This hotel was 5 star as well. I loved the service from the staff and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The name speaks for itself. Rooms were wonderful sizes and it had a nice size part for holding conventions. It was also very clean and filled up at the time since we were located on the area for a track meet.

This property is simply way, way over priced. Rooms extremely small, with one chair, repeat one chair. Breakfast is a minimum of food items with varying degrees of freshness. Having said that, the clerks and other motel employees were very pleasant, friendly and professional.

Room was clean, showers are horrible, no hot water and no water pressure the entire stay. Several people in out group complained to front desk, never got better in 3 nights stay. Fitness room air conditioning broken, easily 90 degrees plus in there. Reported to staff but problem was never fixed. No towels in fitness area or pool, reported it to the girl up front and she stated she was the only one there and has tons of things to get done, this was 3 in the afternoon. This hotel needs maintenance and more staff.

Good location. Nice clean room. Good breakfast. Door locks didn't work on our first room but the night manager quickly put us in another room. Shower volume, pressure were bad. Couldn't get the head to adjust to make it change.

Location was perfect. Right off of the highway. Easy to find. Rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was good. No complaints here.

Book 2 room and the person that check me in was good check in me in but the second room Stacy was told the batteries on the door did not work she did not went to check at all! Because when we came back from dinner the key cards are not working at all just like they was in the first place do you even have a maintenance employee on the premises or you are saving money by not having one?

Location right off the highway. Not much for food in the area. Beds comfortable and rooms clean.

Rooms are located 1-3 floor, and they are amazingly kept. There is a pool, work out room, and much more.

Newer hotel breakfast spread is nice. Not a good place for pets. Website says 20.00 deposit for pets but in fact you pay 10 dollars a night. Staff is nice.

Lobby and staff were nice as you enter the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds. AC was not working great so it took all night for the room to cool down.

Baseball kids of course. Terrible yelling and screaming throughout the hallways. The guy working the desk did not give a crap about anything. Never smiled and probably wished he was somewhere else which showed every time you talked to the guy.

Well the room was mostly clean but when I had to move the night stand to get an electrical outlet to charge my phone it was littered with old food stuff. Gross stuff. That's another thing. Most lights have electric outlets there was none. Then they have these 4 foot long pillows that you can't turn during the night. Then they just installed new wall thermostats that won't run a constant fan which I use to sleep. Oh well you can't win them all.

Great place the staff was excellent. The place was extremely clean. Breakfast was exceptional. Friendly and helpful.

Took forever to get the wrong room. Place was under construction.

My family stayed 3 nights and everything went well. I reserved a roll away bed as well but never got that so they adjusted my bill accordingly without a problem. They do have the BEST breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. The last day we were there they had cheese omelettes in addition to the normal pancakes and eggs/sausage/bacon they have very morning. Lots of healthy choices with yogurt, fruit, oatmeal and more. Definitely will try to only stay at Holiday Inn Express from this point forward.

Room was really clean. Very friendly staff! Great breakfast! The fridge in our room made a weird noise, but that's about it!

Very disappointed with price. We were there for a baseball tournament at Lenz Field and had booked our room through the ball field website thinking we were getting a "group rate". WRONG! We paid $159 for a room that was advertised at $99 on an online booking website. Hotel is generally clean and comfortable but don't count on the pull out sofa. It is impossible to sleep on and they are not willing to hand out extra linens to pad the mattress. Next year we will be staying somewhere else.

We were travelling to visit family and had a pleasant stay at this pet friendly holiday Inn. The staff was helpful and friendly and the room neat answer clean.

It's nice, clean and the staff is friendly, only downside is younger kids zipping back and fourth on upper floors knocking on doors because they have terrible parents.

My husband was working in the area so we stayed here s few nights along with our 1 year old son. Thr room was fine, it was clean and the fridge and sink were nice to have. However, our TV was out when we checked in. I informed the front desk about it and they said that they had to reset the router and that the TV would be back on in about 30 minutes. My child was bored and screaming without cartoons to watch so I complained again after the TV stil hadnt came on for a few hours. I was told then that it was a hardware issue and the TV company had to come fix it… So we made it through the night and the TV still wasn't on the next morning… So I complained again and the woman working at the desk acted like it was a quick fix and just needed reset. I was going to check out and go to a different hotel but she acted like the TV was no problem to fix so I stayed… A few hours later still no TV and I had to complain AGAIN. Then went to the pool to try to entertain my kid. The pool area was dirty by the way. Got done with the pool and still no tv… So I complained AGAIN and she said that they were waiting on me to get out of the pool… Really? … So went up to our room and a few hours later, still no tv, went BACK down to complain AGAIN and she apparently forgot about us. So long story short, the service is TERRIBLE. Save your money and stay at the Hampton or Baymont Inn.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds.

The room was very clean. Staff exceptionally courteous. Diverse breakfast is always a plus.
