Reserved three rooms for my family July 31st. Great location and nice hotel. Upon check out the front desk attendant was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Found this hotel literally an hour before check in time. Got checked in quick and the room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Front desk staff was helpful.
Only complaint there was no towels at the pool. And when I asked I was told they were being washed. I know everywhere is short staff. However if you know you would be packed. Should be prepared.
Cleaning staff awesome.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience here and the manager has ignored me. Finally had to go through corporate to reconcile the issue which has continued to go ignored by their management. All circumstances that could have been avoided if management was assertive.

Clean rooms and spacious bathroom. Beds and pillows comfy. Loved the pull out shelf to store iPad and cell phone.

Great place to stay, friendly atmosphere and a great breakfast buffet.

Room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we were on the side facing the highway and the noise was noticable. Staff were very pleasant and enjoyable to talk to.

The front desk person was very friendly! I stayed 9/2-9/3. When I came in their card reader wasnt working and she got that taken care of. The vending machine was out of water, I had offered to buy some off of her but she gave me one of hers. Very nice. The breakfast was good and the pool area clean.

Room was nice, clean. Pool area was also clean. Breakfast was 6am to 10am. We went down at 8:30 and everything gone. I don't know if it was first come first serve or if whom ever was in charge of restocking wasn't doing their job but there wasn't much left. Other than that everything else was good.

I checked in last night and I usually receive 5 star customer service from Sarah M. At check in. Unfortunately this was not he case last nightIt’s a nice hotel but great customer service outweighs any amenity. Management should look to Sarah M for training her co-workers. Highly disappointed! I will only stay here when the Saginaw Hampton Inn is booked. ☹️ Hopefully that is after training is completed!

Very nice clean place and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful.

This Hampton is my home away from home. I have stayed at this hotel well over 200 nights in the past 2 years. I can ALWAYS count on a friendly smile at the front desk while checking in and enter a spotless welcoming room. The pricing is awesome considering the perfect location and the renovated rooms.
I am a female traveling alone for my job and always know that I can count on being extremely safe here. The parking lot is well lit at night which is perfect for an evening walk in the summer.
If you can’t be home then this hotel is your next best option.

Our room was very nice and clean. Bathroom stocked and well maintained. Kim, the breakfast attendant was very nice and kept the dining area tidy. Ashleigh at the front desk was also very sweet. Would definitely return here with my family.

Great location near the outlet mall. Our room was very modern and updated. Only complaint was pool was freezing.

Clean room. Very pleasant staff. Had a very good weekend. No issues, we would stay here anytime we are in the area.

Thought we reserved a room with a jetted tub, due to the pictures on the booking site. When we got to our room it was a handicap accessible room with a regular tub. The black out curtains only cover the wall and are unable to cover the actual window. The Coke we bought out of the vending machine exprired 4 months ago and was flat. The room was large and clean, but was disappointed in the tub and the curtains.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was nice and friendly. Close to the outlet shops and great food choices near by.

Wonderful experience. Staff, room, and pool were all great! The breakfast was basic but good and kept well stocked.

Clean, fresh and modern! Front desk staff were nice and attentive, swimming pool was nice for the kids, and the waffles along with everything else included in the free breakfast was great! 1st time staying and this will be my 1st choice for Birch Run trips in the future!

Rooms were great and staff were great! The reason for the 4-start was due to the pool area and breakfast. Now, a free breakfast is a free breakfast, don't get me wrong. Most of the food available was good. The stuff that stuck or to me was: the eggs tasted different, the ham seemed rubbery, and the oatmeal was salty. At first I thought someone played a joke on me and put salt into sugar dispenser. The pool… It seemed salty. Like no chlorine was ever added. The hot tub was grimey. There was a white residue on is after we got out of it. It was not a great feeling getting out of that pool. So if you are looking to stay the night, grab a complimentary breakfast and take off the next morning; this would be a great place to stop. If you were looking for a place with a pool as well, I'd skip for now.

Whenever I'm traveling out of town I always like to choose a Hampton if possible because they are always Dependable nice clean hotels and this one does not disappoint right next to the shopping outlets it's a very nice hotel.

Reserved room 2 months in advance. No complaints about the room, it was the location. We were on the 2nd facing the expressway. Very noisy!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. My family and I come to frankenmuth every year and this hotel is always a pleasure to stay at. I recommend it.

Have stayed here a couple of times. Friendly staff, clean inviting hotel rooms, and a nice breakfast. Only downside is it is a little confusing to get to if you have never been to it before, and you can hear the traffic off the 75/23. I love that during the week (not sure to weekend times, only stayed during the week) Breakfast started at 6. Great for those days I need to beat feet out early to continue traveling.

Check In and Out was Easy. Doors around the building to get in was maked and easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms nice size and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was larger then normal and did not feel like was on top of everything. There was no Do Not Disturb sign for us to put out, with us staying a couple of days. Breakfast was included and had a nice vairety to choose from. Hotel all together was clean. Pool hours were nice and area was clean. Internet access was available and ran slow at time. Great location, close to interstate, Birch Run Outlets and Frankenmuth. The only issue we had was that the power was out one night for a few hours and there was no backup and places around was closing, so we did not have anything to do. Prices were affordable. We would stay here again.

I've stayed here at least five times. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They've helped me carry my luggage in and checking in is never a hassle here. On one of my stays, the night time manager allowed me to swim after hours, as I arrived in just minutes before the pool closed. I desperately needed to soak my feet in the hot tub after a long day and he said it was no problem, so long as I notified him when I was heading back to my room so he could close it. Super nice of him!

Newly Remodeled, nice furnishings, charging station at bedside is very nice and convenient. Breakfast ok, standard Hampton breakfast. Coffee and snacks in evening. Several (numbered) outside doors allow easy access to rooms without long walks down the corridors. Indoor pool and hot tub. Two old school arcade games next to lobby. Very nice I would highly recommend.

Rooms are pretty decent and breakfast is what it is (free). Only issue I had with our stay is the site said they had cribs but they only have pack and plays. Had we known that we would have brought our own. Ended up with our 15 month old sleeping between us.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was nice, enough space, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Cost was very reasonable. Check in and check out were super easy. Will stay there again when going back to Frankenmuth.

I little pricey (I assume it was because of an event going on in Frankenmuth), but everything else was top-notch (staff service, staff attitudes, facilities, etc. ).

The pool was definitely way too cold! They said at the counter that it should be at least 86 degrees and it felt more like 60 if that?! Our teeth were literally chattering when we were in the pool even after we were kind of getting used to the temperature. I also hate the hampton's internet it doesn't work well at all! Sorry but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others. The only thing that I like was the friendly staff!

Looks newly remodeled, one of the better hotels I've seen at this level. Friendly and convenient for the Birch Run and Frankenmuth area.

Rooms were clean and service was friendly. Very affordable compared to the hotels in Frankenmuth proper. Approximately 12 minutes to Zenders for reference.

Just passing through for one night. A little old but clean. Good Wi-Fi.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay and after. They called right away when they found a personal item after we left, and as we were still in the area we were able to pick it up before we even knew it was missing. The only thing we missed out on was the pool, waiting for inspection after a renovation, so nothing more than bad timing.

This hotel is under construction for renovations. So, I didn't expect some amazing room. But, I have to say this is definitely a poorly maintained hotel. I was checked into a room that had a non functioning safety lock. And, I found a bottle cap on the floor next to the bed. I asked for a different room. The front desk staff was very nice, but not apologetic. The second room was missing hair conditioner and the TV remote didn't work. My room was facing the highway, and directly across from the vending machines. It was extremely noisy. I may try again in the future once renovations are complete. But, I was disappointed this time around.

We stay here everytime we visit Frankenmuth. Very clean rooms, nice staff and a very good breakfast area. Highly recommended.

We booked a suite at your hotel with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch for 7 people. I called the day before to make sure our reservation was still set. When we got there, we were told that suite was being renovated and so we were not going to get it. How do you talk to two different people and neither one told us about the renovations? She then said all they had was a room with 2 queen beds, every other room was booked. How did they expect 7 people to sleep in a room with 2 beds in it? We took the room due to there was no other place to go. No body apologized for the mix up or offer us a discount! Needless to say we will not be staying with you again and will tell our friends not to stay there either!

Room smelled very musty and there was black mold in the bathroom as well as underside of the toilet tank. They were friendly though.

Honors Gold member. Stayed in Frankenmuth for a funeral. Hampton staff was excellent. Made a sad time pleasant. Staff attending breakfast kitchen was great. Room was OK, a little old and needing maintenance, but clean quite and comfortable.

Rooms were very untidy. I am a Hilton honors diamond member, so I know what I critique as I have very good comparisons. We stayed here for one night and when my wife and I awoke, our backs hurt so bad. These beds are probably very old. Immediately after staying at our next hotel, no more back pains. The pools are murky and no clean towels available. Under staffed. This is a poorly maintained hotel.

This was one of the best hamptons I've ever stayed at the staff was amazing much better than the others I've stayed at.

I stayed in room on Friday, 2/15/2008. My sister and I were looking for a gals-get-away to talk all night, eat pizza, and read cottage chic books. We were very pleased with our room. It was very clean and the staff was great. The room was an end room on the second floor and completely quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of check in/out. We LOVED it! Thanks for a relaxing night away from home.
