I experienced the worst encounter with any human being upon arriving at the hotel at 12:30 am after spending a day loading up my household belongings for a move from WI to CA. First the front desk clerk informed me my credit card wasn’t working. I had just had my card card hacked for the first time the month prior so I began to call the credit card service when the clerk yelled to stop I didn’t understand. By this time one of my friends (male) walked in and the clerk dismissed me and began explaining the problem. Now I booked two rooms and put them on MY credit card but he wouldn’t address me except to tell me to be quiet. It was the same in the am when checking out. He would only talk to my husband and the males in our group. The rooms were awful also. It was a real eye opener not to even be acknowledged because I was a women. It was four days ago and I’m still bewildered by the whole episode. I won’t ever use a Super 8 again.
Extremely rude and disrespectful front desk manager. I arrived late at night and followed the instructions in the lobby that said to press “0” on the phone for assistance. After a minute or so of the phone ringing, the guy picked it up and asked “what do you want? ” He proceeded to get mad at me for simply trying to check in and repeatedly yelled the same thing over and over if I tried to ask a question. He manually typed in my card number and told me it was declined and then ran it through the machine multiple times. He got mad at me again in the morning while I was trying to check out and couldn’t remember my room number. I booked through Priceline and he still charged me for the room again after I checked out. Had to get Super 8 corporate involved and lodge a complaint before I got a refund. Don’t even walk in the door here unless you want to be yelled at for doing nothing. The room itself wasn’t horrible but it’s not worth the stress and annoyance caused by dealing with the manager.

Gross carpet, yellow dirty looking shower and black in the cracks Old appliances outside by the door and all around trash area. Grass had been super long before mowed clippings all over terrible to walk dog in. plastic on mattress also very gross and hot! Kleenx cheap and bolted to the wall Price $110.23 $10 for pet So not worth it! Will never stay here again! Security locks were broke (not working) for outside doors! 2 small bars of soap, 1 shampoo, no conditioner no lotion. For 100 dollars I expected quality and updated bathroom. Window was locked with a wood dowel.
