfortable than that. We were in breakfast and another lady came and started to throw out everything like she wanted to tell us get out of here it's already 9am. I usually stay in other hotels but I thought it's will be great to give them a chance but they're ruined. Thank you!

Room smells like cigarette! Talked to the staff and they were very accommodating and offered to change to a new room. The only room available was an accessible room. Didn't want to take away from someone with disabilities so they gave us some air freshener that took care of the problem.

Fairfield inn & Suites goes above and beyond to provide an absolutely cozy, clean, very friendly atmosphere for their guests. The housekeepers are outstandingly thorough, respectful and take extra measures, to ensure we were completely comfortable and happy to stay. They have a corner market in the lobby with snacks, personal items, quick bites along with wine and beer. They also have free breakfast which the selection is always good and a clean, fresh environment. To top it off… Monday through thurs. They host a gathering in the dining area with the manager which offers free beer or wine, along with fresh veggies, dip, snacks and some type of hot item, which changes frequently. They are very accepting of my 12 year old dog. They give her treats and are always happy to greet her. The staff has exceeded my expectations and made my extended stay enjoyable.

Perfect place to stay while visiting. Love the location and amenities. The room was just as nice.

Services were great. Breakfast was not that good.

We found a dried blood stain on the comforter of our bed. The customer service desk attendant replaced the comforter and asked if she could do anything else for us. I asked to speak with the manager. The customer service desk attendant said the manager would be in the next day. I never did get to speak with the manager. If you value cleanliness and good customer service, I recommend finding alternative lodging. Don't stay here.

Look elsewhere if you want a good night's sleep. Paper thin walls and lots of Street noise. By.

The hotel is new and so everything is pretty nice, but the staff isn't very friendly. They seem to care more about hanging out and talking instead of helping customers. They seem inconvenienced with any type of request. The cleaning crew people were very nice and helpful and I would have rather communicated with them than the front desk. They did change their tune a bit after I got a little upset, but their greetings seemed forced and awkward. However the hotel is nice, in a convenient location and has good food options in the same parking lot so I would stay there again but with less customer service expectations.

Very cozy and clean small but homey. The employees were friendly even gave my niece 2 toys when we arrived The breakfast was great and they kept it well maintained and full. The swimming pool was a little small though.

Very nice hotel. Internet was fast enough to stream HBO Go with only a couple short pauses. I stayed in a single king bed room. It has 2 TVs, one in front of the bed and another in front of a couch, which was great for eating takeout. It also has a nice desk setup for my laptop. The shower is a nice large walk in with a good spray. The breakfast is good. My only complaint is that they disabled all but one HDMI port on the TVs, so I had to manually switch the cable to switch between devices; not a big deal, but why disable them?

Clean, efficient, up to date. I would stay there again. Keep up the good work.

The hotel is a nice space, clean and modern. But the description of what we were booking is completely inaccurate. The King suite describes itself as a separate room. It's not a separate room nor would I call this a suite. It's just a big room with a bed and couch. In addition the pool is one of the smallest hotel pools I have ever seen. It was not kept up well either with no towels or staff to be found to help. The staff was nice enough but definitely not as friendly as most hotels I have stayed at as asking for anything from the staff felt like I was burdening them. Finally my hotel bill looked like I was getting charged for an additional night. When I asked the front desk about this receipt their response was "oh this happened to everyone". That seemed quite an odd response and happening in general.

Exactly what you would expect from a moderate priced hotel… clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and an above average comfy bed. Hoping things stay this way as I will be frequenting this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for one night. It was okay. Nothing fantastic, although I do have to point out that this hotel is rather new. The lobby was clean and well maintained. The room was okay in size. Shower was okay. Water pressure was good. No tub in the room.

While my guests had a great stay at the Fairfield, I was less than impressed with the organization of the hotel. In booking my block of rooms for my wedding, I felt that by having it at a Marriott hotel, the issues would be minimal, even with it being a new hotel. My guests had issues booking rooms under my block of rooms, to the point that the hotel booked one of my guests' rooms under my name, rather than the guest. We attempted to do hotel bags for my guests. The first night, the staff put the hotel bags outside the room doors. Thank goodness my matron of honor noticed it, because they were outside the wrong rooms. On the day of my wedding, my wedding coordinator came and asked me if two of my guests were coming because they hadn't checked into the hotel. One of those guests had been checked in and staying at the hotel since Thursday and the other since Friday. My block of rooms rate was $109/night, but you could book a room from the Marriott website for $89. When I contacted the management about this, she told me there was nothing that could be done. I expected to hear something from management after the event… Either a thank you or apology, but never heard anything. I know I had at minimum 12 rooms booked at the hotel for my event, and am glad they had a good experience, but the extra stress the hotel caused me was unacceptable.
