Just a good all round clean tidy cheap hotel. I have had 3 visits over the years of coming to this part of the USA.

Great hotel, all you need in a hotel nice comfy bed and great staff. Breakfast not inc in normal stay so points off for that otherwise our stay was up to standard.

We stayed for the first time at this Hotel Labor Day weekend. It was so much better than I expected. Very accommodating, wonderful room beyond my expectations, clean, friendly staff, and they had a hot tub and pool which is important when you have kids. We will definitely go back. Not sure why this hotel is only a 2star hotel, they deserve much higher.

Clean, nice rooms and hallways. Dining area for breakfast is small. Staff was very helpful and nice.

It was clean. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. They had a delicious breakfast bar which was included.

Newly renovated hotel, nice and clean, great staff and owners. We came in from working outside in the heat all day and were treated with complimentary water bottles — very courteous! My bed was pretty comfy and the bathrooms were clean and updated. Pool area was nice. I didn’t try the continental breakfast but the coffee was pretty good! We’ll definitely be coming back when working in the Pontiac area.

Our stay here was better than expected. Nice clean place! The room was comfy and big. We had two little dogs with us. Plenty of green area to walk the dogs. Will stay here again!

Breakfast was disgusting. Many food items were stale and you could tell they had been used for several breakfasts. Room had strong odor. Lobby is old and outdated. No towels at pool. Would not recommend.

We were in Pontiac Illinois for my mom’s funeral and burial. The staff was very helpful and they allowed family to swim late as we sat around telling stories of life with mom and dad. We alway like to stay at Best Western when visiting family in Pontiac Illinois. Thank you for another great stay. Sincerely Regina Cagle.

Clean friendly Hotel. Average breakfast options including waffle maker and oatmeal options, fresh fruit and yogurt.

Very nice clean rooms. Didn't use pool or workout areas but they looked very nice. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Good price. Would definitely stay again.

My boyfriend went to get us a room and the lady at the desk name Karen tells him he might want to get a room at the Quality inn next door they have better rooms then we get our room go in it the room wasn't even clean their was no sheets on the bed and we went and found the housekeeper and asked her if she could please come and put clean sheets on the bed and give us towels and she was very kind and stopped cleaning the room she was cleaning to come and do ours and appokigize for the lady at the the desk giving us a dirty room then the lady that checked us in comes to our room and says she will be done soon and walked away laughing while we waited almost 20 minutes for the housekeeper to finish she wouldn't even help her. We stay this hotel every time we come to visit family in Pontiac this was our worst experience ever. My boyfriend is black and when lady at the desk seen me and my granddaughter standing out side the room she had a dumb founded look on her face not saying it was a racial issue but sure felt like it.

We are from New Zealand and have traveled extensively overseas. We can categorically say that the hosts of Best Western Pontiac Inn are absolutely superb when it comes to effort for their guests. We have never experienced such a high level of personal service anywhere else and can highly recommend this accommodation to the weary traveler.

The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The pool and hot tubs were execellent.

Not a bad stay at all. The rooms were clean the pool was clean. The breakfast area was clean. No complaints. Rooms were very reasonable price wise and cleanliness wise. We we're lucky to get a room only had 2 left. Overall good experience. Would stay here again no doubt.

This place is great with families, very clean and very hospitable. They serve a great breakfast in tbe mornings and the pool is well maintained. Any issues are immediately handled and appologized for but they are minor and few in our many visits. Ellen and Karen go above and beyond! We will always select here first.

Clean quite friendly place nice pool and hot tub and food was ok they need bacon or would top off the breakfast other then that darn good place and staff have good since humor and welcome you as a person not a pay check.

My wife and I had a very comfortable stay here. A reasonable price for a kind staff, updated hotel, and all the amenities. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone, whether you're in Pontiac for a day or a week! 5 stars.

Wonderful stay! Staff was amazing and so friendly every time we saw them! Clean hotel and a HEATED pool! Yay! Our kids loved it and we will be back for a fun family overnight again!

Cathy and Jess went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful and Ellie did as well! Very great people. The atmosphere is relaxing and it feels like a comfortable place away from home! The Best experience and feeling that cannot be found anywhere else. Amazing Hotel staff and lovely Hotel :) Can't wait to come back once again!

I stay at this hotel for work and meets all the requirements. Good rooms and good service.

The desk clerk has a wicked sense of humour, the rooms very comfortable, the only downside is no bar, but the gas station on the same side of the highway has an excellent selection of booze.
Would recommend.
