I liked this residential hotel.
The rooms were nice with a fridge, sink, microwave, and mini stove. There was a washer and dryer and everything you need for a short or prolonged stay to be comfortable.
There was a nice rooftop deck and social space with a pool table and outside there was a little spa pool aka warmed pool.
The workout room was great!
It was pretty quite and easy to access with the door code.
Main feedback:
— Please either provide 2 key fobs per room OR a code to use to get up the elevator to the rooms.

Building is very secure, has a nice lobby, rooms are overall nice, and the pool is a nice touch. That said, we were supposed to check in at 3 but our room wasn't ready. Luckily, we had friends staying there that let us put our stuff in their room. We had plans to leave at 4:30 and our room still was not ready. This didn't inconvenience us since we had another room to use having friends stay at the same place. If we didn't have this it would have been very inconvenient especially given how you can't get ahold of anyone for assistance.
The pool is nice but we were being bothered over and over again by one of the renters there. They kept loudly, and obnoxiously, saying how much they hate when people stay at the mint that aren't renters there while staring right at us. This person was clearly intoxicated. Not a threat to anyone but very annoying to hear repeatedly the same thing when we are trying to relax and not bother anyone. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Where ghetto meets 4 star price point. The only thing great about this property is the location. The bathroom sink and tub do not drain, it took 1/2 an hour for the sink to drain when I brushed my teeth, the tub had so much standing water I didn't want to us it. There were handprints on the bathroom walls and mirror Not mine so super gross. The most unique thing was the anti-theft devices on the pillows. When I removed the pillow cases to ensure the pillow are not feather (I'm very allergic) I found anti theft devices so I could not check there were no feathers. The bed is a thin piece of foam and the sheets are not cotten so I was sweaty and gross when I woke up and no shower because the tub wont drain. The vertical blinds that cover the sliding glass door are missing slats so I went to sleep watching the light display on a neighboring building. I wont be back.

Other than a half-decent view of Minneapolis, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
The front desk is pretty much always empty, no one is around to help you. They’ll have you call a customer service number that can do little to nothing immediate or in person.
The lobby is very nice, but don’t let that fool you.
When we checked in the place seemed “clean”. But the floors were dirty, probably haven’t been mopped or cleaned in years. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, toilets were stained and smelled horrible, no extra toilet paper other than the half roll we got on the holder, etc.
When we were checking out, there were no instructions on where to return our key fobs.
We had accidentally left a few small expensive items in the room that we didn’t realize until the day after. Called the front desk and no one answered after 5+ calls. Called the customer service line and they suggested to come back the next day to retrieve the items. Next day, called the front desk number they told me to call when I got there, still no answer. Waited outside for about an hour and a half just calling the number, even called the customer service number, no answer.
Basically, if you leave something, you won’t be getting it back.
Very poor customer service and very poor room maintenance.
No one actually works there in person to help people that may need immediate help.

Check-in was super easy and the room was perfect. So much more space in the two bedroom apartment than a regular hotel room and more privacy too. The balcony was nice to sit outside and have a drink. The rooftop lounge and patio area was amazing. Funky decor with games, fires, TVs, pool table and more.
