Check in was easy. Room was clean upon arrival. Exercise room was a joke. Good value overall.

Pretty good breakfast and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Rooms were a tad small but for being there couple of nights it wasn't that much of a problem.

Issue with first room's door was immediately rectified with a new room that was perfectly fine for the overnight stay. Night shift employee was kind and very helpful.

Hubby remembered their pillows and its close to daughter so we booked again after 2 years since last visit! Bless manager Jaime and very helpful staff we also remembered from last visit. Yes, we loved their pillows and beds, again! Leaving Happy and rested after good night and good breakfast. Thank you. We needed this layover after super early flight from TX on Thurs and then long drive in lightening and thunderstorm from Des Moines to Cedar Rapids. Thank you.

Room 208. Light bulb out, bath door did not latch, toilet seat wobbly, food area floor not clean.

Bad experience booking. No where does it say additional charges for additional people in a room. I got charged an extra $10/person by having a third in my 2 Queen Room. Total Ripoff. I rent a room for four and get FREE breakfast, why an extra charge?

Very nice room for the price. Breakfast wasn't bad either!

It's ok for company employers. But no good for vacation getaway. It is in a good location for food choices but not good for shopping.

Clean room. Good rates. Pillows and mattress were superb.

Came 5o stay overnight the lady was cortious rooms were clean great breakfast.

Adjoining room are nice for family travel. Great price for one night.

The stay was fine, but unremarkable. The hotel and rooms are reasonably clean, if a bit run down. The beds are ok — not super comfortable, but they suffice. Breakfast would be fine for most people, but I was unable to make use of it because of dietary restrictions. My biggest complaint is that they apparently don't clean their hot beverage urns. I made tea from the "hot water" urn and not only was it barely warm, but I also discovered when I started drinking it that it had diluted remnants of coffee in it and I found a few coffee grounds when I emptied it out. Gross, and also problematic because I don't tolerate caffeine well.

Good customer service and reasonable prices.

Rip off… I booked this room thru expedia and they messed up the dates of check in putting oct 1 instead of Sept 1… got everything cleared up with expedia and spoke to the hotel waited 3weeks for a refund… the hotel gave me the run around and told me repeatedly it was issued I left 3 messages for management. When he finally called me back He told me he never cancalled it because he would still have to pay expedia 20$ so he kept My 70$ and still rerented the room. He deliberatly waited until it was to late to say he would need something on writing from expedia even though we both had the email of cancellation. I've never dealt with anything like this a formal complaint will be filled.

Staff is not very friendly nor biker friendly. Worst breakfast of all of the choice hotel's to date. Upon arrival, neither room key would work. Receptionist blamed it on us even though our room cards were just handed to us. Property is littered with beer cans outside from construction workers staying at the hotel drinking in the lot all evening.

Had to come to Cedar Rapids for a few days every month for a temporary job. I can say this place made it easier. They were there for every concern. Always friendly. They gave me 18 months of good memories. Highly recommend!

Staff was great. Rooms were nice. Price was excellent. I'll stay again next time I'm through.

This place is awful. Cleaning people will ask what do you need done. When you tell them they get an attitude. This is a pet friendly hotel. Yet this woman is terrified of dogs. Plus she really doesn't clean good. To top it off I caught her antagonizing my dog! Most of the employees are friendly but very unhappy about working here. This is my third week of coming here. It will be my last.

Was able to get a "suite". Very spacious room (as you can see). There were just a few issues with the place and that's why I didn't give it five stars. First, when I pulled up I noticed gum all over the sidewalk and and dirty old BBQ grill. Second, there's a woman right outside the front door smoking. I hate walking through smoke like that. The woman held the door open for me and then checked me in. She was the front desk clerk. Third, the couch in the room has stains all up and down it (yuck). Mostly on the arms. Chairs also had stains on them. Fourth and final. I went to put my ice packs into the freezer and couldn't get them in. When I lean down to see the issue, lo and behold there's someone's frozen pizza in the freezer. If it's yours, no I didn't eat it. And yes, I threw it out. It wasn't my kind of pizza. But thanks for the nice gesture.

I would put 0 star. We quickly checked in and dropped of our stuff, but noticed baby powder smell. My child had to use the bathroom and said it smelled like cat poop in the bathroom. When we can back to change for the evening I could hardly get our stuff out because I felt the need to vomit. I even dry heaved by the time we got our stuff out which was less than a minute. The baby powder was a spray they used to mask the actual smell. Not to mention there was mold in our AC. Our friends stayed there as well and they all ended up checking out because there was mold as well. There was some in their closet. One woke up to ants everywhere in their bathroom, they were on the first floor. The receptionist was very understanding and thanked us for not being rude.

Made a reservation for a week, arrived, and found our reservation was "bumped" for a party willing to pay twice as much per room. The manager told us if we were willing to pay $210 a night we could have the room back. And what would she do with the people she'd already booked into the room? Bump them like us? This place really is a dump. I would never pay $210 a night. The manager also spent at least half of the conversation telling me what dumps the other Quality Inns in the area were, hotels in the same chain. I'm pretty sure the CEO doesn't know THAT.

Wonderful staff, Christine was utterly amazing host. Made my visit unforgettable.

We had an unpleasant experience at this hotel from check in to check out. The room was musty, noise traveled through the walls, and the staff was not very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Bathroom was small, but staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good for the $60 we paid after the Iowa game. Clean and worth the money. We'd stay there again.
