I've been fighting with this company now since September 25th when I had blocked out over 10 rooms for my daughter's wedding! There has been no resolution for the fact that they called me seven times during rehearsal and the wedding they were rude to our guests they put me into a dirty room and the manager's response was well we got you a clean one didn't we right they did but who's to say that the room I had walkthrough didn't have the covid-19 virus in it! They're only resolution was to give me some stupid Wyndham Rewards to stay in yet another one of their nasty hotels! I do not recommend any of these hotels by Wyndham or by Baymont! these people are rude and do not care about our health and safety through the covid-19 crisis!

Not while they have road repairs in quad cities
had to drive 35 miles out of the way to get there comeing from the east because of detours
and road repairs in quad cities.! and no refund policy.

Room is nice spacious and clean. Great staff and beautiful pool.

Everyone I met at this hotel was extremely nice, from the staff to the other guests. It was an excellent price for the value. Located close to the interstate and right next door to a Cracker Barrel. The room was decent and very clean. Our room had a coffee maker, a microwave, and a mini fridge. The hot tub was closed, which was sad. They serve cookies in the afternoon on weekdays that are delicious.

The staff was curtious, friendly, and helpful. Our room was decent but less than desirable. The drapes were off the rail but I fixed them. The bed cover had spots on it and the staff was notified and offered to change them. I would recommend this location but check your room.

Clean, decent room. It's not an expensive hotel but it's good enough. My only complaint was y deadbolt didn't work. I could've asked for another room but wasn't super concerned. I'd stay again for the price.

Very reasonable prices. Rooms were clean. Staff was nice. I would stay again if I was in that area.

Decent but not great. Good for the price and the room had all the amenities. The room was clean but much of the hotel interior needs to be cleaned to make you more comfortable about what your getting. For the price I have no problem staying here.

The hotel was nice, maybe a little dated. Staff was friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable! I would stay again in the future.

Clean and comfortable! No complaints, for the price you can't beat it. Dog friendly and nice landscaped yard.

Great nights sleep and great rooms with fridges and microwaves just no cable but understood that couldn't be helped.

Nice place. Very comfortable. The pool was not open at the time we were there. No plans on using it anyway.

Good bed, truck parking, restaurant next door & cont. Breakfast. Girl at desk was great. Bad-pillows flat, could be cleaner & ac not great.

Good rate for us. The room was not as clean as I like. The customer service was great, but the condition of the hotel was not as well kept as it should be. I enjoyed the people, breakfast, and the rate.

It's been great to travel the different roads to different cities in the United States of America. Seeing different people, meeting different people, working with different people; is a reward within itself. Therefore this is why I take pictures to share moments and have memories to look back on.

Great value hotel around the corner from a casino and plenty of shops and restaurants. Room was clean and overall satisfied with our stay. Would return.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Early check in. Very accommodating. Comfortable bed. Pet friendly. Quiet for the most part. Drae back; Pool and hot tub not working-the very thing we had hoped for. Also one/some of the other guests are getting high and it can be smelled in our room.

Shout — out to the outstanding staff! I left my laptop in my room and didn't realize it until I was a 12 hour drive away. What a wonderful relief it was to learn it was waiting for me at the front desk. It was express mailed to me and all is well again. Thank you! The room was clean, safe, and well appointed. I am very happy with the quality of the staff, the room, and the price.

I've stayed here several times and have never had any issues whatsoever. Rooms are always very clean, very còmfortable mattresses. Staff are friendly and helpful. Outer premises are also clean and well maintained. No bacon and eggs on the breakfast buffet, but hey,, there's a Cracker Barrel next door.

This room smelled clean and was decent for 45 bucks a night. I wouldnt pay more than 60 for this hotel because the cleanliness. The pet friendly part isnt even the problem. Its the trash and dust left behind by the maids.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I brought my cat, (it being a pet friendly hotel), and so I expected a little dirtier facility but it was not! The only complaint would have been the smallish breakfast options and the noxious cigarette atmosphere on the top floor.

This place never disappoints. Dog friendly, clean rooms, comfortable beds, close to the interstate. We always stop here when going home to Michigan.

Comfortable beds, clean, decent breakfast, enjoyed pool. Only problem s were some stains (paint? ) On wall, and a few crumbs on sink counter, and the hot tub was closed. Would stay again though.

Very nice Wyndham property. Dorothy at the front desk was absolutely great. Our room originally didn't have a microwave and fridge and they lined it out in less then 30 minutes. The bed is super comfortable. The whole hotel was clean. Didn't check out the pool or hot tub. Breakfast is basic continental. Easy access to the highway. The staff was very knowledgeable about local hot spots. Price on Priceline or Wyndham was very reasonable. Ask front desk for a weekly rate, if your staying awhile the price and service and comfort simply can't be beat! If I ever find myself in quad cities again this will be my go to hotel!

The evening front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The parking lot wasn't really big enough to meet demand. The elevator scared me into wanting to use the stairs. The room was nice sized with double beds. Very clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

Good customer service. Place definitely needs an extreme upgrade. Breakfast spread was pretty pathetic. Good location though.

The room was clean enough, and the location is pretty good. I heard from a friend in the area that the pool is pretty nice here (I didn't go in it myself though).

Excellent place to stay. Pets are welcome too. Very clean and there's free breakfast with great coffee.

Nice place with clean rooms and friendly staff. Kids loved the pool. We really enjoyed the rather large hot tub. Looked as though it could easily accommodate 12 adults. Restaurant within walking distance. Definitely would stay there again.

Nice spot, mostly clean and welcoming albeit a bit dated. Very convenient and easy to find.

Overall stay was great. At first when I booked asked for non smoking room. I ended up with a smoking room but the manager changed it out for us. Also breakfast could be a hour later.

Upon checking into my room the cable television didn't work. The front desk clerk kindly switched me to a new room. The cable worked great in the next room however the room was run down. Baymont inn is usually in my opinion a great hotel this one however needs some updating. The ceilings have water damage. The love seat had a stain on it that appears to have come from the water damaged ceiling. Overall it's a place to spend the night nothing more. Not to mention it's located right off the hwy (sirens and traffic all night).

The room was nice but not great. The elevator is broken. The "high speed internet" is running at. 24 MB. Not worth the inflated price compared to other local hotels.

Bugs in the room told staff said ohhh there harmless no Wi-Fi told the staff said ohhh must be a lot of people online guess the whole 2days cause it never worked total waste of money.

Nothing filthy an has bugs even after switching room still had bugs in the couch on the ceiling hairs on my pillow extremely slow Wi-Fi says there having issue with it today but from recent reviews it always slow smell. Like stale cigs never coming again worse stay ever!

It was adequate, nothing crazy. It's cheap and decently clean. However Wi-Fi isn't the greatest.
