Liked set up of room, that it had fridge and microwave in the room. Friendly staff.

Room was pretty clean minus the shower. Looked like they had ripped decorations or a headboard off the wall and did a terrible patch job and didnt bother matching the paint correctly. Had a lot of unruly construction and contract workers staying there. Yelling at you when you went to your car. Pool area was decent. But then the rude desk lady in the morning that really wants you to stick to posted breakfast time. Then disappeared from the front desk so long we couldnt turn our keys in for a half hour. Was actually on the customer service hotline when she finally showed up again. Would highly not recommend.

Awesome hotel. Breakfast is great. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. Staff is top notch and extremely helpful.

Hotel is OK for what it is. It's clean and breakfast bar is kept stocked. Property could use some updates and repairs. Was pretty clean for what it was. Right off the highway with restaurants and a gas station walking distance from the property. Not far from business districts or the delta plex.

Hotel is located nice and clean… No issues booking the day of since our original hotels pool was down and that was no good with 3 kids wanting to swim… Convenient location.

Everything was great. Planned on staying one night ended up spending two nights. The have lots of good features free breakfast indoor pool and hot tub. We had a blast. The room had two double beds and it was small, no room for much. The whole place was clean. The staff was awesome. Hands down one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. Thanks guys we appreciate everything.

This hotel is adequate. The cleanliness of the rooms is pretty good. Some of the staff is not friendly at all.

Stayed here night of May 25th 2018. They put us in a room that was upgraded but the hot tub was out of order which was understandable. But air conditioner leaked and floor was all wet. Friends in another room had crumbs and dirt on their bed and thick dust on the nightstand. So we know it wasn't clean. This wasn't the worst part. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I simply asked a question about the tub because it said it was out of order I wasn't sure if the Jets were out of order or if we could actually put water in the tub or what and she was very rude and short with us. We never complained or asked to be moved or anything we were very polite so I am not sure where her attitude came from. Then as we were walking to our room we could hear her around the corner ranting about us and our friends that had the dirty room. We never complained and just asked a simple question. The same lady was there in the morning again… very cold whole time. If I owned a hotel this lady would be FIRED in 5 minutes!

Clean, affordable, nice and neat. Its not the Ritz Carlton… but its not bad for the price.

The staff was very nice. Hotel was clean and comfy. They allow pets which is wonderful since others in the area do not. We've already booked another stay with them.

Great pool and hot tub area. Bad air conditioning in the room. My grandmother reserved us this room (She paid $89) with a crib request for when we drove up here from North Carolina to visit family. Not only was it not in the room when we arrived, but the gentleman manning the desk had to be asked a few times to bring it up to the room. I had to go to the desk (to which nobody was there and had to use the phone to speak to the person manning the desk who was sitting in the back room, probably the only reason why he hurried so fast is because I was right there) to finally get the crib sent up. The second floor smells like someone smoked a bunch of pot. The blankets are stained bad. The crib mattress looks worn. Probably the worst place I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in better places for less money. Good water pressure in shower. The second floor is accessible by stairs only. Update: In the morning they offer breakfast to which it is a poor selection. The only thing that looked appetizing was the biscuits. I took one bite and they were extremely dry. Too long didn't read? You pay more to be in a crappier situation here. Save your money and go somewhere else. Baymont is cheaper and nicer.

So this has been one of the worst stays in a long time at a hotel. We booked the hotel for a concert due to the ice storm and not wanting to drive back. Once we got back no doors were working with key card and the parking lot had no salt. Mother in law fell and sprained her ankle. Staff just laughed and walk away when we told them about the doors not working and the ice. (VERY RUDE) In the morning I asked for a late check out due to roads being so bad to drive on until salt trucks could get to them. They said they would charge me if I was born out by 11:40. Being a diamond member I automatically can get a late check out. The whole staff was rude the whole stay and didn't care about safety of travelers or their experience at the hotel. Go stay at the Baymont if you have a choice. We will never book another room here.

The rooms were very nice, bed was extremely large and comfortable. Check in was a little confusing when no one is maning the front desk. The auto check out feature was nice didn't have to worry about going up to the front desk before leaving. There was a pool and jacuzzi but did not have a chance to use.

Comfy beds but the guy at the desk kept walking down the hall spraying glade knocking on doors accusing people of smoking. I had to let him in my room and prove to him we weren't smoking only to be knocked on again and he downright accused us of smoking. I had to let him in again and show him it wasn't us he apologized but I still didn't appreciate his lack of manors. Also we were looking forward to some pool time but there so many kids. They might want to think of setting aside an hour for adults in the evening who might want to relax.

Rude front desk staff. Toilet wasn't clean. The only reason I gave two stars is because the bed was incredibly comfortable! I love Choice Hotels but I think they've forgotten about this Quality Inn.

Stayed there for cheer competition January 20, 2018. Got to the room that had reserved for over a month and had used soap, and on the 2nd bed the sheets were dirty, upside down and had hair on the opposite side. If I had my magnifying glass I probably would have found bugs. Glad I brought air mattress for my daughter and her friend to sleep on. Front desk attendant couldn't figure out how to split the bill, and then later made a rude statement at breakfast about hotel key being deactivated if left on cell phone. Refused to give us any extra towels as well. Would not recommend this $91.99 after taxes hotel … not a deal at all.

Centrally located, this is a nice motel. There are places to ear within walking distances.
However, they need to upgrade some of their room features. Internet and TV channel selection could be improved.
Their indoor pool area is always well kept.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. We complained and they still didn't clean the room. Will never stay there again.

Poor evening service. Loud groups were allowed late into the early morning hours. Do not come here if you intend to rest. No coffee made in the AM> No breakfast offered unless you pay. My family didn't sleep. Stay away!

Very friendly people was under construction so it was kind of dirty but can be expected.

Nice room bad neighbors had a group in the hallway all night being loud and drinking so not cool management need to be more in control.
