This place was decent. We wanted a place to sleep for a few hours and this fit the bill. The room was clean enough. 2 towels, 1 washcloth, and 1 hand towel were provided. They were clean, but needed more bleach. Bed was worn, but super comfortable. Breakfast included, cereal, toast, juice, and coffee. I'd consider staying here again.

DONT EVER STAY HERE! The Lady at the Front Desk is very rude to say the least! She told me they didnt have any rooms for me right off back! She said they had Choice rooms but those are for people more with clothes on (I was wearing a tank top and shorts in the middle of the summer), amongst other things that were said!

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! For starters were supposed to get a non smoking room, that didn't happen! the person at the desk was clearly on drugs, the room was filthy! The toilet didn't work, was only given one smoke smelling towel that I'm not sure was even clean, the beds were clearly not fresh they looked like someone had been laying on the beds, no locks on the window, daylight showing thru the door… Woke up to someone trying to come thru the window at 5 am! I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy! It's the worst place bar none! It's clearly not safe!

Where do I start. The worst ever. Dirty sheets with hairs and stains, Flies in the room, and the worst thing was the bed bugs. Omg. I was so upset. We complained to the owner and he offered us another room, but we were already convinced of the type of business in which they run. He refused to refund us our money, but we left anyway. Disgusting place to stay. I would give it zero stars if I could. I know, you get what you pay for, but at least show some type of standards. Upon leaving we noticed that they stored the linen in an outdoor garage, open to the elements. I immediately took a picture so as to file a complaint.

Clean & quaint. The mini shampoos we're half used, which was a little weird but environmentally concious, I suppose.

Went to The Rodeway in on Sunday (6/17/18) and arrived at 2 pm (check-in was 3 pm) and asked if it was okay to check in early as we wanted to freshen up before my grandpa's viewing (we went down for his funeral) and the manager said it was fine since everyone else was checking in early. We offered to come back at the correct time and she insisted it was okay. While we were checking in the manager ranted about how everyone was giving them bad reviews on-line because they check in early and she has had to on-line and combat those reviews. When we mentioned my service dog she said "Yeah, everyone has one of those these days. " When we got back to the hotel that night we went to get ice and the machine was empty and there was no one around to ask about it and no one to get more towels from. The next morning while we were getting ready to head to my grandpa's funeral the toilet got plugged and we went to find someone to help with it and no one was around we called the main office and got no answer. We had to leave to get to the funeral (leaving a plugged toilet! ) and called the 800 number on the sign three times on the way to the funeral and finally got an answer and were told that she did not handle that kind of thing and to call the main desk (which we did and got no answer).

Do you enjoy the comforts of home? If so, please avoid this hotel. I stayed in two different rooms and both were very dirty. The beds were the most uncomfortable mattresses I've ever slept on and I'm including the futon I had acquired secondhand in college. I had no Wi-Fi accessible to me where I was, but if you get lucky enough to get to stay in a room close to the router, then you'll have internet.

Staff were very nice, Room I was in had broken wall outlet, yellow thin towels, wrecked carpet, broken tub drain, dented scratched and dirty fridge.

New owners really making an effort to impress. The general manager is on premise and efficiancy is her forte'. Great layover place. No frills but clean and comfortable.

It has a good price, you just get what you pay for, it's not bad at all, just not what I am used to, then again it is cheaper than others around.

Could be worse, room keys/door lock was reset when we got back for the second night. Tap water was overly chlorinated, but that might be the city/state that does that. They were able to take us in rather late at night.

I’ve been working on the road for 7 years and this dump is by far the worst! My crew got bedbug bites! DO NOT STAY!

This motel is bad! Very cheap place and service is bad. Towels smell like ciggerettes, room service does not wash linens and towels. My buddy got bit by bed bugs! Please do not stay here!

Great staff. Clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, cable TV. Newly renovated and new management.

Worst experience ever. The first room's AC is broken, and the smoke detector's battery is low, kept beeping. I went to the lobby asking to change a room. The lobby door is locked, and the manager answered the phone, and started to change my room, but he kept me locked outside the lobby waiting for him, it was — 15F that night and pretty windy. He didn't even bother to open the door and let me go inside to wait. It took him about 5 minutes to change the room and card. I was freezing outside. When I went into the room and want to take a shower, there's no soap bar or shampoo… very unpleasant experience.

I am not going to lie, I was very hesitant to stay at this Motel. I'm glad I did though. We were very pleased with our stay. Our room was clean, and was nicely furnished. The bathroom was decent. The TV worked perfectly and had plenty of options for channels. The Wi-Fi was great and the staff was friendly. I had my 2 small children and my husband with me. The price was great and the locaction is very convenient. There is a gas station right next door. Breakfast was great. It was very simple, but we don't need much. There was cereal, and a variety of breads, juice, milk, and coffee. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again. It was perfect for us.

Normal… regular… every day lil motel… for the price is great… is not an all inclusive Caribbean 5 stars resort… is a Rodeway Inn.

The room was evidently not cleaned. The location of the room is adjacent to the intetstate offramp, noise is as you might expect foe that.

Quiet area, comfy bed and decent price. Wi-Fi was horrible though.

So I have stayed in this place before and I knew it wasnt the greatest but I also know that you get what you pay for. However on this visit I was very unsatisfied. 1. The bathroom door was practically ready to fall apart and you couldn't close it all the way. 2. Yes we asked for a smoking room but we didn't ask for multiple cigarette burns in the blankets from whoever had stayed in this place before. 3. The Wi-Fi was horrible and could hardly hold a connection. 4. This one is scary. Major fire hazard. Went to plug phone charger into an outlet and there was a loud pop and sparks. Surprised we didnt knock out a breaker. Went to use a different outlet and when I unplugged the lamp to use the outlet, the cord for the lamp literally broke in half due to damage to the cord. I had to carefully remove the plug part from the outlet without getting electrocuted as the piece that broke still had live wires showing. I took a picture of the plug and then left it on the nightstand in hopes that someone finds it and gets it fixed but based on the cleanliness of the room I am sure they will just throw it away not knowing what its for and the problem wont get resolved. No I did not bring any of this to the attention of the staff because I just wanted to get the hell out of that death trap. If you want something run down and cheap to stay at, this is the place. I will not be staying at this location again and for those that do, just be warned that you are doing so at your own safety risk.

Management did not seem to care that our stay was less then satisfactory. The A. C. Did not work in our room and we had to get fans to cool the room down. When the manager finally came to check on it he said it was working, as he was standing in front of a fan after adjusting the broken thermostat (that I had already had on the lowest setting). We will not be staying here again. Sad how the new owners have run the place down.

Room smelled like mold, carpet was coming up everywhere, paint pealing off of walls, patches visibly scene, bed hard as can be and you could feel the springs and to top it all off there was no hot water and they wouldn't give us an estimate of when it will be working.

Not a bad place to sleep over night. Rooms could use updating. Could see outside from under door when closed. A/C, Fridge, Microwave, and TV worked. Had a good rate for construction workers. Not sure it a place I would take Family to stay Multiple days.

Small, spartan rooms — but perfectly reasonable for the price. Bathroom and linens were clean, and the bed is comfy. Made an on-the-road reservation through Expedia about an hour before arriving, and got checked in with no problem. Plenty of parking, and a quiet area.

The motel is conveniently located directly off of the freeway, and is a great little place for the price. The rooms are clean and nice. The beds are comfortable and firm, the staff is friendly. There's not a lot right around the motel, but two exits down the freeway is Austin's main shopping area, and a short distance past that is downtown Austin. The motel has easy access to the nature area and the National Guard Armory.

Austin, MN location is a dump. Dirty (apparently they never vacuum under the bed! ), burn holes in the blankets, door doesn't shut all the way, huge ice patches on the sidewalk right outside the door…

Unbelievable! Being employed by someone who claims u called them a name when you didnot as well as NEVER SEEING ONE OVERTIME HOUR on your HARD EARNED HARDWORKED PAYROLL CHECK! THEN BE ASKED TO LEAVE PROPERTY WITH IN 30 DAYS YET THEY STILL WANNA EMPLOY YOU EVEN WHEN YOUR PAYCHECKS have been shorted hours shorted house keeping work performed and zero over time payment! Wow yet the management claims to be christen and to care for you! … huh if thats careing for me I hate to see your idea of an enemy!

The Rodeway Inn & Suites in Austin, MN has been very accommodating. The pet friendly room is very clean, and the service is pretty good. The biggest complaint I have is its promise of high speed internet, which I do not have. The room is too far from the router, so it cuts in and out constantly. The signal is very weak.

Still here the nice rooms aren't to bad. Contractors and bikers welcomed and treated good. Over all nicer than most other reasonable priced establishments.

This place is terrible. There was filth in my room from previous occupant. Holes in the drywall. Only clean the rooms once a week. I would choose a different motel.

The people that run this place are outstanding in the way they make you feel at home.

Very nice. Clean huge. Good mattress and three nice pillows per bed! The ppl are super friendly and helpful as well.

Good value at $65. Checked in very late ànd owner was pleasant. Room was clean and the bed comfortable.

If I could leave less than a star I would. On a late check in the service was rude. The room was not what was reserved, it was dirty, the refrigerator didn't work, the a/c didn't work, the bed had wood 2X4's under the mattress, it was AWFUL. The front desk said it was their only available room. When my husband called the manager this morning to cancel the rest of our reservation, because we had to find another hotel after that mess, they charged us a higher rate to our credit card than we were initially told and wanted to know why we didn't ask to switch rooms. This place had good reviews on Google and I was deeply disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever. Find somewhere else to stay.

Very clean, good air conditioning, pleasant staff. Only gave 4 stars because I felt it was a bit pricey ($100) for a single. Probably because Sturgis 75th anniversary is happening and a lot of bikers (I'm one) are using it as a stopover either going or coming back. Definitely recommend.

We got in late. The man at the front counter was great and even upgraded us because the room we wanted was occupied. Will stop again August 2015 on our way to sturgis.

The Rodeway inn & suites at 1623 S. Nevada in Colorado Springs Is stealing from it's guests. I stayed there last Friday night and they kept my deposit for damaged towels and a blanket I was not allowed to see or have. General manager Bill told me I would not get it back or see the towels or blanket. So, it isn't the regular employees.
