Day 1: Lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and gave us a non fluctuating rate due to me being a military spouse. $75 for two doubles even on the weekend. No bed bugs. (I'm ocd and I always check). Blankets had blood stains like someone dripped blood on them. Whatever, brought my own blankets. Room smelled musty when we walked in. Whatever, turned on the a/c and it was fine after that. Day 2: Remote stopped working and the nice lady replaced the batteries. Later on; I have a toddler with me and he likes hiding toys. He hid a toy under the bed and I grabbed a mouldy apple. I'm allergic. Maids did not clean the room. Didn't even knock. They just ignored our room. We went to the front desk and there was a man who didn't seem to care about our concerns. He said there were no maids in the afternoons. We asked if we could have a giant trash bag to clean up (It would be easier for us to just clean it rather than switch rooms). He gave us tiny trash bags… We cleaned up the room and gave him the trash and he said thank you. We will not be staying here after tomorrow EVER AGAIN. (We came up from NC to attend my grandmother's funeral)
