Great Hotel! Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

My first impression of this hotel was how clean it was, but after finding a bug in my bed I was grossed out and slept in a chair! I did bring it to the attention of the front desk, the gentleman proceeded to take the dead bug off the page in the hotel guide book and he told me hed let house keeping know. He then handed me the book back. He never asked me my room number!

We loved it here! very charming atmosphere, very clean, comfortable beds! friendly staff! Amanda did a Awesome job cleaning our roons! we will be back!

Amazing hotel with amazing staff!

Staffs are very accommodating, breakfast are delicious, healthy and surrounding is clean. Room excellent hot shower, bed is very comfortable, cleanliness is always applied, all I can say is the 5 stars, from Texas San Antonio.

Thank you to the staff for helping us out today! Woke up with a flat tire and pouring rain. Staff member aired up our tire to get us on the way. We love the double king bed room, staff is nice, kids love the pool, good breakfast.

Very nice rooms. Pretty good size as well. Bed seems comfortable. Limited number of TV channels. Air conditioning unit in my room is a little noisy… will mention it to front desk when I check out. Think I can tolerate the noise while I'm here. Shower needs more pressure… but other than that it's nice.

From the prompt service with checking in to the smoothness of checking out it was an amazing experience, the only suggestion I could give them is to rearrange the dining area to have more room between tables. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly!

This location is favorite Town and Country. It very clearly stands out from all others. The staff is always extremely friendly and make sure I have everything I need. And, rooms are always spotless. If you ever stay in Quincy, this is the only hotel you can consider.

This place is amazing! Great service! I love the beds and the TV. The bathrooms are clean and the people are friendly. It's location is simple and by the mall if you want to go shopping. The town of peoria in general is a wondering town. We love coming here for a weekend trip! Uber was easy to use as well!

The rooms were cleaned, but the beds were hard as a rock and it said hot breakfast but had continental breakfast. Very bad stay.

The Matt McCallie Orchestra entertained a corporate roaring '20s themed celebration in the Imperial Ballroom. The acoustics are very live. A raised stage and dance floor were provided. Guests sleep in room directly above so music should be softer after 10:pm.

Exhausted and needed to stay in Quincy for the night. Fast check-in, super helpful front desk, my room was huge, great air conditioning, fantastic TV and fast Wi-Fi. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Very clean and felt safe, too.

It was a nice clean hotel and the staff was friendly. But the a TV in our room only got one channel, coffee pot didnt work, could never connect to the Wi-Fi.

Stayed for a week for business trip. We also used the business facilities on the 4th floor. The staff was great. Rooms were clean. The pool and hot tub were pretty small, but nice. I would give five stars, but the shuttle only goes to the airport. The website states they will take you to area businesses, but front desk said the airport is the only destination available. It is a little far away from the downtown businesses, but not terrible. Overall, great stay.

We stayed for one night. The room was big, clean. The service was good and people were friendly. My son had a great time in the indoor pool. It was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. I would stay there again.

Check in was easy, room was nice. Go for the suite for for the extra 20 bucks if you can afford it. We went to hang out at the river, and the hotel is on the other side of town, but luckily, Quincy is small enough that 10 minutes gets you anywhere you need to go. Didn't get to try out the pool or hit tub, but it was open until midnight, so that was cool. Breakfast was pretty run of the mill. Definitely a good spot to stay, though.

This is the best hotel that quincy has to offer. Whenever we come here for work this is the place we want to stay.

Wonderful amenities, spacious bed & friendly staff. AC was unbelievably loud! It awakened my wife and me every hour.

Hotel it a bit out of the way if you are going to Downtown Quincy. However the accommodations are great! The room was quiet! And it has the BEST Wi-Fi in QUINCY! Other hotels are like using dial-up to get to the internet. The Wi-Fi here was actually HIGH-SPEED! Will stay there again for sure.

I do a great deal of traveling and always try to make CI and S my overnight stopping place. I'd not visited the Quincy inn until this week and found it by far the nicest once I'd used. Employees would stop me in the hallway to ask if I needed anything or how I was enjoying my stay. Even the breakfast lady was cheerful. That's a rare thing in any hotel. Huge room, well-priced, and clean, clean, clean. This place is tops. Okay, it's right across the road from a cemetery, but location isn't everything. It does put you nicely on the edge of Quincy and in Quincy everything is close by.

Would have got at least 4 or even 5 stars if not for these reason:- 1) Room aircon unit VERY noisy 2) Room-to-room insulation poor, I can hear the next door guy snoring! 3) Towels and bedsheet not as smooth as Fairfield Inn nearby. Good points:- 1) New furnishings 2) Big room 3) Huge carpark 4) Near to Walmart 5) Has pool, jaccuzi and gym 6) 29" Sony TV.
