Not sure how the hotel is even ranked more then a 2 for some people… they lie to employees. Tell them “ I’ll never fire you” then fire you the next couple days. All empty promises. Hope they hire the dream crew they want good luck. Rooms look nice now give it a month and I bet you it’s a dump. Pathetic management.

It’s ok. Good if you just need a nice place to stay and be literally right at the airport. Just a little expensive for the convenience. Staff is really nice and the facility is well kept.

Enjoyed my stay. The ladies working the counter were very nice and even gave myself and my co workers a point in the right direction for dining the night we stayed. Then when I called back to get a copy of a receipt for my room to use on an expense report they were very helpful and quickly emailed me a copy. Thanks!

Very clean hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I had to. Nothing but a great experience.

Very nice rooms a little pricey but overall very nice.

Our company sent a team into the Moline area to work. From the very first day the staff at this hotel was extremely accommodating and helpful. Our group was constantly growing and changing and they always made sure we were taken care of. Our employees loved the hotel and the staff. I highly recommend this hotel especially for large groups.

This is a nice airport motel. I gave it three stars because the website said it was easy walking distance to the airport. However, there are no sidewalks! You can walk if you’re willing to climb over a road barrier and traverse the long-term parking lot. At 5:30 AM, I skipped that adventure in an unfamiliar airport and took the motel shuttle. I’m glad I took a little walk to check out the situation the night before. Also, the only eating establishments in easy walking distance are a bbq shop and McDonalds.

Awesome customer service. Went to check out VERY early in the morning and we were offered food from the breakfast bar even though it was way before it was supposed to be open. It was a life saver. Very appreciated!

Ms Loniesha is very professional and helpful! My daughter and I were travelling from various state's and needed to rest. Even though we did NOT stay at the holiday inn this occasion, she assisted us in looking for another at a lower rate! That's superb customer service!

A bit noisy, but more from the highway than the airport. Difficult to find the entrance. Brand new building and very nice people.

The front desk was very friendly upon check in and check out. The whole facility was very clean and the breakfast was great. I'll definitely stay there again.

So I stayed there for a couple of weeks and was well taken care of. My room was clean and comfortable, the front desk staff was the best, always willing to help and suggest many places to eat. Thank you and I will stay there next time I'm in town.

Hospitality was great. Everyone was very accomodating. Amber was the one who stuck out to our Bridal party the most. She was very sweet, worked and cleaned with a smile. At one point we saw her cleaning outside. Sometimes it is the smallest details that go unnoticed. Thank you Amber for being a smiling face. Your work does not go unnoticed. Everyone was great. Very friendly staff, clean hotel and quiet. It’s rare that a hotel staff will enforce ‘quiet hours’ and ensure children are not running around the halls but I witnessed it myself, bravo!

Staging and decor may portray one aspect, a however service exemplifies another and Bob and the entire staff at this IHG were outstanding. This 3 yr old property looks, smells like a 2 day new property. Clean, nicely staged, large rooms, extra large walk in shower all that if a up scale Chicago "W" Hotel without the fake crystal. Tops in brand representation here in the Quad cities. Close to the airport without the noise.

We thought we might be the first guests ever in our room. It was that clean and fresh. Staff and breakfast were first rate. Great stay!

This is a really nice hotel. I normally stay at the Hampton Inn right across the street, however after staying here, these two are so close to a match it's crazy! I will definitely be staying here again!

The room was clean. The staff was helpful and nice. With four kids, we try to get a ground floor room (jumping, and excitement about swimming). We were placed in room 213. Second floor right above the front desk. Perfect! The pool is open until 11pm. Breakfast was great. Something for everyone, even picky eaters.

This hotel is really nice! Very clean and decently priced. I got a king size suite for $132 and it was huge. Bigger then the rooms at Jumers casino that were $190. The staff was very friendly also.

The hotel staff was very courteous. The room was very nice — the staff was happy to upgrade our room for us. The pool was a comfortable temperature. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed March, 2017. Very nice, recently built or renovated limited service hotel. Located by the interstate and within walking distance of the Quad City Airport. The check in staff was friendly, and it offers free breakfast and an indoor pool. The fitness room is small, but that's normal in this hotel class. No tub, but I actually preferred the walk in shower. And I appreciated the local (although stereotypical) theme in the art.

I am staying here for a week and so far im enjoying myself while im here. Nice clean rooms. Hot showers. Clean and comfortable beds. I would recommend this to you as a nice place to stay.

The staff was so friendly! When we checked in they gave my 4 and 7 year Olds fudge bars on a hot day! Clean, new and fun hotel.

I didnt have a room here but at a different location, the staff at this holiday helped me figure out where I needed to be. Definitely went above and beyond for me and I wasn't even staying there that night.

Extremely modern look. The people running the place definitely show that they care about the place and the guests there. I'd definitely recommend staying here. Ive been to more expensive hotels in bigger cities that had worse rooms and worse service than here. Easily one of the nicest hotels I've ever seen.

The facility was beautiful but was very noisy. People running up and down the hall after quiet hours. The staff was very kind. We would definitely stay here again if we ever needed to.

Easy on & off the highway, can walk to Moline Airport but they do have a shuttle, very clean, nice complimentary hot breakfast, new hotel so all the furnishings are up to date. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location and very helpful staff.

Everything about the hotel was great. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff were incredibly friendly. The only issue I found was that my shower's drain was slow, which is odd for a hotel as new as this seemed. But if that's the only issue I had then I consider that a good thing.

After another area hotel promised adjoining rooms when I called for a reservation only to tell us they had no such thing when we arrived, we were very pleased to find that the close by Holiday Inn express had adjoining rooms for us. We have 3 small children and a fourth due soon so 2 rooms helped everyone sleep comfortably as well as allowing my husband to complete work on his laptop without disturbing sleeping children. We arrived to friendly staff, the cleanest hotel I've ever been in, and spacious, comfortable rooms. My husband commented that the Internet was so fast it was like he was sitting in his office when he logged into his office network. The pool and hot tub were great and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and the seating area was clean, modern, and comfortable. Overall, one of the top hotel experiences we've ever had. Highly recommended! We travel through here a few times a year between Michigan and Nebraska and if the moline area is our planned stop, we'll definitely be staying here again!
