We had our wedding there last Friday and we were taken care of as the bride and groom. Literally had staff checking in and chatting with us throughout our stay, even helping with some issues that came up. Our wedding guests dud state one bartender was rude to them and the price of alcohol, but we personally had no complaints on the hotel. Kimberlin met with us multiple times throughout the process.

The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean! All the staff was so courteous and helpful especially after I left an item in my room and housekeeping set it aside and had it shipped to my home. They made it so easy and I’m very grateful. We will definitely stay there again when we are in town!

We made a reservation months ago. We get to the hotel and they show we made a reservation and do not have a room for us. They would put us across the river. Our event was downtown. They where difficult. Poor service. Don't stay choose any other hotel.

Will not stay here, was suppose to have a king but instead got a room with to beds, no fridge TV cable was out so no TV. Needs updating, probably only hotel in Peotia you have to pay to park.

Possibly the poorest hotel experience I have ever had. A broken air conditioner and unconcerned staff and a bad attitude. You couldn’t tie me up and make me stay in that joint again.

I had my wedding ceremony at the Radisson and Kimberlin did amazing! The set up was perfect and her communication was on point! The hotel stay was great too! The perfect place to have a wedding at!

Staff was great. Place was clean. Room had everything we needed. Right across the street from the John Deere showplace. Centrally located and a bridge away from Davenport.

This was my second time staying at this hotel for work. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious. I was only in the hotel to sleep in between work, but I would definitely return.

The staff were all really nice. Amy and Steve and many others were so nice. We will definitely stay again.

I will never stay at a Radisson hotel ever again. Less than 10 minutes after I checked in I received a phone call of an emergency situation and had to immediately check out. The manager refused to reverse the charge on my credit card, she said the entire room would have to be cleaned. All I did was wash my hands and use 1 hand towel! After a bit of discussion of how unfair this was she agreed to cut the charges in half. This was still unrealistic but that's all that she would budge on this. Due to this situation and the manager not even being the slightest interested in understanding why I had to check out within minutes, I will never stay at any Radisson ever again.

Great service and friendly staff! Very reasonable priceing. Great location, several bars and restaurants within walking distance. Very nice and clean establishment. Would highly recommend and will definitely return!

They have a Sunday brunch on special days like mother's and fathers day. Fair selection cold and hot food incl fruit, oatmeal, French toast, eggs, sausage biscuits gravy. All good. They also have a made to order option for omelets, pancakes & waffles. The price is very reasonable compared to other brunches around the QC, and the atmosphere is neat w/ the indoor waterfall. Service was also pretty good.

Nice hotel. Restaurant in the building. Across the street is the river where you can enjoy a nice run/walk on the path adjacent to the river. Great staff at check in. We'll equipped fitness center.

Great location in a great town. Housekeeping staff does a good job. Would recommend.

We had our wedding at the Radisson on May 19th and it was absolutely amazing! Kimberlin and all the other event staff went above and beyond to make it perfect! Everyone was friendly, the event space looked absolutely beautiful, even more than I could have imagined! Kimberlin was constantly available for questions concerns and literally anything I needed! I also live out of state so I planned mostly everything via email and a few visits when I was in town! I could not say enough good things about the Radisson and making our special day perfect!

In a nutshell, this hotel would have been nice, with a nice location, amenities etc. However, I just wanted to voice my opinion about a situation regarding the lack of customer service and unjustified attitude problem from one of the employees, which basically ruined everything for us right away. … when we made our reservations a month in advance, online, we knew we were going to be travelling all night to get to this hotel. So, our arrival would be in the wee hours of the morning the day of our check in… Knowing this in advance, we called them (about 2 weeks before arrival) to see about getting an early check in. (We had guessed we’d be in around 3am after driving 12 hours). The lady who answered the phone was polite, told us standard early check in was at 6am and we were fine with that. Knowing that we would have been up all night driving and knowing that we would be exhausted, I asked how much it would be to get an earlier check in. I was told that the room is already going to be saved for the approved early check in, so nobody would be in the room and it would be okay if we got in earlier, she told me that all of these “notes” will be in the computer under our reservation. … GREAT I thought, now after working all day and driving all night, I can collapse and sleep in a bed right? NOPE. We ended up making great time on the freeway and arrived at about 2:00am….

This hotel needs a fresh start, my co-workers room had a leak, and wasn’t clean. My room was loud and the train made matters worse. It doesn’t seem like they have a cleaning crew on hand always. The back garage (open parking lot) is unsafe to park. The garage is also unsafe because for three days kids were wondering around the area. Over all I will never stay at this hotel again. Fyi, the carpet is disgusting at this place I went to the bar to order food, waited five minutes and no one showed up, they need a small bell by the bar to get them moving.

This hotel has seen better days. It is decently located in downtown Davenport, but that's where the niceties end. Old, slightly musty rooms, dated interior, poor (at best) Wi-Fi, outlets and lamps that don't work. This place is fine, but in an age of connectivity this hotel fails miserably. It seems perfectly safe and is clean enough, but doesn't live up to the Radisson name. It would be better suited to be a Comfort Inn & Suites (except they give you free breakfast…). Also on a plus note, the shower did have good pressure.

Older hotel, lots of charm. Back side has awesome views of the river and it is very affordable. Staff was very friendly. Only knocks I have for this place is outdated a/c and hot water takes forever to warm up on the upper floors.

A great place to stay, and one of the most friendliest staff I have ever encountered while staying in a hotel! NeKeyshia and Tanisha at the bar are very nice, as was Dora at the front desk. Last but not least, Lena, in the finance department was equally awesome in seeing to it that a little financial snafu was immediately taken care of! I highly recommend the Quad Cities Radisson Hotel if you are visiting the area. Thank you everyone for such great service. See you again in August.

Bizarre 90's feel to the lobby. Really loved my room and the view of the Mississippi river was incredible. The fitness center was well equipped for a simple workout on the road and the facilities were well suited for our conference. Also, the location was perfect for exploring town.

The fountain in the main lobby is refreshing, soothing and inviting for a relaxing moment. The area was clean an well maintained. I didn't stay here but, stopped in to say hello to family who were staying here. Beautiful place.

The restaurant was good, the prices were a little high. And make their own cheesecake, but for me it was too fluffy. It was more of a whipped cheesecake than a dense New York cheesecake. Large group was accommodated easily and the service was excellent.

Friendly staff, good food at the restaurant. Bed was comfortable. Biggest complaint is that the only power plugs in the room were under the desk and behind the bed. The rooms need a refresh, or at least new desk lamps with outlets on them so we don't have to move the bed or desk to plug in a laptop or cell phone charger.

Service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly but I still felt like I had my own space. The main lobby is one of the best parts of my stay at the Radisson. There's a ton of space with lots of plants right in the middle of the hotel. The ceiling goes about 5 floors up with a skylight. It's perfect for forgetting that it's the middle of winter in Iowa.

Nice clean room with great beds, pillows, and bedding. Nice small bathroom with plenty of nice tiles and great hot water with very good water pressure. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is room was HOT and thermostat was very finicky.

Went from a 4 star? To a 2! Having attended travel school at one point. Apparently much of the staff are in the wrong career field? Hospitality? I could go on… it's a great building. However the amount of drinkers kind of ruined my stay by the 2nd day. Day 1 was pleasurable? The pool wasn't in very good shape! I would return… under the right circumstance and after the staff is changed.

Great hotel to stay in for downtown Davenport events. Enclosed walkway to River Center and park in ramp. Beautiful atrium/bar area and full menu served in the restaurant on location. Very close walking to many local bars and art gelleries.

In if the nicest hotel chain in the quad cities. Room rates are reasonable. You will have to pay $10 A-day for parking. And if you want a fridge in your Room you will have to ask them to bring you one.

Stayed here with my children. While standing in the lobby (someone I later found out was the GM and runner of the holtel… (scary) ) I believe his name with Terrance. Anyways while talking to employees every couple words were profanities. I visited your hotel with my 3 children and they head every word. I cannot believe such a large company would have someone like that in charge. Not only to do it around many guest but to treat employees that way is appalling. I’ll make sure any relatives and friends will never waste a dime here.

Nice. Clean. No smells. Great customer service. I'm picky about my hotel choices and this one was worth returning to. No free breakfast or vending, with the exception of soda machines. (And the front desk has about 3 options for snacks. ) All in all, great stay.

A very nice place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a dining area and they have a good selection of food The bar is well stocked with Beer and spirits. The rooms are very nice, clean and bed is very comfortable. The only bad thing I can say is that the Wi-Fi was really pretty terrible once connected. I would definitely stay here again.

I stopped by to pick up a family member whom was staying at the Radisson downtown Davenport Iowa… for Thanksgiving weekend. By family member asked me to come up to their room. When I walked in the employees were very courteous and respectful, professional as well… they directed me to my family members room w good directions asked me if there was anything that myself and family member needed.

A little dated. I like it a little warm in my room and the thermostat clearly wasn't working. I asked the front desk to check the thermostat but still no heat. I even set it to 80 degrees and still no heat. I asked again in the morning and evening after my first night and the morning aftrt my second night. During my second request I also asked for a space heater. I stayed a to of three nights. All request fell on deaf ears without follow up. The breakfast area and bar have very attentive waitstaff. Ayesha at the bar was great.

Hotel was clean and very conveniently located. Very cool open layout inside. Room was nice, clean, no bedbugs. Great view of the river from my room. Only complaint was that the elevators were slow, I ended up just using the stairs most of the time.

Nice enough hotel. Prices were reasonable. The front desk staff was hit and miss: the lady that checked me out was wonderful but the man that checked me in was very rude.

The bed awesome, they left a personalized letter in my room to greet me and it's a nice and spacious room. I will say they need more staff. Especially to check people in. I was also here for a professional event and I found it a good venue for the presentation.

I stayed at the Radisson for a work conference at the River Center. The Center is just down the block from the hotel, and there is even a skyway making travel too and from ridiculously simple. The quality of the rooms was also high and I received a complimentary breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again.

Walking in the lobby looks nice but the room is kinda old and outdated. I can tell they've tried to improve (new shower head, nice tv) but overall it's kinda just clunky: worst hotel Wi-Fi I have ever experienced, light fixture in the bathroom has some exposed wire, carpet not sitting flat Otherwise, the breakfast is good and the location is hard to beat with lots of stuff around downtown. I'll come back but it won't ever be someplace I'll heavily recommend.

We stayed her for a wedding that was also at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's in a nice location — we were able to walk to numerous restaurants and bars.

I know that this place is great, it's right downtown by the Mississippi River and where you can walk to events and lots of bars and grills to eat and drink and have fun. I know personally it's a great place to work at to I have been here almost 15 years, come and enjoy lunch at our Cafe 111 and drink a few at the Waterfall Lounge.

They gave us an exquisite deal. The staff turned on us as we did not speak the language. The facilities were in good condition. The rooms are perfectly equipped. Silent. We.

I checked into room 435 on the 20th of July for 2 nights. The secondary door opened overlooking the inside courtyard of the hotel and I noticed that the decorative plants had thick dust and debris on them due to inattention. I overlooked this and went on with my stay. I attempted to shower but the hot water took over 5 minutes to reach my room. Following my shower the drain in the sink ran very slowly. Maintenance was quick and courteous, however, unsuccessful in the necessary clearing of the drain. I did not find this out until the morning when there was 6 inches of brown water in the sink basin. Management immediately sent me to another room so I could shower but this affected my itenary such that I missed my first appointment. I decided upon entering the second room that I would not be continuing my stay once noticing a dirty toilet in the last minute room change. Now, on the 10th day following, I am still showing a charge from the hotel for not 1, but 2 nights and incidentals and my bank has not received notice from the hotel of their intent. This was, by far, the worst experience I have had in any hotel, and I have stayed in som pretty questionable places. Radisson really needs to step it up if they intend to keep what customer base they may have. I know I an no longer among the rolls.

Wasn't to pleased with our room. We had a King Suite. First thing we noticed was no working fan in the bathroom to clear the steam after a shower. We also found poop streaks in the toilet, gross! Both TV remotes had buttons that didn't work, the guide on one TV and the power on the other. The big window with the beautiful view of the river was disappointing because the window was filthy. We pulled the sofa bed open and there was a card that said, "If you would like us to make this bed up for you, just call the front desk", so we did and were told, "We can't do that for you but you can come down and get the bedding". Really? Our room was $178.08 for one night. We paid to much for what we got.

Great place to stay while in town for an event at the Adler Theater! Skywalk access is a bonus! Comfortable beds! Close to downtown restaurants.

We stayed at you hotel recently. Had wonderful service. I lost a very small item, and the person from housekeeping that helped me over the phone was wonderful. You should be proud of your honest employees. Thank you for going the extravel mile and locating my item.

The hotel was great. The staff was very professional and the main atrium was well kept. The room was nice especially with the Sleep Number bed (the remote needed replacing), but needed a few updates. I will definitely stay here again.

The place was alright, but nothing special. It felt clean and the employees I encountered were very pleasant. The price may have been slightly high, but it was conveniently located for what I was in town for.

We stayed at the Raddison for the Spotlight Dance Cup. Checked in on 2/26/16 to 2/27/16. The pool was wonderful, breakfast at the hotel was great and the exercise room was top notch. The condition of the treadmills showed that they have regular maintenance. We will definitely stay there again.

Right on the river in downtown Davenport, there is lots to do. Although I am NOT a fan of the Sleep Number bed most of the rooms have them. You can request a room without it. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy.

Hotel staff is friendly. My coworkers and I found the rooms big but dusty (behind the dresser, window) so they could use a thorough cleaning. Mattresses need replacing because the springs are worn out and the bed dips in the middle and slants towards the head of thr bed. The workout room has cardio equipment and a pulley machine and a couple of exercise balls. Feels like a big hotel but a sleepy crowd. Nothing exciting, but adequate.

Very nice hotel, with proper furnishings and rooms. I wish parking and some other service related attributes were easier and more friendly.

We have stayed here multiple times this past year in preparation for our son's wedding. We have always been treated like we are the only ones in the hotel. Staff is friendly, personable, helpful, and will go to great lengths to make sure your visit is pleasant. Rooms are comfortable. Food is delicious and cooked to order. The wedding reception was held in one of the ballrooms with a breakfast the next morning. Everything was terrific. A great place to celebrate! Highly recommend staying here!

We had our wedding at the Radisson and it exceeded our expectations. Bridget, our coordinator, went above and beyond in securing us the weekend, making sure that the room was ready, and walking us through the process until we were completely satisfied with everything. The entire staff was great and attentive to us and our guests, and the booking was super simple as well. Located in downtown Davenport, it is right in the heart of a small but cozy business district that has a lot to offer within a few block walk: great bars, two breweries, a casino, museums, and more. If you're getting married in the Quad Cities and looking for a reception venue, you should definitely put this at the top of your list. -Steele and Melissa.

Room was nice. Good location. Appreciated the heated sky walk connecting hotel to parking garage.

Toilet wouldn't flush. Guy said he fixed it. Still didn't flush. Figured out you have to push it 3 times. Rooms are severely outdated. Dusty and nasty. Rusty showers. Dusty curtains. Stink toiletries but I have my own. Nasty tub with lots of mildew. I felt like I was in the movie 1403. I was terrified. This was a business trip. I'm really trying to hang in there but I have 3 nights left and I can't imagine staying here. It's a complete nightmare. The only good thing is the food is good. But not good enough to up that star rating. To be where they are I expect better. They need to shut this crap down, and call property brothers or somebody to redo it. I'm asking to be transferred to the Holiday Inn.

Excellent staff! Clean rooms. My family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great and we were able to explore downtown Davenport.

People, with so many good hotels here at Quad Cities do not book this one please! My car was towed from the own hotel parking lot. There was no space at the parking lot that I needed to pay… and even with not a sign at the area I was supposed to have parking in a non permitted area. The worse thing is that the own hotel called to tow my car instead of looking for me! I needed to pay 240 dollars! Amazing, disgusting,,,,, again: too many good hotels around with a better service and free parking and safe ones. Also, when you see people cleaning the hotel you also realize that this is not a hotel valid to pay for. It´s more, looking for comments from other customers seems that Customer Service is a chapter of the book that they did not read at all…

Overall a very disappointing stay for the amount spent. There was a dirty "magic eraser" left in the bathroom upon checking in, open used soap, and we were not given the room that we booked. Parking was an extra $8 for their own lot, and the breakfast was an extra $11 per person for food that was not as good as your typical breakfast place. We were expecting much more after a good experience at the Radisson in Madison, WI. Save your money and stay a little farther outside of downtown; the Baymont in Bettendorf a couple weeks ago was more accommodating for roughly half the cost.

Each location may differ on their cancelation policy so be ware. After several phone calls and speaking to multiple rude staff members The Radisson Quad City Plaza was unwilling to have any flexibility and unwilling to book a future stay. I will not book with this hotel chain again.

When checking in, the attendant Dora, was absolutely wonderful courteous and extra attentive etc. 1. We ran out of Kleenex in the rest room and it was never replaced. 2. While sitting the lobby after a funeral with my family (7-8 people total) the bar attendant was very kind and helpful, even sharing that we were fine to remain sitting and talking when he closed up. The desk attendant calls security to come and tell us to leave. The security tells us that we were not loud but we have to leave the area. We then ask is the public seating area appropriate or ok. He states that it's public seating but we could sit there for only a little bit. Now if we were "quiet" as well as had 2 rooms in the hotel, I do not understand the issue, especially being that there was a wedding the evening before with numerous people in the lobby, kids running around yelling and making a lot of noise. It makes me question; was the real issue that we were 7-8 African Americans on Sat. Night, vs. A large group of loud Caucasian on Sat. Night? I shared with the manager my concern the next day when checking out, she stated that she was going to look into it, but I have not heard back from anyone (though my info was taken to send me a comment survey).

Seems like they are waiting for this place to fall down before they update the rooms. Have fun moving a 1, 000lb worthless sleep-number bed just to find a plug in for your phone/computer.

Stayed there this weekend. Check in went great until I asked my daughter what kind of rrom she got and she a doubl Queen. It was suppose to be a King and I jhad booked these rooms Several months ago. I am a Club Carlson Memember and wasnt even greeted as such. Bed was extremely hard. Breakfast Buffet was great but when my wife got an omelet only she was charged $14 and my buffet with an omlet was only $11.95.

Sleep number beds are Aweful 1970' s decor. Go elsewhere.

Have ate at the ChopHouse a few times. Waited at least 10 minutes to be seated when there were plenty of seats open. The wait staff often messes up people's orders and brings you the wrong drink. The water feature is super loud and its hard to hear people you are sitting with. Disappointing.

Love this Hotel. There is no other hotel in the area with the atmosphere this one has. Food was great as well.
